I just bought a car here and when I arrived for pick up there was no gas, tire light on, service required light on. I called and they said I could only speak to my sales person, who wasn't there at the time. A week later the car started acting funny and I had to replace all spark plugs. I got the service light fixed (by someone else) but the tire lights is still on (despite having air put in 2x) and the dealership said "sorry we can't fix that you have to go to Mitsubishi dealership in Denver". Also the interior lights didn't work at pick up either and the dealer said they can't fix that either because it requires a special tool only the Mitsubishi dealer will have ( in Denver). I will never buy from Booth again, horrible customer service and feels dishonest. Shane called me and that is not at ALL what he said! That is a lie. It has been six months since the purchase, and certainly more than enough time to not elicit a Rant. Therefore, its clear the owner is trying to de-rail my commentary and cloud the truth. We recently looked at an F150 at this dealership. We didn't end up buying it because we were looking for something a little nicer, but overall we had a really great experience. The minute we got there, the truck was pulled up that we had made an appointment to see & someone came to help us. The truck had clearly been cleaned inside & out which we really appreciated. They had the CarFax available & any information we needed. We spoke to a manager when we got back who was so incredibly helpful and even was helpful after we decided we didn't want to buy the pickup. They asked us normal questions about funding & were super helpful not even pushing their dealership funding. I just wanted to add to the review I have already posted.... once I put a negative review about them they contacted me immediately wanting to find a solution so I would take the review down... of course they did absolutely nothing.... All I asked was for them to keep their promise of when we bought the car that the extra protection that we purchased would cover fixing the interior issues we had. Of course when I called the coverage company they said they absolutely do NOT cover the items we needed fixed... Victor reached out to me after the negative review was posted and said they would fix it. Here is the "customer service" I received from them. Here was my previous review, since it was taken down. I would absolutely NOT buy a car from Booth Motors! Reason number one is they will lie to you to make a sale. For example, we were told if we bought the "extended dent guard" which added about 100 a month on the term of the loan that it would keep our car looking BRAND NEW!! The company would come out to our house and fix whatever blemishes were wrong with our car. When we purchased our car (given yes, it is a USED car) but we still spent almost 50K so I would except a LITTLE respect.. But instead we were bamboozeld into paying for this service that ONLY fixes paintless dents, cigarette burns in the seats and carpets... the entire reason we purchased this was because we were told the rippling leather on the dash board and the carbon fiber trim work around the ENTIRE vehicle was pooping off and Rod AND Victor ASSURED us that these SMALL items would be fixed. All we needed to do was make a phone call... well I made that phone call, turns out that coverage we bought does nothing of the sort! It is practically insurance for hail damage and cigarette burns (but only in the seat and carpets) you would think for almost 9K that we would have been told up front and honestly what it was we were buying.... We drove 45 miles out of our way to this dealership for the car we bought, so we were going to buy the car regardless... we didn't need to be lied too.... Also, when we left we were contacted a couple days later by the dealership telling us they messed up sending some of the paperwork to the credit union so we would have to drive all the back up to Longmont and re-sign the paperwork... Even though this was not our fault we obliged and I ended up driving up and back THREE times without a simple "Thank you, sorry for the inconvenience" my husband and I buy cars very regularly... about every 6 months, and at first glance we thought we had found a new dealership to purchase our future cars from... But after leaving and reading "the fine print" we will absolutely NEVER buy a vehicle from them again and I would advise you don't either!! If it were me, which my husband and I are BOTH in sales so we know "the game" I would have at the VERY LEAST tried to make my customers happy after being confronted about lying about what was being sold... Instead of a resolution or fixing all the "promises" at a discounted rate we got NOTHING!!!! Buying a $50,000.00 car and getting absolutely NOTHING! No "I'm sorry there must have been a mis understanding" "what can we do to make this right" NOTHING! So now I am stuck with a new car I bought that I am going to have to pay to get fixed because I was sold a complete lie! Oh, last but not least. Since the paperwork wasn't sent in correctly our temp tag expired before Jefferson