Went to the Prescott Valley location today, Sunday, June 25. Part of the grand opening advertised " free lunch sandwich " beginning at 11:00 a.m. I got in line and was at register to order at 11:10. There were 4 adults in my group. I was told they no longer were doing free sandwiches for everyone. I could buy 2 and get 2 free. I did that. Disappointing though. read more

Donuts...we've gotten quite a few lately (Outlaw Donuts, Donut Hole, Daylight Donuts, Dunkin' Donuts), but now we have BoSa Donuts. For me, this is the "best" of the lot. Not only do they have a wonderful selection, but they also always have whatever donut you desire pretty freshly baked...I mean, they continuously "restock" their display throughout the day. How often have you gone to one of the previously mentioned at, say, 2pm and they're out of what you had your heart set on? Not at BoSa... And drinks...coffee, teas (fruit-flavored, milk tea, etc.), boba (OMG yes!), smoothies, slushes/snowcones, soda. Plenty to choose from. And sandwiches, mostly breakfast ones, though. But...I've been missing a ham, cheese, and jalapeno croissant for awhile...and BoSa has them. I'm done with my happy dance review/recommendation...give 'em a try. read more

Cinnamon crumb and glazed donut, amazing! They're just so light and fluffy, yum. Their apple fritter isn't good though, unlike other Bosas I've been to. The inside is mushy and tastes like it's uncooked, and it's quite unappetizing. They've also increased their prices and two donuts are now $3.81. From my experience, 24-hour Bosas are usually much better, and the times I came to this one was in the afternoon so maybe that's why their apple fritter wasn't great. I also had to wait a while due to drive-in and the person in front of me all got sandwiches. read more

Came on a Friday night to celebrate our youngest being weaned off her paci, and the nice women behind the counter were very generous (not to mention friendly)! The donuts were delicious and so was the decaf that they brewed fresh just for us. read more

This rating was increased because the donuts were very good. Fulfillment of the Uber delivery order was incomplete. Normally, I would provide this feedback to the business directly by phone - however - after calling two different phone numbers that rang through to a voicemail that was not accepting messages - I figured this particular business doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a dozen donuts and a dozen donut holes. I received three donuts and the donut holes - . Uber did give me a credit for the missing items but the not fees and tip to the driver. For what it is worth BoSa - perhaps delivery services aren't your thing - so just don't do it going forward. Or, answer your phone. Or, activate/clean up your voicemail. Or, simply fulfill the prepaid order completely. Next time I am in Prescott I will probably look for a different donut shop. read more

I have been to Bosa donuts several times in the last month and both times service has been excellent. The donuts have been great. The apple fritters are very good. The filled donuts are also very good. I have not tried the coffee or sandwiches but as far as the donuts they're great. read more

So just staying in Prescott for a few days and spotted Bosa on my way through. Now, I don't write a lot of reviews and though to myself, not the greatest place to sit but love their donuts. Boy was I wrong. Super clean inside, presentation of their food was on point. They even had a relaxation area with a fireplace heater and leather chairs??? Whaaaat? The staff was super cheerful and quick. Donuts were awesome and the upbeat banter between employees was refreshing. Guests coming in and complimenting them constantly says a lot. So I went back up to the counter for more donuts so I could sit and enjoy my time there. If you wanted to come in with your family, they have an 8 seater dining table for you. The pozole convo made me crave pozole. Haha. Too bad they don't have that there. Come in, relax, bring a book. Thank you Bosa. read more

Great little spot. Very fair prices, good doughnuts especially the buttermilk one. Surprisingly good sandwiches. They even have boba tea, and it's as good as any other boba tea place at like half the cost. Very home-ey decor. The only downside is that the menus look like they were made in a middle school graphic design class. But they're readable so it's whatever. read more

H Uber Eats delivery, Bosa left out an item. 2nd time. Uber will NOT refund me. Called store and asked them what they are going to do about it. Lady kept claiming it was correct (it WASN'T) and blamed driver. I called driver and she is trying to fix this! In the meantime lady with accent kept saying call Uber, driver did something etc. I kept saying Uber wont refund, it was THEIR MISTAKE, YOU need to fix this! Lady was literally SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS AT ME. So I screamed back. She wouldn't listen but just SCREAMED. She finally just hung up on me. Get this: I called Bosa before the delivery to ask they double-check order! Lady with accent promised she would. LMAO Called driver at that point. She verified she saw 3 small bags go into a larger one but didn't know what in them. She was upset to hear Bosa was blaming HER. Called Bosa back and asked for corporate number. Girl with no accent said there is none, they are a franchise. I told her blasting online and she started screaming at me too. SCREAMING. I called her a profanities (I regret nothing after the way I was treated) and she hung up. I was FIRM at beginning, not yelling. They started it. They know what they did. I am on a mission to post this EVERYWHERE. Also looking to find out who is in charge of franchisees. I will be posting this in every local group I can find. Really awful people there. AWFUL.They lied to me and tried to blame driver. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. They already lied about the order, lied about the driver, and I am sure they will lie about me. Good donuts but the breakfast sandwich disappointed me. Not the sandwich itself but the order being incorrect. My husband ordered a croissant ham and egg breakfast sandwich for me and specified no cheese (I only eat real natural cheese). I got the sandwich and took a bite and spit it out. Not just one slice of fake cheese but all throughout the sandwich so I had to throw it away. What a waste! I'll stick to their donuts. read more

The donuts that they make here are cake style donuts, and have all the classic flavors that I have been craving. The donut and breakfast sandwich that I had were so good. The donut was so perfect, lightly crunchy from the chocolate shell frosting on the outside but super soft on the inside. It reminded me a lot of the donuts I used to love to eat as a kid from the neighborhood donut shops in LA. read more

Employees have forgotten items in orders multiple times in my experience there. Hours need to be updated. Walked in ~20 minutes prior to closing and was rudely informed that the lobby was closed. Don't see the difference between me standing waiting for a smoothie and idling my car and wasting gas; this isn't a full service restaurant. Hours on websites need to be updated and lobby hours posted on doors. They store some supplies in the middle of the lobby, not making for good ambiance. Donuts are about what you'd expect. I love Bosa!! Their donut selection is incredible and their boba drinks are to die for. I also recommend trying their lunch sandwiches. I was surprised at how big they are. All of the staff were super friendly and service was incredibly fast - the store was very clean. Regarding some of the previous reviews - I think it's important to remember there are always some kinks to work out when opening and new store. Especially in food service (I've worked in the restaurant industry for quite a while) & I feel Bosa has it figured out. Can't wait to go back :) read more

First time visit to this new store on 10/6. Let me first say the donuts here are very fresh and delicious. Maybe a bit pricey that's ok since these are outrageously good donuts. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. So why only give a two star rating? Bees......bees everywhere in this store. Bees outside the donut case and worse bees inside the donut case and crawling over and in the donuts. Finally, someone please give the exterior door a deep cleaning. It appeared that after this business was changed from a fast food business to a donut store the door handles and door itself were never cleaned. Hand prints and what appeared to be old grease were present. In times of COVID a clean door is a good indication that the rest of the business is clean. read more

They were running a special today. Buy 1 dozen get 6 free. We ended up with 18 donuts for under $14. Crazy! We got a big variety. All of them were fresh, light, airy, not greasy at all, and had super yummy flavors. If you love coconut, get their toasted coconut. If you love chocolate, get their chocolate cream filled. Trust me.
