They did very little to help me and just tried to increase my data plan usage and tried to sell me more devices. They are interested in selling only and not addressing customer issues. Store says it's open from 10am to 8pm today. I'm here at 1pm and the door is locked, no one is inside, and no one is answering the phone. Sat outside for 32 minutes. If we could give 0 stars we would. 2nd poor experience in the last month. We are long time customers of T-Mobile, about 8 years. Needed some assistance with updating our Cc on account - waited for 45 minutes with both associates chatting up other customers about new phones. When asked how much longer the associates would be, they said another hour so we promptly left. Today we went first thing to T-Mobile only to find a note stating that they would be opening late. Waited a long time patiently outside and when knocking on the door to find out what time they would open, the associates hid behind the back room door. We knocked again and the manager finally came out that they wouldn't open for another 15 minutes, which would be 10:45am. Very disappointed with the poor service. read more

I went in looking for information regarding an upgrade from my sprint iPhone 11pro. The manager there, Melina, was so incredibly helpful and nice. She helped me special order the color and storage I was requesting for a new iPhone 13pro. She explained everything fully, down to the taxes and fees. Usually, going to get a new phone can be a whole ordeal, and can feel really sketchy if the sales person doesn't explain all the added fees and what to expect on my next bill. She called the customer service line on my behalf to order the phone for me, and even cut into her own lunch break to make sure that I got everything I needed. The other people working in the store at the time of my visit were also wonderful. I wanted to know how big the iPhone 13pro max was, and the other salesperson actually pulled out his own personal phone and let me check it out. All in all, this was such a great customer service experience for me, and I will definitely be back! This location rocks, and so does their team! Thanks guys!!! read more

I have been with Sprint/T-Mobile for over 21 years, with an average number of four lines at a time. I consistently upgrade my phones. I had a terrible time with customer service during the transition. Terrible service, nobody had a consistent answer, and nobody tried to help, just passed the buck. All that changed to the positive a few months ago when I got outstanding help from the staff at this store, particularly one person who solved the problems nobody else wanted to help with, upgraded phones, internet, and sold me other products. Today she wasn't there, and I'm back to "no service" service from the staff. A simple request to help add a Screensaver to my phone was answered with "did you buy it here? Simply put, don't buy a device from T Mobile! Buy from someone else and once you own the device look closely at the service area you'll use the most. Then cost of T-Mobile. I went to this store to switch from AT&T. The staff were vey friendly, the manager Nathan, and Darius helped me with my switch. They were very professional, and they were not pushy at all compared to all other phone stores. They took care of the process much faster than i expected it would be. They are a new store so they were not busy at all and were able to help us right away. I have my own business and i found out that I can sign up for a business account, which had some great features that i didnt know about. I did alot of research before switching to tmobile, and these people not only know what they're doing, but also are very honest as well. They helped me set up my note 5 and my wife's iphone 6s, and even put our screen protectors on for us. Will definitely be going back to this store for anything else i need. Sometimes stuff just happens. In my case, a Christmas present ordered from T-Mobile website and to be delivered by UPS went awry. Of course, the promotion I ordered under giving a free phone on a new line had expired and I was stuck only being able to get 1/2 off the replacement phone to be able to give the planned Christmas present. But Santa, in the form of Branch Manager Scott, stepped in to save Christmas even though this local T-Mobile branch had absolutely nothing to do with the mess. He placed the last available iPhone SE the store had in a hidden spot for us, and got the corporate bigwigs to step up and fix the problem, ensuring we got the deal we wanted in time for a Christmas Miracle. This Store have AMAZING costumer Service! I went in last week to buy an Apple Watch an I wanted the 42mm but they only had the 38mm. Michael was very helpful throughout the whole time I was in the store. I really wanted to leave with my Apple Watch that day so he told me if I get the 38mm one now I can exchange it for the 42mm. While I was in the store he called other locations to see if they had the watch I was looking for which was really awesome because I went to the Lincoln store a couple days before and they didn't not treat me with the same leave of respect and attentiveness that Michael in the Rocklin Sierra college store did! I called this morning to check in to see if they received any of the 42mm and the lady on the phone said yes but when I went into the store it was the Samsung watch that