Norco Boot Barn is by far the best around. Every time we walk in we are greeted by all sorts of employees? We were recently helped by Frank he searched for a hat then helped with boots belt and made sure we left with the right boot cleaner for my fiancé new Lucchesse and a brush. I can not thank Frank enough for his kindness and polite attitude. We came back today for my dads wedding attire and the sales guys again were awesome Jason, Gilbert and Jonathan . I hope these guys get some kudos because they deserve it. We will only shop at the Norco BB for now on. I forgot to mention Frank got the book out for me to look for a pair of Corrals. I don't know if you are aware or it is the intent of Boot Barn to display poor customer service and and air of prejudice.  I am an African American woman with southern roots, love of country music and a collection of cowboy/western boots that I wear frequently.   A few months ago I shopped in the Norco, CA store. I was neither greeted nor welcomed into the store. I was the only African American in the store and observed store associates greet and assist other customers as they walked into the store and shopped. Your store associates watched me shop but did not offer any assistance. I saw and felt the obvious disdain. I left the store.  Today, I left your South Las Vegas Blvd store with the same feeling. I was the only African American shopper in the store. Unfortunately, my experience was not much better. As I entered the store, sales associates watched me and walked behind me and did not greet me at all. Berry, in the sales tent, offered some assistance and was pleasant to speak to. Inside the store, as I shopped the aisles, Boot Barn associates never approached me.  They saw me shopping and chose to converse with one another or assist other customers. I left again empty handed and with a horrible, prejudicial impression of Boot Barn. I will share my experiences and never again will I cross the threshold of another Boot Barn. read more

Wowwwww!!! I live in LA county and have a bootbarn about 15 miles from my residence in Lis Alamitos... But decided to drive an hour to Norco!!! The drive was sooo worth it!! To start.. The selection: Soooo much to choose from .. Not just boots but also purses to bracelets ...necklaces to belts and hats to clothing... Second.. The customer service: I walked in looking to purchase a pair of boots .. Johnathan .. A very helpful young man who was very well mannered and sooo helpful.. He helped me with questions I had regarding the merchandise sold at the store.. Explained the proper fit to a boot and what to expect as far as stretching and care.. After arriving my daughter decided to get a pair of boots .. So he also helped her decide on the proper fit as she also was uncertain of the fit. Johnathan was very kind and helpful but not pushy.. As a matter of fact everyone was very nice and welcoming.. Talking to us about their city and location.. I will definitely be coming back to this bootbarn in the future.. I came to Norco for a different store that ended up not being open today, so I tried this Boot Barn since it was here and open. They didn't have any jeans that fit me right (they had lots of jeans in lots of sizes though!) but they had super helpful people working there that helped me look. I need tall sizes and they even checked other stores and online for me. This Boot Barn is better in both selection and service than the Orange County stores in my opinion but to be fair I stopped trying to shop at any of the OC boot barns years ago. Plenty of nice boots on offer here in a good range of sizes, I didn't need boots today but I'll remember this spot when I do. read more

First time in Norco and was definitely a welcome surprise. Very interesting to see so much patriotism in California. People at the store were friendly and helpful. Not much workwear here. Also, I was looking for American made work boots which there were none. This store mostly sells cowboy boots and western clothing which matches the likely clientele in the area. Other Boot barns sell much more workwear. Parking spots in the lot are extra deep to accommodate long box crew cab trucks, horse parking and horse trails unique to Norco. read more

