If I were a small- business owner, I would eat the $110 for the sake of keeping the business of a family of 4 who has been coming to them for years (they have made $800 off my husband's phone this past year alone!!). If they had even met me halfway or something, that would have made me feel better. Nope, nothing. At least they refunded the $70 deposit I had given them yesterday.

Then with some bad luck, I accidentally dropped my phone while waiting for a new case the very next day and cracked my iPhone screen in the front. They gave me a knock off screen for a decent price. But now my phone is having all these issues where it's overheating and literally acting up like I can't swipe my finger on it sometimes. I thought I would be saving money, but then I finally had enough and took it back in to let them know the issue. Well I left my phone there for 4 hours to have them put a genuine screen back on it and came back only to find out that they didn't have the screen available. First of all, why if the LCD Screen is not good would you put it on in the first place? He was claiming that because of the titanium around my phone, the knock of screens will sometimes not work as well. But when I come back only to find out nothing was done?!! What a waste of my gas money and time! He then said he had to order the screen and would call me today and I've received no phone call. I would not recommend this place. Going to be marching myself to an Apple Store after all. I kind of hoped that after his explanation he would replace my screen for free. Especially after all the money I've already spent -- I may as well just get a new phone almost 400.00 later!

#UPDATE After a little over a week of use. The caveats below…read morestill persist. One thing I've also been noticing is my screen will sometimes lag heavily. This goes for watching a video as well. Video will be choppy/laggy and this never happened to my original screen. Sometimes if I charge my phone and play music and use Apple Maps, the screen will also lag heavily I'll. Again this never happened with original screen. I've also noticed greatly that my battery % is being drained a lot faster. Even if it's regular use like how I did with my original Apple screen. I suspect it's the aftermarket screen. However, the 4 star review will still stay. Just an update. Will probably buy a new phone soon but this is still decent for $85. Great customer service. Fast service. I replaced my iPhone 15pro screen due to cracked screen. The only downside that resulted in 4/5 star is the aftermarket screen. It's great for a quick on the go if you don't want to spend $180+ for an original screen. The lighting on the aftermarket screen does have a light blue led color to it and it is not as vibrant as an orignal Apple screen. This you can tell. I don't mind this as my eyes will get adjusted to it. However, my biggest gripe to where I can tell a big difference on is the lag input on swiping. Just swiping the Home Screen to the next screen, the apps become blurry and it isn't a smooth transition. Another, big issue is the touch screen. I did put another screen protector layer on top of the new after market seal (the seal is part of a warranty depending on if it breaks or not). So I decided to try and protect my screen further. Upon doing so, I can tell a big difference in typing my letters especially the letters to the side of the screen "A a S P L & backspace". I now have to press my screen ALOT harder to register the letter I want. I find myself having to backspace and retype my words a lot more as pressing the letters do not register sometimes. Sometimes swiping from bottom screen up to close an app also does not work and I would have to press my screen hard to swipe up. Overall, this is a good purchase for a quick $85 on the go. If you do not mind the caveats I have listed here (maybe it's just my screen) then $85 is great. Other than that, you may want to spend more and get an original Apple screen.

This place was recommended to me, and to be honest, I'm usually a bit nervous about going to repair shops like this, but I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. I simply handed over my phone without even explaining what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly and honestly they explained the pricing system and how they diagnose the issue. Then they clearly told me what the actual problem was, explained what they did, and how they fixed it -- that was incredibly valuable to me. I will definitely continue going to this shop and will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much for your work! One more thing I found very meaningful -- they have a motto from Colossians 3:23, and it really helped me understand why everything was done at such a high level.

When I called to explain the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work and repair it free of charge. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After I sent them a photo of the screen, they immediately blamed me, told me it was my fault, and even said they were "not a magician" and refused to fix it under warranty. There was no attempt to troubleshoot the issue or stand behind their own work. I ended up taking my phone to another repair shop for a second opinion. They told me the screen had been installed incorrectly, which explained the problems I was having. They also told me the replacement screen appeared to be an extremely low-quality part and commented that many reputable repair shops won't even use parts like that because they're known to cause problems. Between the poor workmanship, the apparent low-quality parts, and the unbelievably rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to have been an improper installation, they blamed the customer and refused to make it right. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind its work. I wish I had.
