Their pictures on the website looked gorgeous. The owner helped me arrange for the delivery. She patiently listened to what I wanted and was extremely helpful in steering me to the right flowers for the person and the occasion. I set a budget and she worked within that. The flowers were delivered next day and they're stunning. They look much more beautiful than I could have imagined. Truly their floral arranger is an artist. The entire process from start to fruition was easy and friendly. I have found our Portland florist and I can highly recommend this business! Please remember to tip your driver and the artist!

The flowers that were delivered were extremely disappointing. They looked nothing like the pictures and were, at best, maybe a $75 arrangement. The florist never told me they had low inventory that day and couldn't make what I requested, even though he had promised he could. A few days later, they texted me for a review. I called the store to try and resolve the issue directly. A woman asked me to text a picture of the arrangement and said her manager would call me back the next day. No one called. When I followed up with a text, she was super rude, telling me not to contact her personal phone, which she was the one who gave me. I had to call the store again. I spoke to the original person who took my order, and he admitted they had been discussing it. He offered only a 20% discount and finally admitted they couldn't fulfill the order the way I wanted because of the low weekend inventory. I was extremely disappointed that I had to chase them down and that they had been discussing my complaint without bothering to call me. There was a complete failure in communication. The product was poor, the service was terrible, and I absolutely would not recommend this place.

It was a lovely shop to browse while we waited for the bouquet to be made. Our day-of wedding coordinator recommended Josef to us and we couldn't be more pleased. At our first meeting, we shared a few images we liked via Pinterest that conveyed the general style we wanted. From that little bit of info, he created exactly what we had asked for - only better! No pressure to upsell us, he stayed within our budget and he LISTENED to us. So important! Josef delivered on time and set up the reception center piece (all 49' of it!) perfectly. He also added delicate rosemary sprigs to our plate settings which were the prefect touch. Josef hand delivered my bouquet to the church, making the whole experience so personal. Some other florists we spoke with before meeting Josef were outrageously priced. We paid cash for our whole wedding and reception and were really committed to staying on budget while not sacrificing what we wanted. Josef and the Botanica Floral Design Team were amazing for our wedding at Leach Botanical Gardens! Having to plan long distance made details and planning difficult - but Josef was patient, professional funny and gave great advice and guidance. Despite extreme summer temperatures and travel difficulties all the bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements, garland and table touches arrived in time and were perfection. Al though I was never able to meet with him in person before that day, Josef managed to understand the vision of what I wanted and brought it all to beautiful life for me as a bride. Ask for Josef, he is a true artist! His flowers designs for my wedding were so inspired. Every flower was perfectly placed and created the most beautiful design you've ever seen. There were eggplant-colored calla lilies, dusty miller, pale teacup roses, and smaller regular roses, yellow billy balls, yellow dahlias, and this grey plant that looked like a sea urchin or fairy berry. Just beautiful. They were the talk of the wedding. And they lasted for over a week. The men's boutonnieres were small succulents with yellow billy balls. Also absolutely perfect and beautiful. Of all the details that go into a wedding, I was most excited about the flowers. I decided to celebrate National Rose Month with a $25 Dozen Roses Special. Today is Monday, the roses were purchased not this last Saturday, but the Saturday before, and only now are they starting to show their age. I was also happy to learn that these roses came from Hillsboro, Oregon. Josef took the time to tell me about his "Executive Flower Club" for those of us guys who are not so good at remembering those special days. You sign up and he contacts you a week or so in advance of your wife/GF's birthday, anniversary or whatever to make sure you don't forget the flowers. Gorgeous high-end design with beautiful local flowers, and truly above and beyond customer service to boot! The Mother's day arrangement I ordered for my Mom was so beautiful it almost made her cry. The part that really blew me away though was when they were unable to deliver to my Mom on Friday, (she took the day off work and wasn't there) they actually took the flowers back to ensure their freshness and quality and re-delivered (way out by the airport!) on Saturday.