I ordered a pair of $150.00 jeans-- about average for the brand. I had no problem paying for the jeans. When the jeans finally were delivered I was ecstatic! Finally a pair of jeans for this very tall skinny girl. I wore them for 4 HOURS!! They ripped on the inner thigh. I called two days after I received the jeans and explained what happened. They sent me a return receipt and told me I could go to my local boot barn and exchange them. A side note: these jeans were a loose/comfortable fit and not tight by any means. Today I called because I went to go print out the return slip and it said it was longer available (the lady I spoke to said I had two weeks to return them to the store), well I'm a FULL TIME NURSING STuDENT and have no time at all during midterms (which was also explained to the boot barn lady! I called tonight (which would have been EXACTLY TWO WEEKS and told her I needed to have the return receipt sent to my email; due to the fact that the previous one's miraculous became unavailable. I called and she and "boot barn" will not take back, fix, replace, nor give me a refund because I washed them. By the way she assumes I "washed them". After wearing a pair of pants (in a comfortable loose fit) the freaking ripped! I washed them out of curiosity due to the fact that I believed I was being polite. Who wants to touch somebody else's fun-- especially a stranger. So here is sit-- with the ONLY pair of pants that fit me (that I paid $150 for) that are now ruined and I get told "sorry about your luck". Well I hope ya'll don't sleep for a few nights because AS A STUDENT I'm low on cash, also if you can give me any tips where a 6' girl who weighs 135'lbs can get a decent pair of pants long enough and that are thick-- I'm open. Keep in mind this company went back on their word!!! Now I am screwed. I hope this helps somebody. I also apologize to any readers if this seems aggressive-- however if boot barn reads this that apology is not for you. You guys conned me out of $$150 plus tax and shipping. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Needed to go into boot barn to get work boots for my boyfriend who started a new job. He had no idea what he needed. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a young gentleman. We told him what type of work my boyfriend would be doing and he pointed us in the right direction. A very attentive employee approached us asking if we needed anything or if we had any questions. Which we did and she answered every question clearly. She also provided us with a useful tip about buying a snug size in a certain brand because they become loose after a while. They were absolutely in top of their game. Prices were very reasonable also I was very happy with my trip there. read more

Nice store but only once out of 15 times visiting this store have they had what I was looking for. So I end up elsewhere spending my money. I was in this store on 12/13/13 and again nothing on the shelves that I was looking for. All I want are black dress boots. They have lots of brown and other colors but very few black. My first trip to a boot barn and I'm hooked. The prices are great and this boot barn in particular was awesome. There's a horse parking corral out front and all the sidewalks are sand/dirt. I have to say today was the straw that broke the camels back when I placed a pair of boots on hold Thursday for wedding. I let them know make a note I will be in on Tuesday or Wednesday to pick them up. Guess what they sold them over the weekend. Whom ever was trying to play manager she was just a rude little snot. I can say this that place has really gone down hill. The one nice older lady that helped me felt so bad and was checking every store possible to find them however we were unsuccessful. We went in recently to get my daughter some new boots for her riding lessons and it was a great experience. The employee who helped us (I believe her name was Shannon) was so friendly and helpful. She helped us find the perfect pair of boots for my ultra picky 10 year old and managed to get her into a pair of jeans that she refused to even think about when mom suggested them. :) We will be back! every time i come here im disappointed, and this last trip finally encouraged me to write a review. i went in planning to buy a stetson seminole hat. The cashier was doing her job, but another woman was standing at the register shooting the breeze about some bad reviews they received, and speaking poorly of the customers who wrote them, loud enough for everyone to hear. i stood over at the hats for about 20 minutes and finally decided to leave. it was not a very busy day, and i shouldnt have to go find an employee when i need help. Also, the prices are about $30 higher than the website on many of the boots, and the website was offering free shipping as well. they matched the website price, but it still seemed kind of sneaky to mark them up that much. at every other boot barn the employees are constantly approaching me and asking if i need help, here not so much. We decided this is probably our last visit to this location. I have had ONE positive experience here about a month prior, i ended up purchasing boots, and i was helped by a friendly and helpful young lady who had recently transferred from the texas area. . read more

i'm beyond bothered with this store. i dropped off a pair of boots to get stretched and before leaving them, i advised them i needed them in two days and asked if it would be enough time. they assured me it was plenty of time and said they'll be ready to go. on pick up day i come late afternoon to give them more time, but it turns out they didn't get around to my boots. they were super busy the day i dropped them off and then she was off...blah blah blah. all i heard were excuses and lack of good customer service. they have several employees in that store and not a single person picked up the box (that was in the same exact place they were left on the day i dropped them off by the way...right behind the cash registers) to question why the boots were just hanging out?! the thing that really bothered me is that no one called me to let me know and instead they tried to sell me a leather stretching spray. seriously?! i'd give them ZERO stars but yelp won't let me. i'm never coming here again...and i would never recommend it anyone either! read more
