It looks sporty enough…read more The staff were blended as far as some wore masks, our sales agent wore a mask but didn't have it fully over her nose, just her mouth. Our agent was friendly enough. She grabbed a car to test out and thoroughly cleaned it for us to try out. We were told to take our time since they had our driver's license as collateral. We test drove a 4 Cylinder car in red. The interior leather finish looked nice. The car didn't have the pep or power we were expecting and my husband decided within less than a minute of driving that the car wasn't a good fit for him. We returned and handed over the keys and were handed back the driver's license. They had some decent sales going on and we had a discount through a friend, if needed. It wouldn't be needed since nothing from our drive today wowed us at all. It's a bit surprising that their base prices are as high as they are for what you get. I still don't get this brand at all.

At no point did he ask, explain, or show the slightest consideration for the homeowners whose property he was affecting. When my wife tried to address the situation, he immediately escalated to aggressive, hostile language and an intimidating demeanor. It was unsafe enough for the police to be called. While we waited for them to arrive, he directed the same behavior toward me. Troy Auto Transport on Stephenson Hwy is confrontational, disrespectful, and completely devoid of professionalism. Accidents happen. Cleanup is part of the job. Treating nearby residents like obstacles instead of people is a choice. This company's driver showed zero accountability, zero restraint, and zero basic decency. If this is how they represent themselves in public, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle or their safety.

When I asked for a reasonable timeframe or even an estimate of how long the process might take, the representative became defensive, abrupt, and unprofessional. His tone escalated, he began talking back, breathing heavily, and acting irritated, as if my questions were an inconvenience rather than a normal part of the repair discussion. To make matters worse, when I calmly pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate and that I planned to speak with a manager and Allstate, he dismissed my concerns entirely and said I could "complain to anyone I wanted."
