I had a birthday party over this past weekend for my boyfriend's 30th. I had heard about Boozy Bundtz on Facebook, and I knew it was a cake business run out of the home of a woman here in Anaheim Hills. I decided to give her a shot for the birthday cakes, depending on her prices. Lucky me, her prices are very reasonable, and she is super close to my house so it would be easy to pick them up! Apparently she offers different flavors every month, and she has two sizes - "party" and "cocktail." She said the party sized can feed 12 - 15 people, and the cocktail feeds 1 - 2 people. I decided to order one party sized and three cocktails. These were the flavors she offered this month: Red Hot Kiss Vanilla Bundt - Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, Red Hots Razberry Beret Dark Chocolate Bundt - Chambord Raspberry infusion Toasted Nut Chocolaty Chocolate Bundt - Amaretto, toasted Coconut topping Pirate Booty - Our signature Rum Bundt topped with toasted Walnuts The cakes were a hit! All of them were delicious, with Pirate Booty being the clear winner of the bunch - good thing I ordered the party size for that one. The cakes were super moist, very flavorful, and you can definitely taste the alcohol in them. I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of them before people started to eat them, they were very cute and decorated nicely. I ended up having 21 people at my house and the cakes were enough for everybody to have a little. We also had cupcakes that were devoured, so in the future if I had a party that size, I would order two party sized and maybe a couple cocktails. The woman who makes the cakes, Tifney, seems very sweet. Unfortunately I did not get to meet her, as she was not home at the time of the pickup. I am sure I will order from her again in the future, and hopefully I will have a chance to meet her. Ordered the lemon drop for a birthday and WOW- it was a complete hit! To be honest, the whole process was great and easy. I ordered and paid for it online and Tifney emailed me back within an hour with a question about my order. 2 days before I picked it up, Tifney emailed to confirm pickup time and gave me the address. I am always a bit critical when it comes to bundt cakes because I have had so many in the past that are dry, but Boozy Bundtz are MOIST MOIST MOIST(yes I said moist haha). Also, the amount of booze you taste is perfectly balanced, so you will get sweet delicious moist cake with a nice bit of alcohol(limoncello with the cake I ordered) on the palate!
