We had a pretty bad experience here last night. The food and the service were both very disappointing. Our table was still dirty/sticky even after the hostess wiped it off and our waitress was rather inattentive spending much of her time over in the corner eating. We could never actually hail her ourselves because she would never look over at our table when we needed something. Instead, we had to ask another server to tell her to come to our table. Then she actually forgot to take my wife's dinner order....went around the table, and then stopped before taking my wife's order. The menu cards on the tables are worn out and all sticky. I actually watched a number of other servers wiping off tables, and they were just sort of going through the motions, missing areas and leaving behind all sort of stuff. There were paper towels and garbage all over the restroom floor and I could see into the kitchen as I went the restroom, and the kitchen seemed dirty too with food all over the floor. My wife ordered the Shrimp Po Boy, and it came with 5 small shrimp that looked awfully lonely on such a large piece of bread. There was tons of lettuce and some remoulade that looked like it was slapped on from long distance.(photo uploaded). French fries were room temperature. this place is SO good. first time here and we got the fried ravioli and a pizza. it was all so so very yummy. very large craft beer list as well! we brought our pooch and sat on the porch, it's very dog friendly as well. our server brought us a doggy bowl as soon as we sat down. will return for sure! read more

Very pub style with the dark woods, etc. very much a neighborhood pub type place. Good selection of beers. You can even have your own pewter mug kept for u at the bar. I didn't have pizza, their specialty, but they have a nice fired up brick oven and make the dough right out front; pizzas looked good. I had the fried pickles; good but not outstanding..need a little more cook time and a little less oil, plus some seasoning. But when I'm back in area I'll go back. read more

It's close to my house, has a big beer selection and I almost never go there because the service is so reliably bad. Good deal on big beers on Wednesdays. Tejas pizza with goat cheese and chorizo is yummy when they don't burn it. Sometimes they burn it, and staff and management are offended when that is pointed out to them. read more

We enjoyed this place and wished we had one comparable where we live. Nice casual atmosphere, excellent beer selection and friendly staff. The pizza was good, they could use some work on cold mugs though. Great place to watch a game but not to loud where you can't have a conversation. Love, Love, LOVE Boondoggle's!!! I've been coming here for over a decade, and it's still by far one of my favorite places in the area. Amazing pizzas, good beer selection, awesome atmosphere and a great patio with a view of the water (and it's puppy friendly!) The wait staff is hit or miss, but I always have such a great time there that I don't really care about that. :-) I love to come on seafood boil night or when they're serving raw oysters on the patio. Oh - and I just recently discovered their awesome Sunday brunch!!! read more

I LOVE this place. The patio is dog friendly and the service is decent. It gets packed though so you may want to consider going early. It's also right next door to Chelsie Wine Bar so you can always swing by and sit on their deck which overlooks the water. read more

I've been going here for a long, long time & used to love this place, but unfortunately they revised the menu & beer list last year and it just doesn't live up to the way it used to be. I still like the laid back ambiance but the food is just okay now and for some reason they decided to drop some of their better beers, beers like St. Arnold's amber - mainstays of the local craft-brewing scene. The chipolte wing special on Tuesday is still great, haven't had the Thursday crawfish recently - hopefully it hasn't been downgraded. sad - this was one of my longtime favorites in seabrook. read more

Absolutely a favorite. Indoors or out, fun staff, great drinks and selection. Amazing wood oven pizzas unlike anything anywhere around. Tejas pizza folks.. try it. Loved pulling up to the dock on jet skis on the weekends and having lunch and drinks. Kid friendly until about 8-9 pm, then they really should be going home as the pub atmosphere comes out a bit more. Love this place and will always go back. Today they get a 1. Usually order their nice pizzas but we opted to eat/drink at the bar. Ordered a burger, sweet potato fries and beer off the happy hour menu. Didn't realize we were getting sliders and then shoestring sweet potato fries. We assumed that since they have great food on the regular menu that what you get at the bar might be equivalent but obviously not. Typical cheap bar food. Beer was great! My Husband and I went there for the very first time for Sunday brunch and drinks. We sat outside which was nice with the breeze. We ordered our drinks then our food, when she took our food order my drink was pretty empty but was never asked if I needed another one. When we did get our food my drink now was completely empty. I took a few bites thinking I would wait for her to come by and check on us and that NEVER happened! By this time so was my Husbands drink empty. We ate our whole meal without a drink! Finally when we could get her attention by her walking by not coming to check on us still we asked for the check which surprisingly she brought quickly. We then say for another 10 mins waiting for her to come take our payment. At this point I am very frustrated and took my payment inside for someone else to help us. There are like 10 tables outside with 2 waitresses.. in my opinion they should've been able to handle that! When we went inside to pay we noticed at least 4 other waitresses with maybe 7 tables filled. So I do not believe it was from the lack of staffing it was just that our waitress was horrible. And for that reason we will never return! Our food was actually good and so was our 1 drink and that is why I gave them 2 stars! read more