County had our information (again, not our fault) but when I called Booth I was told it was 100% MY problem and I would need to go and PAY for an extended temporary tag.... maybe it's just me, but I am at a loss for why I would need to pay for companies mistake.... Do Not Waste your time driving to LONGMONT! This dealership's Management lacks CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I had negotiated a price for a Used Land Rover, only to arrive and find a COOLANT LEAK, and after test drive, a noticeable WOBBLE at higher speed, that was later diagnosed as FAULTY TIE RODS! I was told that I could purchase "as is" at the negotiated price...or...pay $1,000 more and the repairs would be done! Really!!! This is their idea of customer service! If you go you will find out fast Salesmen have no regard for you and simply don't care about a quality deal I showed up with over $30k in my pocket literally in cash...was not allowed to drive a single car unless I made an offer BEFORE I drove the car. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and do not purchase a vehicle from this company. You will not be able to identify all the items wrong with the vehicle in one test drive. I was able to identify a couple items wrong with the truck I purchased, it took them almost two weeks to make the repairs so I could pick the truck up. Over the next 6-months problems with the truck really began to show up, a year later two cylinders went out. I had to salvage the truck and took a $10k hit. The salesmen at Booth are incompetent and if baffles me they're still in business. Seriously, if you're strapped on cash, find a different alternative. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I bought a 2015 Subaru WRX STI from here last June 10, 2021 and they told me the car was in perfect condition and it was modded. Of course at the time I had no knowledge of cars and decided to trust them. The worst damn option i've ever made. They sold me a warranty along with my purchase of the vehicle. They told me if anything were to happen to the vehicle the warranty would definitely cover it. If the engine were to malfunction the warranty will cover it. HOWEVER... My engine blew up about half a year ago (which was my fault), and I decided to give the warranty a call. HOWEVER, the Warranty told me that they DO NOT cover modified vehicles. The dealership must've known this and still sold me the damn warranty so they can get their money. After 100's of calls to the dealership and the Warranty, after 3 months, I finally got the money back from the warranty i was sold. This place doesn't give two f's about its customers. They seem nice and helpful but they only want to suck money out of your pockets. As i'm reading the rest of the reviews, im noticing the same things have happened to them. I took my subaru to get fixed at Subie Doctor in Denver, Co. They told me that many vehicles have been brought in from a dealership named "booth motors" with the same issue. I am not the only one with this issue and this dealership still decides to sell this warranty. They only want to scam! I ended up paying $8,000 out of pocket because of them. Do not shop for your car here!! They're scammers selling lemon law vehicles! Let me tell you about my experience. Granted it was about a year ago when it started but I've been drowning in car repair bills since so haven't had time to warn everyone about this place. I went to trade in my Srt4 for an Evo 8. I had already worked out a deal with the guy who handles the online inquiries, same game who probably handles all these Yelp reviews. Forget his name but he was great, told me to go over to the dealership to make the deal happen. It's an hour and half away from me, so I go and he's busy so they put with some lousy other salesman who obviously comes off as cool but as you go you realize he's not and just wants a sale. Well, this guy offers me not even a third of $$ that the online salesman and I talked about. I was ready to walk out because my car was not stock and they claimed they were in the business of buying built cars. The salesman's tells me to wait as he's going to talk to his boss. He comes back with a better offer, one that made me stay. Not what I wanted but because the boss claimed that some money was going to have be put into it before selling it such as retuning it, painting a lip I had on it (was already painted just had scrapes from being low), and fixing the hail damage it had. Pretty fair I guess, so I take the deal because I want the evo. So we closed the deal in February, my check engine light came on, on my way home. I told them and they said it's because it needs a tune. So I'm like okay, so I get it tuned by a well known tuner. Fast forwarded to august, my engine gives out. I bought the car at 75k miles, my engine gave out at 78k miles. I had bought the warranty but apparently doesn't cover the engine. And when I contacted booth, I was told warranty might cover it. I asked what was the number because I wanted to make sure I have the right number and they stopped answering my messages. So about $8,000-$9,000 later, my car is being repaired. I should've known to walk away when the salesman told me "you never know with these cars, they can give out any second." I don't know if he was trying to throw a hint at me or was just preparing for an expensive journey on top of having to pay the car. Oh, and when my srt4 sold I wanted to follow it so I found the new owner, Booth did not retune it, they did not fix the hail damage, and they did not repaint the lip. The guy who bought the srt, if he did a review I'm sure it would be just as bad as mine. He took it booth for repairs and they botched the car, he told me that he had to get lawyers involved to return the car as they destroyed it. I'm still following the car now, and it is destroyed. Leaking oil from everywhere. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE, DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. You will be drowning in bills!! Sales guy gives me shit about wanting to test drive a car, telling me I can hear it start, it's hard to get financing, etc. So I tell him I'm not taking the time to drive up there if I can't test drive it. Pissed I hang up and this Victor character calls back to ask my name and when I'll be there to test drive this crap $17k car. I tell him I hung up on purpose because I didn't want to deal with him, so he apologizes and I meet him there. I get there test drive this POS 3000gt, not what I want, tell him I'd like to look at other cars while there (giving no effort to get me into another vehicle besides this POS I just drove, and he tries to give me excuses of why I can't drive these other cars. I show him my checking account with over $130k, and leave, f this place, won't get a penny from me, either the sales guy sucks or the owner is hard up about test driving cars....how the hell u supposed to know if u like the car or not u jackass!!!!!! However they cross their fingers hoping you'll buy their lemons. they happily sold me a vehicle over 2 grand it's value while it had a pvc hose broken a vacuum hose busted and 3 bent wheels. Bought car and was told it was in great condition no problems. A week within purchasing my car, I took it to a trusted certified mechanic for an oil change and found out it had a leak. Took it back to booth to get checked and they denied the leak. They told me it was residual oil, they power washed it and sent me home. I found this odd so I had a couple other certified trusted mechanics look at it and confirmed there was a leak. After some back and forth with covering this leak they agreed to do repair. The leak was coming from failed transmission so I needed a replacement. My warranty covered most of this bill and I got it replaced at booth motors only to find out a couple months after the repair that there was a hole in the valve body cover and that it was leaking. I went back to booth to let them know of this and they denied responsibility for failed repair. Accused other mechanics throughout these issues and were not helpful or took ownership of unconscionable practices in selling car ( over priced and undisclosed mechanical issues) and repairs. read more

Then he tells me that i have hert the value of my car and even taken value away by adding very good parts and a very mild tune only adding 100 extra hp from stock but has enoff parts to tune up another 200hp. Keeps calling it heavily modified but it has stock exhaust suspension exc. Passes emishions and drives perfect. I stand behind that the parts ive installed on this car would increases the value about %20 of what was installed. IF YOU GAVE 22K THEN ADDED 9% YOU WOULD SELL IT FAST. I understand we will not make a deal and we have burnt that bridge down. But my reviews are my experance with a lot and are written on paper but its the way i feel. read more

I figured I would keep everyone updated on the truck problem. The dealership called me and said my truck is getting mis diagnosed. But I trust the mechanics looking at my truck and the dodge dealership that has it now. All the repairs I have put into it has made it run a little bit better every time. This dealership sold me a pile of junk and I wouldn't recommend shopping there. If the person who called me from Booth motors actually sounded like they cared a little bit I would have bumped it up to 2 stars. 6 months later and multiple repairs and I am still out of a vehicle. Super disappointed! I purchased a vehicle believing they actually did a multi-point inspection prior to putting it on the lot. After getting the car home, found out that it had severe front suspension issues which were incredibly dangerous. I was hung up on twice by the sales manager with him claiming phantom phone calls and never got a call back! They offered me $50 for ultimately $800 worth of work. My mechanic said the damage had occurred in the last 10,000 miles, not in the previous two days, and would be easy to spot with any basic undercarriage inspection. Boyfriend bought a car (2010 evoX) 2yrs ago, he drove it for about 6 months out of 2yrs. Had to replace a $15000 transmission after 2 months and now it has been sitting in the driveway for the last 1.5 yrs due to an engine issue and