So disappointed tonight. I enjoy the food and the ambiance here, but service is always a hit or miss. We finally made it in for their Tuesday special- $1 oysters. Surprisingly, it wasn't that busy. We were a party of 3; 2 adults and 1 child with a reservation at 7:30pm. The hostess from the jump was very unwelcoming. No smile, no greeting, just a stare when she finally arrived back to the hostess stand where we had been waiting. We ended up waiting for our table in the lounge area and when our table was ready, she walked up to me, again, no expression, no pleasantries, just a "follow me." She sat us outside in their balcony area, which was nice and quaint. But it was a little warm and the flying bugs kept us company for the remainder of the dinner. We sat outside for a while with no menus, no water and somebody dropped off bread to us without saying anything. We still had no clue who our waiter was. There was a server who was assisting the two tables to each side of us. But thought it might not have been her since she failed to acknowledge us whatsoever. About 10 min later, she came to our table to bring us some menus- turns out she was our waitress for the evening. She did have to return with a kids menu after noticing we had a child with us. We ordered water and a kids soda. And once she returned with the drinks, immediately ordered the food because we had come prepared knowing what we wanted: the truffle mushroom tagliatelle, the baked gnocchi, a kids meal cheeseburger and a dozen oysters. The food took forever to come. Eventually the oysters made it to our table and they brought out the kids meal at the same time. Right after they dropped off our oysters, our waitress stopped by the table to ask if we were ready to order more oysters...maybe we looked extra hungry? But it genuinely seemed like she was oblivious to what was happening with our table whatsoever and didn't know they JUST brought the oysters to us. Which makes sense considering she wasn't the one bringing anything to our table. After that interaction, we didn't see her again until the oysters were cleared and we were once again waiting on our food. The oysters were good and tasted fresh so I ordered another dozen and asked for refills of our water. 20 min later, our main entrees arrived. The mushroom pasta was great, per usual. The gnocchi was good, but not our favorite. We finished our food and asked for a box for the gnocchi. She then proceeds to ask US if the oysters have come out yet..... lol. I asked her to cancel the oysters and bring me the check. It was now very obvious that she didn't care and she didn't know what was going on with our table. The quickest thing she did was check to see if we paid. Ugh. I love this pasta and that's what makes me come back. But the service tonight was so frustrating. Even the tables around us sounded disappointed with our server as one table had been waiting for their daughter's birthday ice cream. Our server brought them the check before she brought them their ice cream... yikes. Anyways, if you have time to spare and can tolerate the subpar customer service for a great pasta and a good oyster deal. Stop by. Otherwise, maybe try early lunch or brunch. From what I've read, the service is way better. The dinner service sucked. read more

I can definitely count myself as a regular, and some day I have the best service and most amazing food, next time I come- completely different servers and food is at least mediocre. I don't know if managment changed, not sure, but yesterday I had to return wine because it was vinegary, (I never do stuff like this), and dessert ( blueberry bonbons) were not fresh. My wife and I went to dinner last night at 5pm for our 15 year anniversary,(with 8 year old son in tow.) We made reservations just in case they were busy, arrived 10 minutes early, and were seated right away. Now I apologize because I forget the name of our waiter, and he was a very friendly, and attentive gentleman, and I'd love to give him a shout out, but if you or management sees this you'll know ;) This was our second visit. I remember the first time I had the bolognese, so this time I wanted to try the chicken parm. They brought us out these little cubes of house bread to dip into balsamic vinegar and olive oil premixed. I gotta say the bread wasn't very good at all, and as far as Italian restaurants go, it was on the worse side of breads I've tried, sorry. My wife and I shared a side Caesar salad, and the only thing I would improve there are the croutons, they're pretty out of a box basic. I also shared the two meatballs off the happy hour menu with my son; they were delicious! I ordered a Moretti from the bar, and chicken parm as I mentioned for my main course. I liked their take on the chicken parm, they put the chicken over a bed of rigatoni pasta instead of spaghetti, and their sauce is really good! The portion was big enough that I ate half, and saved the other half for dinner the following night. Our waiter finished off our lovely night with a celebratory slice of cherry cheesecake that the three of us shared, and it was really good. All in all, we really like Bottiglia. The staff there is amazing, we love that they're not on the strip, we really love the ambiance, you feel like you're in a small village in Italy in the summer, and overall the food is great at a good value. Meeting friends for a quiet dinner and conversation on a beautiful fall evening. Bottiglia seemed a perfect spot. No problem getting a table on the patio at 7 PM on a Wednesday night. The patio is lovely - with tables nicely spaced. They even have a couple of TVs outside if you want to catch the game during your meal. I went with the Chicken Marsala ($34). It comes with a side of pasta. My wife went with the Chicken Piccata ($31). Also comes with a side of pasta. My dish was just meh. I wouldn't get it again. My wife liked hers. This is a pretty restaurant in Henderson with good quality