The whole interaction was extremely matter-of-fact, making the place feel cold and entirely unwelcoming. The location itself has a heavy hipster vibe, so if that's your jam, you might actually enjoy the atmosphere they've put together. It looked as much like an art gallery as it did a coffee spot. It is small but it has nice designated areas to work and relax. The pickup area can also get blocked by the line or waiting area, which can make it a little awkward when you're trying to reach over someone to grab your drink. I ordered the Coconut Hojicha and the Matcha Einspanner. The Coconut Hojicha was refreshing, nutty, and definitely the standout of the two. It's such a fun twist on the typical matcha coconut drink, and I have to give Damo their flowers for creating something that feels unique. The Matcha Einspanner wasn't particularly stand-out compared to some of the other cafes in K-Town, but it was still a well-balanced drink with a nice mix of bitterness, sweetness, and creaminess.
