This was one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with the hassle of breaking a phone! The entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Provided stellar service for a complicated transaction! Michael handled everything so well and so professionally and is an elite multi tasker as he made sure not only my sister replaced her iPhone (that was unfortunately run over by a car) but switched her onto my plan with T Mobile effortlessly while making sure she got a great deal on a brand new phone! While ALSO upgrading my phone and taking extremely good care of us. He went above and beyond for what I would think is definitely a problematic task! Thank you so much Michael! Customer service is very poor. Went into the store but to get the 100.00 off a new phone it needs to be done online. I've now ordered 2 phones which have never showed up. Since it's an online issue they wouldn't help me or give me the 100 off in the store. They told me I needed to contact them by phone. What a joke Was on the line for over an hour and after finally talking with a representative we got disconnected, you'd think he'd call back. So many issues with their customer service. So 3 months ago. I gave this store a 5 star rating due to customer service and the fact that Jason, the manager of the store was really courteous. We left feeling at ease that the rebate and insurance for our devices have been process accordingly. As of March 5th, I've been going back with Verizon and Asurion regarding warranty due to one of the device have been lost. I know for a fact that I have warranty for all devices because that is one of my concern. The second is the rebate for each line we bring in will get $250 per line. I am speaking with Verizon customer service regarding the rebate today. No rebate is being found on their system. Unfortunately for me, I can't go to the store yet due to covid. I am hopeful that phone customer service rep can help me. So now, I am dealing with insurance and rebate. I am taking back the 5 star review and giving this store 0. I arrived to exchange my defective galaxy note 7, after being informed through email that verizon had replacement phones in stock. I checked in, telling the guy at the front I was there to exchange phones, and then was told to have a seat. I waited about 20 minutes before one of the clerks came to see me. He asked what I was there for and I told him and he said that they didn't have the phones in stock, and they would be delivered by FedEx sometime later today. Ignoring the fact that I could have been told this when I first checked in and saved myself the pointless wait, I asked if I could make an appointment to return when the phones were in. He then asked what time I would like to come in, after which I asked when the phones would be in and he said he didn't know. Overall I was pretty shocked by the blatant disregard for customer service at this location. It was a complete waste of time. read more

Worst experience ever. I was in with my aunt today and she wanted to upgrade her phone. The person helping us was not wearing a name tag of any kind and didn't give us his name. We found out his name was Alfredo about an hour into our session with him from another employee. Alfredo made it super difficult and attached a load of fees that was complete b.s. We decided to leave and think about it. When we came back we decided to go with the upgrade. He got the wrong color phone and said that she had to pay an additional $50 stocking fee to get the color she wanted! Like what is that about? Why would she have to pay for HIS mistake? Absolute bull! Never coming back to this location and strongly considering leaving Verizon for a different carrier who won't do this to us. read more

What a HUGE disappointment... my aging parents have literally been dragged through the bullshit of Verizon taking advantage of them. My Mom, who is in the stages of advanced Parkinson's, went to her local Verizon store to turn in her iPhone.. and instead of cancelling her service , they talked my parents into a new phone, upgraded service and "gave" them 2 hums(they only have one car) that was to provide roadside service...of course, if they activate it with the APP...which neither of my parents have any understanding of...so a nice addition of $40 per month..thanks for that "gift" .. now I have been trying to disconnect their service for over 2 months... another almost $600 to Verizon for this account that has 5 lines and has used the data literally 0 times in over a year. What AMAZING customer service... so if you are looking for a company to provide services for REAL needs... drive right on by Verizon and stick with ATT...I find it appalling to take advantage of the elderly, and KARMA is a bitch read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I bought a $40 screen protector that the younger, tall clerk recommended. He said it was shatter proof and would protect my screen. He said if anything ever happened to the protector, OR MY IPHONE SCREEN, I should take it back and they would replace the damage. The young, tall guy at the store did an entire song and dance about how they're trying to get more people to go to that store location versus the other, larger Verizon store off Alicia and Pacific Park. He said they were trying to get repeat customers and customer service is so important to them, etc. etc. So I bought the protector. FAST-FORWARD A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO THIS AFTERNOON: my phone fell out of my hand and landed flat on the floor. