As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

They aren't open late (8 PM?) but that's okay. There's plenty of seating around and the place is dog friendly. Parking's pretty good but it does get backed up and busy sometimes so beware. They have a beautiful water fountain and loads of places to sit if you're waiting for someone to finish shopping or what not. While not every store appeals to me, the shopping here's decent. They've had some vacancies for a while, but that's okay. I usually come here since they have a crocs store, but I wish they had a Starbucks here which they do not have. During the holiday season, they have an exciting and wonderful Christmas tree with a well decorated mall. Better then most! I like that it's clean and well kept here, but occasionally there's a TON of teenagers running amuck which can be annoying. I think it's because most of the stores apply to a younger crowd versus older crowds. Overall a great place to grab a meal, do some quick shopping or just meet up with friends to walk around.

She obviously is lazy and didn't want to help. I asked her for her name and she immediately covered her name tag. It said "sterile". So not sure if that's her first or last name. I walked away to go find water. I came back around and saw an Asst Mgr, Mike, talking to her. She started laughing as I asked if I could talk to him. He didn't even want to talk to me. It was not busy on a Saturday morning at 10:30am, and the customer service representative was trying very hard to be attentive even though I could tell he'd been out partying late the night before. I knew exactly what I needed (hair dryer with WiFi), and got out with my purchase in less than 10 minutes. I hope Best Buy can survive another few decades before succumbing to the inevitable.