needs a new engine that is about $30000. If zero was a rating that is what they would be given but since there's not a 1 will do. I purchased my BMW X1 through booth motors which it wasn't even the car i came there for. I wanted the Jeep SRT they had but since this was my first car lease even with my good credit score i didn't qualify for such a high car loan my salesperson John then went and found the BMW that i would qualify for and at first i told him i didn't want another BMW because i had 2 in the past that had caused me problems but john insisted that i only had problems with them because they were older versions with high miles and he then informed me that with their 2 year warranty that even if i were to experience problems with the car i could take it to them and have it fixed with no money taken out of my pocket and who doesn't like the sound of that because bmws are expensive cars to repair. I ended up settling on the BMW and went through all the paper work and the car was mine. How exciting right? Wrong no more than 20 mins of driving back home i got an engine overheating warning which then forced the car to loose power and not accelerate. My mom who was with me had Johns number and told him that the car was overheating and he responded that the car may need coolant which it did not and then i noticed that the windshield wiper fluid dispenser was not working and i informed them of that issue as well and they told me to bring it in and that they would take a look at it. I took my car in on a Tuesday to get a diagnostic but only had time for an hour and was told that a dispenser would be ordered but that they would need a little more time to look at what was causing the car to overheat which was understandable. When I took my car in the next Tuesday I was told that they were going to be running another diagnosis and that no part was ordered but that i would be given updates on the car which did not happen i ended up having to call them and ask for an update and was told that they were still working on figuring out why the car was overheating and had no updates on the fluid dispenser. At this point i was super frustrated given that this was my first car purchase and was experiencing issue right away. I finally got my car back on that Friday and was told that my car had a water pump recall that they were unaware of and that they couldn't replace my windshield wiper dispenser because BMW had to program it. They then told me that i have to take my car to BMW and see if my warranty covers the repairs which nothing that was wrong with my car was covered with the warranty so i'm confused on why they offer a warranty when you literally have to pay out of pocket to begin with. I then asked if there was a way to have the car towed there given that the car literally overheats if you drive longer than a 15min drive and they themselves don't offer towing and then asked me to check with my insurance company or check the warranty which again doesn't cover anything at all. Soo ultimately i would advise you to take your money elsewhere because all these people care about is selling crappy cars and making money. read more

Bought a car with cash on a Saturday, as soon as we were driving it home, the service engine light came on. Went and got it checked out and the transmission was shot. I drove it back to Booth on Monday and asked for a refund and was told it was sold "as is." Then Nick offered to let me buy the warranty and asked if I wanted the car put on a roller to put the miles on necessary to file for a claim. (I refused). I ended up getting a used transmission for $6K , which cracked as soon as I drove it home. Got another used tranny for $7K. Then a month later, the computer board went out completely. Spent another $1500 to replace that. Car was $20K, put in $14.5K. Ended up trading it in and got $1,500. Obviously knew the tranny had issues but still ripped off an old lady. BEWARE. Booth Motors tried to renegotiate my trade after the deal had been negotiated. I visited the dealership last week and viewed the car I was interested in. Don was helpful at that time. He looked over my trade. I left the dealership and over the next few days I negotiated and finalized a value for the dealer car and for my trade. I have email proof of the deal that was negotiated (with no pre-conditions). Then when I returned to the dealer they try to renegotiate my trade. They said that they have to drive the car before finalizing the value, but that is a cheap negotiation technique to try to get more $$ from the customer. I've had several dealers look at my car and say it is a really good car and drive...and it is obvious there was no value change after the "drive". Either they didn't research the value of my trade the first time I was there and didn't tell me (not professional), or is was a classic used car sales tactic to get $$ out of me once I had basically agreed to buy the car (prior to a pre-purchase inspection). They "fixed" the starter and tighten a radiator clamp. $245 dollars later after my truck started smoking and shooting flames out the back catching the side of the