This saddens me as I have been the reason we've kept them as a carrier for so long because of their great customer service and guaranteed always speaking with a customer care representatives the USA. He said he would add it but added the 19$ option. I called the store and asked to speak with him but he never called me back. I called customer service to fix the error but the insurance is still on the bill. So to resolve the issue I will be DISCONNECTING the new line of service and removing the insurance as well. Maybe once the rep sees the chargeback on his next month targets he will remember follow the Verizon standard of being honest and not adding what you want to add to customers accounts. I expect a refund for the insurance minus what I requested, twice. Very disappointing. I expected a higher standard. But this will be lifted up!

I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time. He started to talk about magnets, I told him I don't want a new charger only a cover that fits my phone and he sold me this cover for $25. when I came home I noticed that my phone could not be charged with this cover on. I drove back to the store and asked for a refund but the guy told me NO. Why sell me a cover that will not work wit me charger when I specified what I wanted. I find this business policy ridiculous and not the norm in most all stores in the the USA
