My fav! Chewy Cranberry cream cheese bread
    Lily K.

BB bakery has become one of my favorite bakeries! I go almost daily to get their cream cheese, cranberry bread, or twisted doughnut with the cream on it. Their breads are not sweet and the perfect chewy texture. Yes some other items are priced higher than other bakeries, but I do believe that they use good quality ingredients and also make things in small batches. The service is always good here and they really encourage you to try samples so you know exactly what you're purchasing. So far i haven't had a single bad item here and I plan on buying breads as gifts from now on

Visiting on weekday noon to find that they only have the milk twist donut, plain croissant, and madeleine left (heart break!). Yep, the town was that mad over anything new seems like. It's a pretty cozy space with outdoor patio by the side so you could obviously enjoy your bread on the spot, besides they did offer drinks. Sizable sharing parking space available as well. All the team serving were super friendly and welcoming. They did tell me that pre-order actually available but only for selected bread. Since my remaining options were so limited, it's pretty easy choice lol. I went for the twist donut (I hope I got the name right), and it caught me surprised how much I loved the impressively chewy and moist texture, along with the abundant milk custard stuffing. That powdery coating which my guess said was also milk-based def elevated the overall flavor. I literally couldn't wait to come back and got my hands on their salt bread!!

Food: We got the this garlic cream cheese bread and that was one of the samples I got and it was DELICIOUS! I had to Buy it! My toddler chose this cheese bread and the the girl who helped us out told me it was a focaccia bread with cheese. My son loved it! ( I tried a piece and yes it was yummy!) Service: I went for some bread, because my toddler wanted some and I was greeted very politely. The employee there offered us some samples of some of their breads. She offered almost all of the types. She also explained that one was a spin off of a concha but Korean and it was delicious! ! Overall she was super kind! Ambiance: super cute and lots of drawings of breads right outside of the location and all over the seating area. Had some music playing not too loud and overall it was a really cute place I would definitely come back!

Been meaning to swing by this new bakery to try their drinks and salt breads. Of course, ended up buying a little more. Croissant Sandwich - The cashier shared that the croissant sandwich was their best one and so I had to try it - I'm a sucker for any croissant sandwich and thinly grated cheese! It's light and refreshing with the arugula and tomato. I'll come back just for this on my lunch breaks Oat Black Sesame Latte - I usually just order drip/americano but decided to spoil myself today. I was also expecting something simple until I realized it was taking them a little while to make it. Well balanced nuttiness from the black sesame and sweetness from the caramel drizzle (which is usually too sweet for me) Salt breads - they have a variety: mocha, plain, cinnamon. Cinnamon was sold out but the plain was my favorite. There's a nice patio outside with tables for those who want to eat and/or maybe work from there (not sure about outlet or WiFi availability).

Gotta visit my friend who owns the bakery. I'm so happy and proud of her. Their breads are freshly baked everyday. I bought 3 different breads Cranberry champagne bread with walnuts, Soboro almond bread and ham cheese roll. I also got a free madeleine cookies. They're all naturally good. Go and check out the place. Friendly and kind people. wishing you all the best, keep up the good work

It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too strong (but rich coffee flavor) and creamy but not oily, just so delicious. And the location is a nice spot too. It looked as much like an art gallery as it did a coffee spot. It is small but it has nice designated areas to work and relax. When I was there it was also quiet which is a nice change from a lot of coffee shops. And I believe it was the Owner who made my drink and she was very friendly and chill without being you know that kind of corporate-y overly effusive. The whole vibe could be summed up as relaxed. I tried their Americano with thick lavender creme and it was subtle yet nice. Never had an Americano like that and I didn't hate it. I say that because I normally do take my coffee on the dark side with zero to a splash of milk. But this did look appealing so I said why not be different today lol They also had food tried the bulgolgi burrito it was okay very hearty on the meat and had two eggs on it but I felt something was missing? It wasn't bad def massive and I felt like I had enough for 3 total meals lol Ventured out here after taking Ruby out to the vet hospital and needed to kill time for pick up. Def would be back again. You could see they knew the locals as many frequent this spot as a grab and go coffee joint. Great vibes and massive outdoor patio with lots of seating for working as well! !

Honestly, the…read morelocation is a little hard to find-- there doesn't seem to be a dedicated parking lot, so street parking it is! However, there's also not a lot of street parking either. I ended up parking in the neighborhood, but it was one of those 4 parking street signs layered on top of each other, designed to confuse the heck out of you. I ended up taking a photo and running it through Gemini to make sure I was safe to park. Okay, parking aside, mu.so is located in large black office building-- they do put out a little "coffee" sign on the sidewalk. When you do see it, the actual coffee shot is small, but there's a whole backyard patio area with plenty of space for you to hang out. Anyways, I went with their iced americano with lavender cream top. I've been to a lot of coffee shops, but haven't run into a lavender cream top-- so of course I had to try. I thought it was pretty good, the cream top was a good pairing w/ the americano-- it sweetened the coffee, without making it too sweet or heavy. The lavender brought a light floral flavor to the coffee. While it's nothing life changing, I did think, it's a solid cup of coffee, it's worth a try, but probably not worth a dedicated drive over. I also picked up a blueberry muffin, because honestly, I love everything blueberry. I'd pass on it, but I'd recommend trying something else-- like the crossiants, which looked tastier. Overall, I might come by again and try one of their other drinks. While it wasn't bad, I expected a little more from a "signature' drink.

What a cute coffee spot!!…read more They've got outlets if you need to plug in and get some work done. The menu has a ton of things that sound really good, I didn't try the food this time, but I'm definitely coming back for it. Looking at you, mushroom sandwich!!! Coffee was great. I got an iced latte with almond milk and added 2 packs of stevia (huge bonus that they actually have stevia). They also have board games which is a fun touch. I didn't check if any pieces were missing or if the games were dirty but still nice to see. Service was friendly, no complaints there. I'll for sure be back when I have time to sit down and do a casual brunch.

So crazy, I live up the road, work down the road and drive on Pico all the time that I have never noticed them until last week. Walking in this place is your typical Los Angeles hipster coffee shop. Perfect for what this neighborhood has seemed to be changing into the past few years that I've lived in the neighborhood. Customer service was all right. Not necessarily friendly, I walked in and it took a minute for someone to acknowledge me. Now maybe to their credit it's because I was awkwardly standing by the pick up area but still nonetheless a hello good morning welcome would have been nice. Two drinks cost me $15. Like I said, LA. But for the credit, they were both very good. I'll be back for breakfast and more drinks so an updated review is to come. But for now, I recommend them for a a good cup of joe in the neighborhood.