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Any decent screen protector would've protected my screen just fine. But instead, my screen cracked underneath the protector! When I took it to the store the same guy that sold me the protector told me it was my problem and to just take it to the Apple Store or a kiosk in the mall. I reminded him he had ensured me that the screen would be protected. He kind of smirked and said something to the tune of, "Sorry, this isn't covered." But it was! Just went in to have them put a new screen cover on my phone. Something super simple. The lady that came in AFTER me was helped first. Okay, fine. She's out the door. There are other employees standing around looking at me. I was told to take a seat & wait... ten minutes later the employees are still looking at me but completely ignoring me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Go to an actual Verizon store where they care about their customers! I bought an iPhone screen protector for $40 from this store and they said that it will protect my screen and if I dropped it, the screen proctor will break instead of the phone itself. I dropped my phone and it completely shattered and the screen protector was completely fine. Apple store told me the screen protector this store sold me was only for preventing scratches! I went back to the store and they refused to refund me the money even though I had to pay triple the amount to get my phone fixed. My phone was so badly shattered that they couldn't even take of the protector because the whole would have fell apart. I had to get a new phone. Go to an actual Verizon store and not this premium retailer. I got another protector that is way better quality for only $25. This store has the worse customer service I have ever expeirenced. We went in to have a phone activated and have everything from the old phone transfered to the new phone. We explained this to Seena who was helping a customer. He said he would help us when he was finnished with the current customer and he could have everything from the old phone transfered to the new phone in 15 Minutes. lol 2 hours later when he was done with his last customer he says that he can't do it because he didn't have his lap top. Then as he's helping us the phone rings and he starts helping the person on the phone. He basically ignored me as I asked him to put the person on hold to finish helping me.I ended up returning about a $100 in accessories and left because this young man just didn't know how to do his job or was not trained properly. He bragged about taking two hours to help a customer and said if Noah or anyone else that worked there it would take them twice as long. I saw 3 potential customers walk out because poor customer service and a store that was understaffed. I will never return. to this store again. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY'RE HORRIBLE! All I can say is that Verizon is by far the worst cell phone company that I have ever dealt with, it was downhill from the start. Horrible customer service, deceitful business practices, they sell you one thing and its a complete other thing when you get your bill. When you call the corporate customer service line it's almost impossible to actually speak to a live person, then once I did it was like speaking to a ignorant child that tried to aba daba me with pure BS. They boast about having the best network coverage which is a joke and a complete lie because I actually had the worst coverage of all of the major networks. Yes, worst then Sprint and AT&T, dropped calls, terrible coverage in multiple cities and weird noise in the middle of my calls and I couldn't make calls a large amount of time. When I finally had enough I switched services and sure enough all of my interruptions went away and services improved. The straw that broke the camels back is when I got my final bill they charged me $650 after I had already paid them the final $99. Essentially they held my good credit hostage if I didn't pay, saying that I signed a contract that I was put under the impression I was not under per the sales rep at this location. When I went back to the above mentioned, I was told that the young man that helped me was fired and they couldn't help me either. They told me I would have to speak to the manager who was never there and when I finally did I got more BS. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARN MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. My review is about Verizon in general, not about any particular outlet. ElsewhereI signed up for an iphone that came with Verizon service. Being a non-geek I found out at my first month's bill--which was over $700!--that I was using data. After being in the Walmart Family plan that had unlimited text, phone, and data I had no idea that I was using data on Verizon. I was just doing what I had been doing before which cost NO extra money for data. I called Verizon, explained the situation but they offered to lower my bill by only $20! My son also spoke with them (with my permission and listening in), but he didn't get anywhere with them either. We spoke with supervisors even. Needless to say they wanted all their money at once but I am on Social Security and don't have that kind of extra money so I quit their service and have been paying $50 per month until I get this very unjust bill paid off and went back to Walmart's plan. If they can offer all that they do and I'm sure they are still making a profit, then I really wonder about these other carriers which are doing nothing but RIPPING US OFF! My phone stopped working. I went into this store, a bit leery because it was small. I just moved from the LA area and was too far to go to the Lake Ave. store in Pasadena which I love. The person who took care of me was named Peyman. He could have sold me a new phone as mine was not working. But instead he worked on my phone for a while and now that phone works perfectly. What an honest salesman. There was no charge. I always buy a high end Samsung, and when my upgrade comes due on the phone I will purchase a new phone. Due to my experience I will ONLY buy the phone from Peyman. It is nice to see a salesman more interested in helping the customer the right way, then one just out to make a sale. Due to his honesty, he eventually will make that sale with me and then my wife when it is her turn as well. I don't know who the manager is, but give the guy a raise.
