    I came into this AT&T store on July 11, which was Day 30 after activating my phone, fully prepared to trade in my old device per their policy ("within 30 days of activation"). I waited nearly an hour while reps laughed with each other and took other customers ahead of me. When I finally got help, I was told it was "Day 31" which is incorrect by AT&T's own trade-in terms. Even after I asked them point blank to confirm they were documenting that I was here on time, they said yes but gave me no receipt, no confirmation, no case number, nothing. Just handed the phone back to me and said I'd probably get "more value" if I kept it. That was manipulative and dismissive, and it made me feel like they were just trying to avoid doing their job before closing time. They didn't care that I was visibly upset. They didn't even say "thank you for your patience" after I waited forever and still left with nothing resolved. I took photos and recorded the whole thing because I knew it felt wrong. If you care about your time, your money, and being treated like a human go to another AT&T store or better yet, avoid this one entirely. I'm now stuck chasing down corporate just to get the $800 trade-in credit I was promised. Update: yesterday was the 30'th day and I got an extension.

    AT&T sent me a MC debit card for my refund when I switched my cellphone plan 2 weeks ago. I was slightly annoyed that I was told they can't apply my credit balance from one AT&T account to another, but at least I received the debit card in reasonable time. When I arrived at the store to use the debit card to pay my bill at the kiosk, only to discover that the kiosk is down, so I have to ask an associate for help. He was willing to assist but it took a long time to process what I considered a straightforward easy transaction. I finally walked out 45 minutes later to use the AT&T debit card to pay my bill.

    Its an operating loss to work with this service. Loss of time, lack of services, no help, and they send you to the wrong departments.

I was a bit hesitant at first because the cost seemed high, but I agreed to it. After getting my phone fixed here, there were so many things that went wrong: 1. The brightness was set at max at all times, even when I tried to turn it down 2. My phone began dying at 30% and couldn't hold a charge I took it back a month later to address the brightness issue. This was slightly fixed when he reseated the display, but still wouldn't dim as much as it normally should. This was within warranty so I was not charged for this service. I came back soon after (within 3 months) to get my battery fixed and they refused to help me replace it stating that I had no receipt (which they never provided at the time of transaction, but have my bank statement). They also said that I had to pay for a new battery if I wanted it to be replaced. Even with my inflated battery, I did not have the issue of it holding a charge or dying before it hit 5%. I am very unsatisfied with my service at this repair shop. I did not believe people when they said I should just get my phone fixed at Apple, but after this experience I will definitely not return.

Alex was very helpful and states he can have the iPhone 15 in the store in one day coming from the San Juan Capistrano office. Today I went at 10:30 AM and Peirina was there right at opening time. She had the iPhone 15 on hand and the set up process was pretty much straightforward. The process with back up from MacBook Air instead of iCloud was without any hiccups. Overall it was painless. Call ahead and prepare ahead and it will be smooth and easy.

She proceeded to take her camera out to film me instead of finding a solution. If anyone goes here, please beware from illegal activity such as selling a phone that doesn't work and being accused of racial discrimination. Aside from being accused of being racist which is a SERIOUS allegation, she wouldn't tell me why they would sell me a phone that doesn't have sms messaging. If I was aware that I was being sold a phone that doesn't have sms, I would not have purchased this device. Not only do not have a phone that works, I am traumatized by this woman and will NEVER step foot in a cricket wireless store and will continue to alert people on this matter