highway on fire I called them. Their response "not our problem, you drove it off the lot, we did you a favor and we hooked you up". Not once did anyone say, "We're sorry, bring it back and we'll look at it" or "are you ok and safe". Or "how about we send a tow truck to help you out"? They took no responsibility at all, none! They had it a week, it wasn't shooting out flames when I brought it in. It wasn't smoking when I brought the truck in for service. How did they do me a favor and "hook" me up when I paid them. They keep repeating the truck you traded in was junk, oh really? When they went out and test drove it and offered me money for it was junk, the motor was blown? I drove it to you lot with a blown motor, interesting. Remember when I turned over the keys I said, "you are taking my truck 'as is'". Their "fix" has nothing to do with my trade in, it has to do with their crappy service department. They stand behind nothing, zero integrity, ZERO! I'd recommend paying slightly extra over at Carmax, or somewhere with certified pre-owned vehicles that give you at least a 30 day money-back guarantee. Once you drive this car off the lot, you're on your own. They don't care, you signed their papers. If you must buy a car with them, THOUROUGHLY look through the car before buying, and hire YOUR OWN MECHANIC to check the car out, don't trust what they have to tell you. All they do is make sure the car can drive a few miles without breaking down. Not writing specifics because I unfortunately still am dealing with these crooks. Read through all the bad reviews they have here and on the Better Business Bureau. There is a trend for a reason ladies and gentleman. Spend your money elsewhere. My experience was not good with this dealer and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you think they are being your friend, look out because that means they are likely trying to rip you off. They operate on the typical used car salesman b.s. = high pressure sales tactics, over inflated prices for the condition of the vehicles they are selling, not honest and open up front about how they operate/process, seem to specialize in auction vehicles that they flip (buy cheap, make it flashy, drive up the price, and sell quick), don't stand behind their product. I know all dealers are in business to make money, but I would rather go to reputable dealer that will stand behind their product and don't specialize in trying to rip people off. Their after sales support sucks as well and they operate on the same principals as when they sell the vehicle. They gave me the song and dance that they would fix an intermittent issue I found the day after buying the vehicle (didn't show during my inspections prior to buying). Over the phone it was bring it in we will take care of it. Then when I get there and they confirm my diagnosis they claim the price will be double what it should be and to "take care of me" they will cover half the repair. They wanted over $400 for one hour of labor. To translate "we are charging you full price and doing nothing for your, but we want you to think we are being buddies with you". All part of their song and dance to get you out the door with your cash in their pocket before you realize what is going on. Oh and their location sucks, it has no cell reception so don't count on looking things up while you are in the show room to be able to negotiate or fact check the b.s. they are feeding you. I am actually giving two stars instead of 1 because they attempted to make a couple of items right with me. But all they really did was admit they ripped me off and were giving me a partial refund (we are talking like $600 of a $17000 bill) for which I had to fight for. read more

I understand some people may have good experiences here but I was sold a car that had issues the next day. When I told them they agreed to fix it. Then 3-400 miles later, there's aluminum on the oil plug, oil pressure light was on, and white smoke coming up through the hood. When I told them this, they didn't stand behind their product, instead they pointed out the "as is" clause on the contract. This car has caused me a lot of personal and financial problems and has ruined me from ever going back to Booth Motors. Don't let their high pressure sales technique get to you. read more

Super pushy to sell and if you try to leave they like block you in so you cant leave. And the old man Steve is there strictly for the money and not there to do the customers a service and the owner acts like he is going to die if you dont buy a car. It's also weird if you pay attention to there cons they try what ever they can to make sure you dont leave they have a guy with a beard that walks around the lot and acts like he doesnt work there and shows you all the cars on the lot to distract you from thinking about leaving. It's crazy the extent they go to with making sure you dont leave without buying a car. Extremely rude and I can go on for days go look at all there fake reviews on google its ridiculous . Just watch out seriously and read your contracts your signing if you ending up giving them your business. read more
