They were very helpful when I was BUYING 3 iPhone 17 and a watch. Got a good deal if I traded in the old phones but gave me 4 weeks to keep both, to assure everything was set up right on the new ones. Completely the opposite when I returned 3 weeks later with the trade in. Made the process much harder with the way they wanted me to reset one of the phones so it took an hour. (I did the first 2 in 10 min at home). So an hour later when the wipe was complete, they were short staffed. Told me someone would be out from the back soon the help me. 45 min later I was given the 3 minutes it took the check in the phone. read more

I came into this AT&T store on July 11, which was Day 30 after activating my phone, fully prepared to trade in my old device per their policy ("within 30 days of activation"). I waited nearly an hour while reps laughed with each other and took other customers ahead of me. When I finally got help, I was told it was "Day 31" which is incorrect by AT&T's own trade-in terms. Even after I asked them point blank to confirm they were documenting that I was here on time, they said yes but gave me no receipt, no confirmation, no case number, nothing. Just handed the phone back to me and said I'd probably get "more value" if I kept it. That was manipulative and dismissive, and it made me feel like they were just trying to avoid doing their job before closing time. They didn't care that I was visibly upset. They didn't even say "thank you for your patience" after I waited forever and still left with nothing resolved. I took photos and recorded the whole thing because I knew it felt wrong. If you care about your time, your money, and being treated like a human go to another AT&T store or better yet, avoid this one entirely. AT&T sent me a MC debit card for my refund when I switched my cellphone plan 2 weeks ago. I was slightly annoyed that I was told they can't apply my credit balance from one AT&T account to another, but at least I received the debit card in reasonable time. When I arrived at the store to use the debit card to pay my bill at the kiosk, only to discover that the kiosk is down, so I have to ask an associate for help. He was willing to assist but it took a long time to process what I considered a straightforward easy transaction. BAIT AND SWITCH. I never write a review. Came in to this store for a phone for my 14yo son. Was told of a promotion where is I could purchase an iPad and Apple watch for 99 cents a month and just pay the taxes on the device. I asked Alexa about 40 times there are no other charges. Well, NOT THE CASE. There's $20.99 for pad and $10.99 for watch per month and you're committed to a 3 year contract. When I tried to return the devices, they wanted to charge me a $55 restocking fee for EACH device. The manager would not come out from the back. I returned to the store after receiving my new upgraded phone. It would not complete the setup for email for my Microsoft work account. I had been told to come back in if I had any problems with my data transfer and set up. The young lady supposed to assist me started off being rude: "well, you have to know your email and password." DUH. She couldn't figure it out either, bc we kept getting a circular message about password. She curtly told me it was a Microsoft problem, and I would have to call them, and ATT couldn't solve it. She gave me a phone number. I finally worked through it by stumbling through the troubleshooting on Microsoft and the Authenticator App. It was not a Microsoft glitch or problem. I was disappointed in the lack of attention and ease with which she passed it off as a Microsoft issue they would have to fix. THREE bad experiences. . . 3 for 3. 1st one bought a phone for my daughter, then get the bill & they added a Music app for $15.99 to our account that we did not ask for. 2nd experience. They offered a late model Iphone to my husband for "only $199", he told them okay no tricks that is it? They said yes, then completely changed our plan to add an extra approx $100 a month to our bill. We had to call 611 to get it all reversed after he returned the phone. 3rd and LAST VISIT. I bought an Iphone 12 & went in to have the Sim card moved from my old Iphone. They told me the Iphone was unable to be activated & offered to sell me an Iphone 17 for $199 no thanks, played that game b4. We had a frustrating experience at this AT&T store. After trying to sign up for half an hour we couldn't get my cell service started and were told the system crashed and we would need to return in 24 hrs to try and set up again. While trying to get help from an associate named Angel, he was playing loud, obnoxious music on the speakers in the store from his phone during our conversation. It was incredibly distracting and unprofessional. Why is there club music at an AT&T store. Are they taking the piss? When we tried to express how frustrating it was to have to come back, Angel got defensive instead of being understanding or helpful. There was no accountability, no effort to make the situation right--just attitude. We left without resolving the issue and with a really bad taste in our mouths. Let me save you some time. If something goes wrong with your phone due to design flaw or if you got a bad phone , try to contact the phone brand first to see if you can deal with them through their warranty. Don't bother coming to AT&T locations. If you need ANYTHING, it's better to call their customer service number or chat online than to go into the store. These people in store don't know very much about anything, and aren't helpful at all. They give the worst customer service, lie, and move onto the next if they don't see you adding to their commission. If you have any trouble shooting issues, AVOID them at all costs. If you need a new phone, go through their customer service department over the phone, you can get a better deal that way. These people in store don't deserve your money. I'm not sure why they even have in person locations when the customer service is this horrible. read more

