Within one hour of contacting them in California by email, I was picking up the TV at a local Best Buy in Indiana. They took care of everything via email, got me 90-day financing and the item I wanted for a great price (considering the payment terms). Outstanding service; they work with Best Buy which is amazing since at first I had doubts about getting a used or refurbished product but that wasn't the case it's like buying it from best buy but I can make payments with these guys instead and their payment plans are really affordable. I will end up paying $300 more than paying cash but with my credit this is better than my credit card plus it helps me rebuild my credit and on top of that I have 6 months time with the same as cash price. I cannot stress this enough PLEASE READ EVERYTHING PROPERLY Have a good understanding of what a lease is Make your decision after you 100% understand what you are getting into. Heres my experience so far. Electro Finance is a leasing company with a nice assortment of products to choose from. Take it for what it is. The prices are very fair in terms of what you'd find for a lease. It is however above retail price for something you'd just pay for up front and own, keep that in mind. And this is just the leasing term. You do not own the items at this price. The company that gives the lease, TEMPOE(not Electro Finance), will charge you the lease term plus an additional amount which is not small by any means really, nor is it even worth it for the items you get, if you wish to own the items. (better off just saving your money to buy the item if you want to OWN them at the cheapest price). If you don't need to own the items and just need at temp for 5-6 months. Then this is fine. My items bought up front in store, BRAND NEW are worth about... $400 The lease term without ownership is about $550 If I wish to own it. It will be $850. Over 6 months of course Do not expect to be able to return the items and be free of your bill. The lease terms still apply even if you return the items (Unless you return them to the store you picked it up from, IE BESTBUY within your return period) TEMPOE gives you a buy out 30, 60, and 90 days into your term. which to my understanding from the way its written requires you to pay all up front and does not include the amounts youve already paid before. So the earlier you payout the better for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING FULL TERM That being said. This is still the cheapest i've seen in my searches online for lease to own items. So if you fully understand and accept this. Go for it. read more

When I was having trouble through a situation of obtaining the products at a Best Buy (which is totally Best Buy's Fault) Frank went above and beyond to help me. On a Saturday of all days. I did my research online last Christmas for businesses who offer pretty good financing on affordable electronics for those with shot credit and stumbled upon this gem. First off I would like to thank Raul for his great service. I called, not knowing anything about this company and finding them through a Google search for "dslr finance no credit". I just came from a different retail store to decide on the camera I wanted to purchase, when I left I placed a call to electro finance and was lucky enough to have Raul answer the phone. He took the time to explain the company in DETAIL and even explained the application and payment terms. I got home, filled out an application and was called back by Raul minutes after completing the process. He once again was very thorough with Canon 70D I purchased. At this time the store was about to close and he said he will get back to me with shipping details the following day when they opened again. I received another call that notified me that my item has shipped and a tracking number was sent to my email. The very next day UPS was at my door step with my camera. The following day I received a call from Geo asking if I received everything and if I had any questions. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. When I say don't normally write reviews I mean that I NEVER write reviews but I honestly had such an absolutely amazing experience with this company that I felt I needed to make one. I am only 18 so I haven't even really established credit at all, so most ways to finance a MacBook never allow me to get approved. I was just searching ways to finance through google and clicked on their link because is said "NO CREDIT | BAD CREDIT OK" and at first with that sort of tacky and scam like initial title I was a bit sketched out but I really really wanted a MacBook so i just looked up the company and looked at their reviews and such. to my surprise, they had pretty much 5 stars in literally every way that you could review about them. Now that I felt much better about this company and decided hey its worth a shot. I went through the whole process (which really doesn't take much time at all) and was approved for a pretty significant sum but, it was just a hair off from the amount from the specific MacBook i wanted. I still called the company like it had told me and talked to the most amazing and helpful guy ever! Gio! I CANNOT stress enough how helpful Gio was. He was not only able to get my initial sum up for me so I could get my MacBook but I ended up calling him everyday for the next three days with questions and he never batted an eyelash! I could even say this guy is my friend! He made me want to call the company just to say hey to him! such a great guy! If youre reading this Electro Finance, Give him a raise!!