Great place!!! Go to place for pizza and beer. (all kinds of craft beers) Wait staff is very friendly and prompt. They also have outside sitting. They have many kinds of pizzas and love their lunch size. TV's everywhere for the sports fan. It's right on Nasa Parkway, But you can miss it easily. It sits behind the restaurants on the street. I really want to like this place because most of my friends like to go here, and the food is really good, but I can't get over the rude waitresses. I've been here several times and the pizza is consistently excellent. However, when sitting inside the tables in the middle are so crowded together. I'm already sitting as close to the table as possible and the waitresses will either ask me to move or bump into my chair every time they try to squeeze pass. This has happened 3 times and I have not been back. Move the tables farther apart or have your waitresses go around the customer. read more

This place has great food but what it makes up for in food it lacks in service.. Don't know how some of them are even employed in the service industry. As a business owner I wouldn't employ any of them.. But that is probably why I don't own a pizza restaurant. read more

This is a review on a server there named Kary. Have had two horrible experiences. She has a horrible attitude and rarely comes back to the table. She literally rolled her eyes at us and said "so you are going to actually stay what the fuck" because there credit card machine was down and we had a baby with us and it was pouring raining. I am a server and I am pretty fair and understanding when it comes to other servers. I couldn't believe the things she was saying and acted and would never come back other servers had to pick up her slack. She should be fired. Obviously she doesn't like to wait on people. Besides her I have always had a good experience and loved the food. I recommend getting any of their speciality pizzas! Just don't ever get stuck with that waitress! read more

They have some servers that might need some help as far as customer service aspect, but other than that we like going mainly because its dog friendly and their food is great! I'd like to start by saying that my husband and I have NEVER had anything but wonderful food and service here for several years until yesterday. We decided to go and try the brunch menu (we haven't been since the old buffet) to start, the make your own bloody mary bar was excellent! My husband ordered the Jambalaya benedict which was just okay and I ordered the huevos rancheros which came with refried black beans which were so salty they were inedible and the sauce they used on the eggs was marinara!!! It was nice sweet good tasting marinara but I can't tell you how gross it was on eggs. The waitress (Danielle) took it back and asked if I'd like something else and brought me a menu. This is where things went down hill. She didn't come back for over 10 minutes to take my order and I received dirty looks from her a few times also.I was getting ready to just be done when she came over and I ordered bacon and eggs over easy which took another 10-15 minutes to arrive with the eggs over hard and crusty on the bottom so you couldn't cut them with a fork and most of the bacon was burnt. I didn't eat the eggs and my husband ate some of the bacon so I had biscuits for breakfast. She never came back to check on the new meal which would have been sent back and I would have gone to McDonalds for breakfast. We were very disappointed and will not return for the brunch menu and will never sit in this servers section again. So much for a nice Sunday brunch with my husband. :( read more

For New Years Eve, they offered a $10 cover with band, champagne and a breakfast buffet that sounded great! Since we did this a few years ago and had a blast we thought we would go again, but this year was just awful. That morning we called and were told there was a band. There was no band and not even some background music. Last time there were refills on champagne this time only one glass that barley made it in time, cant say that for the people behind us though. They didn't get there champagne till after the toast, even though 2 till they were trying to flag someone down. I brought all my friends based on past experience and we were very disappointed. Luckily we had fun with each other's company and at least they delivered on the buffet. If I can say one thing good about the new management there its that the pizza and beer selection is still great. But that was the last time we will be going there. read more
