On the vendor website, it says that they will come to your house for an in-house repair. This is perfect for me because I am in a wheelchair, and the Surface Studio Pro 2 Desktop is Microsoft's heaviest computer. Their online appointment system was not working, so I called the downtown location first; they referred me to the Midway location. The Midway location confirmed that they do, in fact, have the ability to do in-house calls, but only if you have an insurance contract with Asurion. Otherwise, too bad. Not for any amount of money or to help out an old man in a wheelchair, will they honor their commitment and advertisement. That is just plain shameful. Shame on you & Happy Thanksgiving.
