He was approached by a petite Asian representative who was EXTREMELY rude from the first engagement, very Dismissive, not friendly and Passive Aggressive. I use to lovely this location but that last experience made me rethink to ever come here. Please rehire new people that actually like there jobs and want to assist to provide good quality service. I can't seem understand how someone can be that extremely rude to an elderly man, especially when my dad walked 16 BLOCKS just to be assist in this specific store only to be treated like a piece of trash by this petite Asian representative.