Italian food. Theres a little photo-op at the entrance that was fun for my girls. We started with the shrimp cocktail and prosciutto with burrata. Both were good but nothing out of the ordinary. My husband also got the lobster bisque. I thought this was very rich with nice lumps of lobster. I would get this again and soak it up with the complimentary bread. Mmmm. I also got the lobster ravioli which tasted like the same sauce from the soup broth. I ate the whole plate. I usually have bad luck with crab, and losbter when it comes to getting bites with shells but luckily I only encountered one in my husbands soup. We had great service to start but as it got busy it went down hill. Our desserts and night cap drinks took very long to arrive and we actually saw our desserts go to another table first. I wasnt overally impressed with any of the desserts either. We had the lemon donuts, cherry cheesecake, and Tirami Shoe. Time to update my review. It's be a while since I was here. Normally I eat here when friends from out of town are staying here. I looked at their menu online and decided it was time to go back--friends or not. My server, Gerson, was absolutely top notch. When I was seated, I was given the drink menu and the food menu. Gerson brought the Happy Hour menu. Discounted alcohol is of no interest to me, but the food items are sometimes downsized for the HH pricing and make it a size OK for the solo diner. I was intrigued by the zucchini chips--crispy battered zucchini with a side of San Marzano tomato sauce. I asked Gerson about the chips, and he assured me one person could finish those. I ordered them. For the main course, I ordered the king snow crab bucatini, the reason I came here for dinner. Dessert was another teaser--tiramisu two ways. The zucchini chips could be addicitve. Like potasto chips but with a different flavor. The slices were very thin, dipped lightly in a batter, and fried. They were very good. The tomato sauce was good for dipping but I think I ate more without the sauce than with. As for the main course, the king crab bucatini was excvellent. There was one large piece of crab in the middle of the pasta. The menu describes the dish as--King crab, zucchini, roasted tomatoes, and our signature lemon cream sauce. In the sauce, there were peices of crab. The bucatini was cooked al dente. The dish proved a good reason to drive across town for dinner. As for dessert, the tirimasu two ways is composed of lady fingers, mascarpone, cocoa, and an espresso bomba. To the right on the dish was a standard piece of tirimasu. To the left was a bomba--cream on the outside and a bit of lady fingers on the inside. What a delightful way to end this dinner! Service was exceptional. Met some friends for brunch! We made reservations and I'm glad we did! The place filled up by 11:30. We ordered bottomless mimosas and got watermelon flavor! I ordered the chicken and waffles with the relish on the side. It was a huge plate, with quite a bit portion of chicken. The waffles had a spice to them that really complimented the flavor overall. The restaurant is very cute and has a great aesthetic! We had a reservation and were seated promptly, which was a good start. However, it took quite a while for our server to greet us and bring water. After that, there was another delay in getting our drink orders taken and receiving the drinks. When our food arrived, two guests received the correct dishes, one guest got their order but it was cold, and another didn't receive their food at all. Since we work in the service industry ourselves, we understand that mistakes can happen. Our server admitted to forgetting to put in one of the orders and also had to have the cold dish remade. Unfortunately, this meant we couldn't all eat together, which was disappointing--especially since we were there celebrating a friend's birthday. On the bright side, everyone enjoyed their individual meals once they had them, and the restaurant did provide a dessert on the house as an apology. We had a fantastic birthday dinner at Bottiglia. The service was excellent. Our server was great, attentive and friendly. We ordered the Caesar salad, lobster bisque, and crispy calamari. For the entree, the Chilean sea bass was the bomb. It was cooked to perfection, fish was moist and the risotto was flavorful. The veal piccata was ok. It would be nice a bit more linguine. Total fail that I forgot to snap a few photos of the food before digging in. Restaurants aren't always easy for us. My wife needs gluten free options and a lot of places only have the same one or two options besides a salad. Bottiglia is definitely an exception! Besides the date night and intimate atmosphere, the food is outstanding... AND so many options on their menu can be gluten free!!! First time my wife was able to have GF Veal Piccata! She was beyond thrilled, and ate her entire entree. I can count on one hand, how many times that happened in the last 3 years! Not Kidding. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese. I'm a sucker for bolognese and this one was "lick-a-plate-able"! Yes, I coined that phrase as my TOP TIER ENTREE AWARD. We highly recommend Bottiglia! We arrived during Happy Hour and enjoyed the wine, specialty cocktails and an appetizer from that nicely priced menu along with offered bread and an oil and vinegar dip. From there, fettuccine alfredo, chicken parmesan, chicken picata, then vegan spaghetti bolognaise portions were delicious and attractive. We don't splurge often on $30 plates of pasta, but the portions were so large that three of us left with enough for a satisfying lunch tomorrow. We were at the Green Valley Ranch Casino, so we decided to walk in to Bottiglia Restaurant without a reservation. There were no tables available, even if we walked in at 4:45 pm for an early dinner. Luckily they have open seating at the bar! I've been to Bottiglia about 6 years prior & remembered having a delicious