I recently had the opportunity to compare Verizon Wireless (VZW) pricing with what I was paying at AT&T. VZW's price was about 40% of what I was paying AT&T for the same service. Specifically, VZW offered service for $95/month, compared to over $200/month at AT&T. Oh and the VZW promo includes a free iPhone 15 on them. Yes, I probably could have renegotiated with AT&T earlier, but it's frustrating that AT&T rewards loyalty with such high prices. A word of advice: check in with your carrier every six months because you might find better pricing options available. Despite being a loyal AT&T customer for 16 years, I considered switching due to the significant price difference. Initially, AT&T was willing to come close to VZW's pricing, and I was ready to stay. However, it would take 2-3 days to replace my lost phone. I was open to having plans with both carriers--one for personal use and one for business. But, to port my number to VZW, I needed my AT&T PIN. Unfortunately, AT&T couldn't provide the PIN without my phone. This is particularly frustrating considering there are laws requiring carriers to facilitate the porting process. Well seemingly in addition to these words on yelp, I'll be be sure to call out this location in my FCC complaint. I was willing to find a way forward with ATT but considering how apathetic y'all were, you've lost any opportunity to earn internet or TV relationships. Considering how hard y'all work to earn a customer it seems so bad that you were so unwilling to retain an otherwise loyal customer. Enjoy the love letters from the FCC. read more

I was trying to get help and obtain a better understanding of the coverage they offered. I live in a poor connectivity spot up El Torro. But, I know some people have good service. I just did not know if it was AT&T or not. I asked the people in the store and they initially seemed helpful. Then, we called customer service and nobody could help us. Customer service then tried to transfer us to their technical team 2 times and we just kept getting circled back to Sales. And that was in-store. I aksed one of the other reps if she could help me contact technical support and she refused. She said they do not know. She did not even want to try and help me. There was nobody in the store and she could not even take the time to help a potential customer find out if they had coverage in a certain area...I told her I was going to complain about her and then she covered up her name tag. I then tried to look at her name tag as she was running into the back room. I then got kicked out of the store ....I am good AT&T if those are the people you hire I rather have bad service then deal with people like that ever again...I got kicked out of the store for trying to look at a name tag...Fire that group and get nice helpful people in there and I would consider your services again read more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. The retail store manager, Daivd Koseki, is completely unresponsive to calls and emails. I went into the store to obtain statements that I was not able to retrieve online and he sent me the wrong ones and when I replied via email to ask he resend the corrected ones he never responded, and when I called the store and left messages he didn't bother to reply that way either. I tried calling the corporate # and they were unable to help and said I needed to head back to the store. AT&T does not know how to team together to solve problems, and they often hire the worst client facing representatives that are either unable or unwilling to offer assistance. The worst service ever. My phone is acting up so I went in to this store and "worked" with Gigi. She was the most unhelpful and miserable "salesperson" I've come across in quite some time. We went to this store today to get two phones. Unfortunately they only had one so we picked up the one. From the moment we started the conversation, the salesman asked if we had AT&T for TV and internet. We ditched them last year for Cox when we moved into a new building. We had horrible time with AT&T because they kept trying to upsell our tv service, we had tons of problems with our internet and customer service... well you know, outsourcing to a different country. We told the sales guy we were not interested, yet MULTIPLE TIMES during the transaction for the phone he kept trying to tell us speed of internet and tv channels, kept trying to sell it. Look I understand there are probably good incentives for selling us services, but when I had to say we aren't interested FOUR times, it gets very annoying. I finally said "we are under a contract" and he backed off. I was happy to get the new phone, but unhappy with the hard sell in the 30 min there. I think he took extra long because he wanted more sales time. The manager came over and asked how it was going. I didn't know if he was checking on how his sales guy or if it was like at a car dealership where the sales manager comes over to help make the hard sell. Either way, we left with JUST the phone. I would have ordered my second phone with them had he not given us the car sales man scummy felling. Zero personality. If I wasn't on a corporate discount plan I would switch to another provider. I had a great experience at the AT&T store. First Justin helped me and gave me some amazing advice that helped me get a better value for my trade-in for my iPhone upgrade. Legit saved me $800 on a new phone. Then Josh was so helpful as he spent two hours helping me order my new phone and my Apple Watches for the deal. I'm on my mom's account, so there was a lot of back and forth to make sure all Information was accurate. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly and confirmed that the order was correct multiple times before taking payment. Meanwhile, I witnessed two separate customers cursing out staff for things out of their control, and the staff maintained their calm and patience. I can't imagine the level of abuse they endure from people who can't understand that sometimes they have to wait to be served if they're number 10 in line, but these agents managed it with professionalism. read more
