Great old style Florida restaurant. Great service. Very good food, clean, with old Florida atmosphere. Ten minutes north of Panama City Beach right under West Bay bridge on the West Bay intercostal waterway. Seafood was very good with excellent sides. Four people can eat with a few beers for approximately $100 not counting tip. I got the fried shrimp and oysters with green beans and cheesy grits. It was all fresh and tasty. Hush puppies are home made not the hard frozen kind. Has some merchandise you can buy if you have to take something home for the kids or grand kids. read more

We ate at Boon Docks for the first time on Mother's Day. The atmosphere is fantastic, very laid back and plenty to walk around and look at both in the gift shop and outside at the docks while we waited for our table. Everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The server, Danielle, was professional, friendly, and efficient. The food was fantastic! Everything was well timed, appetizers came out right away and we got our salad before the meal with plenty of time to finish them. The food was all fresh and seasoned well. I had the 10oz Ribeye and I would absolutely order it again, it was a well cut steak and the seasonings are fantastic. This was our first time at Boon Docks, but it won't be our last! My family agrees it needs to go on our list of favorite places to eat in PCB! read more

Hose to try this restaurant on our way into PCB. First time to visit and will definitely be back. We opted to eat at the counter/bar and were seated immediately. Had the pickles (great starter) and had the blackened redfish and my wife had the crab cakes. The food was great and they service was fantastic. For dessert, we had a piece of the coconut pie which was delicious. The counter is in the old part of the restaurant and has the ambience of a local food place. I can't speak for the other eating areas, but admit that the immediate seating in the original restaurant added to our enjoyment of the restaurant, but the place had a great beach vibe and would definitely recommend it. read more

Kacia was a wonderful server. She was personal and helpful as this was our first time eating here. The grilled fish was delicious and came with grilled onions and peppers. The staff if excellent and friendly and very attentive. The food was just average in my opinion and here's why. The crab cakes smelled really fishy so I didn't eat them. I was talked into ordering the Filet (steak) and i was super disappointed. It had no seasoning and had a very strange taste to it, I should have just ordered the burger, not to mention the cost! The Margaritas were wonderful and the different choices were perfect. The view was awesome and the Pelicans were everywhere. All in all it's probably great for fried seafood and burgers. Can't believe I lived here for 17 years and just made it to Boon Docks. It's a little tricky to find, but well worth it. Started off with a Bloody Mary and draft chaser. It was very good. Service was fast and the young man was very friendly. I was impressed at how young he was and knew the menu inside and out. Ambiance is perfect. Food was delicious and very reasonable. We went on a Saturday afternoon and had no problem getting a table. Definitely will return. read more

DO NOT GO!! Parking is a nightmare and staff was less than helpful when we got blocked in. Doesn't have an intercom, didnt offer to find the people, was only after we attempted to get out ourselves for 20+ mins in the rain and me threatening to call the cops did they finally help. The place is super neat. It's literally down in the boondocks and up against a body of water. It's older-looking buildings that they've so well hinged together. Super neat setting. I think it must be the kind of place where it's better to get something fried rather than not. I got the Tile Fish...and it was way overcooked. Wasn't nearly good enough for what I paid for it. The baked potato, slaw, and hushpuppies were good though. Also the Peanut Butter Pie is like a fluff pie. Not my thing, but some folks might like it. read more