they had. I didn't mind because I should have clarified over the phone I was talking about the Apple Watch. Michael was there again and he was super helpful like last time. He called around to other stores and found a store that had the watch I was looking for and DROVE TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP FOR ME!! I've never experienced such amazing costumer service in my life! Beware of the promotions they offer because I have been dealing with customer support for about 6 months to no avail. My wife, I, and my mother-in-law have been customers for about 3 years and with an outstanding pay record with them the entire time and we have a great credit rating. We continued to pay our bill even when we noticed them over charging our account gor promotions on 2 tablets we received and brought to the stores attention as well as their customer support team. Nearly the entire time we were told we were wrong and they can't see the charges we're talking about even when we printed our statement and showed them. Finally we requested to speak to One of their supervisors who told us he couldn't see it And that he was going going to transfer us to someone in their solutions center who could see stuff that they couldn't see About our account after spending 4 hours on the phone with someone named Savannah in Colorado who said she deals with problems that cant be figured out By their customer care staff For our entire area. Not only was she able to get into details about our account she was able to see that we had definitely been overcharged on our account for promotions offer 2 separate times in a year period For well qualified customers at T-Mobile Offering them free tablets if they paid the $10 a month for the service and if they didn't cancel those lines for that promotional period. So she told us that we would get a $400 credit to our account and have the tablets paid off because of the difficulties we had had not only with the store but with their customer support team. We also asked if we could sign up for auto pay to get the discount on our bill if we were T-Mobile one customers. My wife had pre ordered me the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 While this store was running a promotion if you purchase a Samsung Galaxy note 8 and activate a New phone line on T-Mobile one you get 1 free. Not only did their staff at the store fail to offer this plan to my wife They sold her the worst phone that they offer in their store, the Revvel. My wife had told the staff that were helping her that she wanted to get that phone on their jump on the Demand program that they offer, But their staff dropped the ball yet again failing to tell her that if you purchase a phone out right you can't get the jump on Demand program. My wife wanted the same Offer that all of our phones are on. So under the assumption that that phone was on the jump on Demand program, She came home to tell me and show me the new phone that she had gotten our son because I had gotten off of work. I told her why would you get that phone when T-Mobile is offering to give a free Samsung Galaxy note 8 if you purchase a Samsung Galaxy note 8 on pre order and get a free gift from Samsung of one of their 360 cameras for each phone. I asked Her if they had offered that deal to her because one of the conditions was to open a new phone line on their T-Mobile 1 program. Savannah had been told us after we had been on the phone 4 hours That that wasn't the promotion that they were running on their site. So we had dropped the issue on that and were told that if the store had offered us that we needed to talk to them but she was going to put a note on our customer file that they needed to put our phone we had purchased on jump on Demand and that they needed to honor it and that if we had any problems with them that they were to call her at the solution center and ask for Savannah that she was the only one there by that name. And we asking get signed up for auto pay so we could get the discount And she told us yes that we could get the discount a $30 a month. She also told us that we could get a discount if any of our lines used under 2 gigs of data and we told her yeah our mother in law doesn't even use data and that we would have to sign up her line for that discount. Then she switched our account to the original plan we had the simple choice promo plan and took us off T-Mobile one but she failed to tell us that if we went back to the 2 simple choice promo plan we wouldn't get any of those discounts. Not only do they drop the ball on thatAnd what they had told us about having the tablets paid off on their end and the $400 Credit to our account for over Paying. Well we receive the discount but our tablet for the promotion didn't get paid off they went up $8 some change on one line and $7 some change on the other. The way we had found this out was going into the store to jump our son's phone and so I could purchase the DEX Station for my Samsung Galaxy note 8. That was one we were told by the store staff that they couldn't see any notes about putting that phone on jump on demand and they told us that we needed to get ahold of Savannah and do the foot work on that and have her contact them and they refused to help us any further because they wanted to go home because it was now past their closing .If I could give a lower review than this read more
