All I can say about this salon is I won't ver come back again. I came here for their ACNE FACIAL. I call in around noon for an appointment and to know more about the treatment and what kind of machine they use for the acne facial. The owner, Carol answered the call and all she told me is that they use special cream and a special machine to treat acne. Carol doesn't speak English very well and I understand that she might not able describe it through the phone. I was a little skeptical but I still gave it a go because I saw the 50% off on yelp for acne treatment. When I arrived at the salon, the environment was very relaxing and clean. Carol showed up and take me to a room for facial. She also said that she will give me a free LED treatment because its my first time here. Then she start by cleaning my face. I have full face of makeup on and she only cleansed my face ONCE with soap and didn't even removed my eye makeup. Then she went straight to a chemical peel. I have been to other salon for acne facial before and they at least cleanse the skin twice ( remove the makeup and washing the face). Then she steam my face and extra my face. She rushes through the whole process and I feel like she is running late to something too. Then halfway through the extraction she called in another girl and the girl took over. She didn't even explain or let me know that someone else is taking care of my skin. However, this end up to be a good thing because this girl is way more gentle on my skin. Then they used the microcurrent to kill germ and then the LED treatment. Half of the time of the facial Carol wasn't even in the room. She just put me on different machine and leave me there alone. For the other salon I experienced the facialist usually stay at the room and give you a massage, but Carol was not here and was handling other client. Also, they used cold water for my facial and it is so unprofessional. Then she put me on a gel pull off my face mask and she leaves the room again. The face mask is dripping off to my neck but she wasn't in the room so I can't even call her in to clean my neck. Then she came in when the face is fully dried and she gave me a very quick massage with hot stone. The massage was nice but I feel like she didn't even pay too much attention because she is rushing. At the end, she gave me some tips on how to take care of my skin but I have heard that from every salon I went before. Like healthy diet, sleep early, etc. When I am about to pay, she try to sell me a bunch of products but I rejected her, and then she tried to sell me for the membership but I'm pretty sure I won't come back again so I didn't get the membership. When I asked her for the 50% off discount she explained that she gave me the LED treatment which is way more than the discount. and she said she dosn't have any relationship with yelp anymore and she can't give me the discount. Also, the acne treatment is $85 instead of $65 like she posted online. I still pay her because I don't want to argue. And all I want to do at the end of facial is to leave because I don't feel like she care about my skin at all and all she want to do is sell me products and get money off me. Two months ago a friend introduced me to Botanic. I had severe acne. I went in and they analyzed the situation and my skin in detail. They explained the treatments and what I need to do to improve my skin condition. After two or three treatments I was surprised to find that my acne is improving. My face is a lot smoother. I tried many treatments before but I was always disappointed. Botanic gave me back a lot of my confidence. Other than facials they also do eye lash extensions. Mon-Fri: 9-6 (sitting), that's my working condition and the only time I get up is during lunch time (when I heat up my food) in the microwave which is a couple feet away from my desk. The lack of exercise, the uncomfortable office chair, and the commute to work (sitting) = the culprit for my shoulder/back pain I would try acupuncture...but I'm not immune from the fear of needle(s). So, one Saturday after nerd-ing it up in the library I drove by valley and found Botanic Beauty SPA. Service was great. I felt like a princess being pampered. There's even a tiny sauna room if you want to escape from the calamities. 4 stars for great service. I hope the place can expand on its spa service! read more

I love his place so bad!!! I been came here since I was 20. Before I was do the facial only .and now I do my eyelash and facial ... They give me really good deal , and not too expensive. This place can settle me down , relaxing , and enjoying .... I really recommend every one go there !! My first experience getting a professional facial was with Susan. She did a great job and whatever I requested she do, she did. Example: I asked her to extract, leave the steam machine on, extra massage, pop my pimples. She also gave me a pimple cream to treat my pimple afterwards (which she didn't have to do). I've been coming here for about 3 years to get my eyelashes done and every time I was completely satisfied. My lashes looked great and they lasted for so long! I have been going to this place since 1997! yeah, but they were a 5 star, but not anymore, they have became very businesslize, and try to sell you everything, and they crewed my facial all the time.
