Absolutely SHOCKED by how rude we were treated. I purchased several pastries from this bakery, and my girls and I sat down so they could enjoy their drinks. Out of nowhere, a staff member came up to us speaking in Korean and repeatedly pointed toward the entrance/exit, clearly telling us to leave. We were completely caught off guard because we had just purchased our pastries from this business. When I held up the bag of pastries to show that we were paying customers, she immediately turned around and walked away. What made this even more shocking was that there were plenty of empty tables available. There was absolutely no reason to approach us the way she did. As paying customers, we should have been treated with basic courtesy and respect, not made to feel unwelcome and singled out. This will be our first and last time. read more

Love this bakery for the connivence and that it's in the mall before you go to Hmart. Smart lol, but they have a wide variety of stuff here and my sister wanted to treat baby girl to some stuff which was so sweet of her. It's spacious they have so many things to choose from, bread, pastries, savory, cakes, small cakes and a little coffee stand so you can get a coffee. I ended up getting the caramel macchiato. It was delicious and then we sat down and ate some of our treats. Love that they have seating so you can enjoy your coffee and snacks before going shopping or just to have. The lady who rang us up and the other employee were both helpful and friendly with a smile also the guy working at the coffee area too. Come check it out I bet they have other locations looks like that kind of a place. But been here before loved it then and still love it now after so long of not coming here. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the bakery today. While I was excited to visit, the experience was negatively affected by the attitude of the staff. I felt that I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner, and even heard them talking bad about my group. I understand that businesses can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The interaction made me feel unwelcome and left a poor impression of the bakery. Beautiful display of baked goods. Definitely eye catching. the actual quality of what we tried is lacking. We just got 2 bread items & a slice of black sesame cake just to test the waters. Milk France & custard bun were too sweet while the black sesame cake wasn't moist :( Maybe we got the wrong products but ultimately wouldn't return. read more

Got macarons ($2 each) & choco bun ($3.95). 4/5 The chocolate macaron was the only 1 that had a strong enough flavor. 2/5 The rest of the macarons lacked flavor. I believe I got pistachio, coffee, & passionfruit. 2/5 The chocolate bun is nowhere near as good as PB's chocolate cream bun or Tous Les Jour's. There isn't enough chocolate in the bun. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE. They serve cakes that they made previous days so NOT FRESH. They freeze the cakes that they say need to thaw for at least an hour which makes no sense why would you freeze a cake you "just made". Since my husband and I were already on the other side of this shopping mall (at Cheesetella in the food court), we decided to check out this bakery to hopefully pick up some baked breads for the week. After browsing and walking around, we ended up purchasing: Custard Cream, $2.95- My husband picked this baked good and enjoyed the custard inside. Milk France, $2.95- This long baked treat is filled with a nice cream, and covered in powdered sugar. The powdered sugar will most likely be messy but is a nice tasty dessert that surprisingly wasn't too sweet with that messy powdered sugar. Sesame Bread, $3- I liked this bread, as it had a nice chew. Inside the bread is empty by the way. Chestnut Sandwich, $4- We picked this loaf for my mother so that she could take it to work. She enjoyed it. I'm so used to all the Korean bakery chains that I'm a regular at that for some reason I didn't think much of Bosco. I walked by it many times while at the Koreatown Plaza and like Julia Roberts said BIG MISTAKE! HUGE. But now that I've had it several times. I'll never NOT stop again when at the mall. I love picking this and that from their shelves, creating my own personal wonderland of carbs. I like their brownies (both the chocolate and red velvet) with their creative designs and not-too-rich flavors. You'll never go wrong if you get Bosco's Basque cheesecake. It's creamy but light with great flavor. Now let me introduce you o the star of their show. The Hot Dog Bun from Bosco Bakery Cafe is the best I've ever had. No joke! This bakery honestly left me speechless!!! Aclose friend of mine would often visit with her hubby to pick up their favorite pastries and wanted to introduce it to me. It's pastry galore if you ask me. You would definitely walk out of there broke. It's too much to choose from at one time. The customer service is beautiful and everything is fresh. What I love about the location is that it's conveniently in the koreatown plaza. So parking isn't an issue. From cakes to cookies and pies, it's definitely a place for the taste buds. The cakes themselves were extremely simple which made them quite overpriced. The worst part was the sponge cakes were so dry that I couldn't even swallow without some coffee or tea. Honestly, I came by just to get an order of iced green tea to add to my lunch order waiting for me at the food court. It never crossed my mind to bother writing a review about it. But my out-of-towner guests decided to make a stop as we walked out post-lunch grub form the food court. Since I was already there, I decided to look around and see what they had to offer. It's almost to the like of 85deg but their goodies come in different variations. We picked up a few sweet as well as savory breads. They have a pretty good variety. It's pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. There wasn't a time when there wasn't a line or some sort of a crowd. Whatever we got was pretty good. Ditto the iced green tea. This bakery is located inside the Korean Tow Plaza. There are multiple Korean pastries all individually wrapped. Prices are a little higher than what I'm used to when purchasing at an Asian bakery, they're about $4+ each. It has a small gathering of folks just sitting and eating. Walked in here when visiting the mall with some friends and it's really a nice bakery that has a ton of options! I wish they had a special that would let you buy maybe like 10 breads cause I wanted to try so many but since we were on a bit of a food mission we were not gonna get many breads. First thing we got was the croquette bread which was sort of filled with a japchae type filling. It was really nice! Next we had some mochi bread with cream cheese in it I believe that was very good as well. The BEST bread we got of the day was probably the garlic toast. So sweet and garlicky. Can't wait to try the other breads or pastries that they offer. The red velvet cookies or cakes caught my eye for sure alongside a lot of the others I took photos of! read more