dinner. Hubby has never been to Bottiglia, so I wanted him to check it out. We ordered the wood fired octopus, grilled vegetables, mushroom truffle tagliatelle & chicken marsala. It also comes with one of the best focaccia we've ever had, along with olive oil & basalmic vinegar. Everything was delicious! The octopus was served on a tomato ragu that was so delicious, we wanted more! The grilled vegetables were thinly sliced eggplant & zucchini that paired nicely with our entrees. The only thing is it's sliced so thin that you wonder if you're getting your money's worth. The mushroom truffle tagliatelle was deliciously rich and the chicken marsala was cooked perfectly with a decadent sauce! So glad we checked it out! We will definitely be back. I really wanted to love this place but it was not to be. The space is beautiful and well appointed. We liked the bright white and pops of color. They have a large outdoor patio but it was too cold the day we visited. The food was quite good. The braised short ribs were delicious and plated nicely. The sea bass was very well prepared and served with vegetables that were a perfect complement. The fish should have been a bit larger for the price but not offensively small. The vodka rigatoni middle course was the real bright spot of the meal in my opinion. The calamari, the fire roasted octopus and the Caesar salad were all excellent. Sounds great right? Now for the bad. The service was very lacking. It was 15 minutes after being seated before our server stopped by. We had to flag him down multiple times for the standard service items. The kitchen appeared to be in the weeds the entire evening and the delays went unexplained. The place was not insanely busy for a Monday night, it just appeared they were understaffed and our server was new. It really put a damper on the evening and fortunately our party was enjoying socializing more than eating. If they get the service issues fixed, this place could be phenomenal. read more

Live music tonight was wonderful. Sat at high top table 25 minutes before bread arrived. Water refills never offered. Employees stand at salad and entre counter chatting often with the food prep team rather than scanning the dining room for guests trying to initiate eye contact, easy to observe the lack of situational awareness and indifference. Bussers walk with head down no side to side scanning for folks that might be interested in paying a check, having water refilled, having dishes cleared, or for those interested in ordering an alcoholic bevg., etc. Bread was dry, nice that it was accompanied by a dribble of olive oil and a dab of balsamic vinegar. Ordered a glass of wine, it literally sat on the bar 10 min, I finally flagged a busser and asked if that was my wine. It was. Restaurant was 1/2 full at 7pm on a Friday. Entrees were delicious and hot. Enjoyed the crab bucatini and chicken piccata. Highly recommend the wait staff team repeat an order back if it's a loud environment. We used the bread to soak up all the good sauces from the other dishes. Coursed Meatball - Great flavors for both the meatballs and sauce. We even asked for extra bread to soak up all that sauce! 3 meatballs, perfect for our table. My wife chose the salmon which was picture perfect. It did not taste as good as it looked, but it was still good. She still gave it 5 stars. Chicken Picatta - Not the most beautiful dish, and very generous with the capers! But the flavor was amazing! Especially if you like lemon. I also used up the bread to soak up all that sauce. Nothing wasted, well I did leave a heaping amount of capers left... Panettone Chocolate - Wow, this was a HUGE slice. Actually too much for us 3 light eaters. And the whip cream! I do not like whip cream, but this was so light and fluffy that we asked for more. Rigatoni Alla Vodka - This was my daughter's 4 star dish. She felt like there was a slight spicy kick...? I actually enjoyed it. For my sample, I added a small piece of my wife's salmon and a small piece of my chicken which was perfect. And of course, to wash this all down with our 50% of wine! Mt Beautiful Sauvignon Blanc. Saucy Meatballs, a Shrimp Cocktail, and crispy Calamari Fritti were good choices for starters, along with a very large and cold Caesar Salad. Cheesy Baked Gnocchi, Veal Marsala, and Chicken Parm served in the main dining room were worthy entrees. Rosemary Roasted Potatoes augmented by White Truffle Cheese Fonduta was a worthy side. A black Tirami "Shoe" with luscsious filling inside the laces netted a very shareable dessert, and Chocolate Ganache on the outside of the shoe that was almost unbreakable ended the meal on a playful and delicious note. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and chicken fettuccine. He said the salad did not have enough dressing for him but I found it to be good. A few more croutons would have been great. I would have liked an heirloom tomato over the beefsteak but it was still seasoned right and tomato was ripe. The meatballs were good. There was a bit too much sauce for me with only two (about 2oz) meatballs.. nothing to write home about in the size. My husband said he would come back for the chicken fettuccine but maybe not the salad. I would do the meatballs again. What really kicked this to a 4 star was the dessert. My niece and I split tirami-Shoe. It was a tiramisu that comes in a chocolate stiletto. The flavor was great. The show did hole a lot of cake and cream that we had to take it home. We ate the rest that night watching movies. Only thing not making it a 5 star review was the music. I especially love coming here for brunch because it has the perfect aesthetic for a champagne brunch with the girls. And the food is amazing. Make sure to try the sticky bun. My wife brought me to Las Vegas as an early celebration for my birthday, and during our last two nights in Vegas, we stayed at the Green Valley Resort (GVR). On our quest for a memorable dining experience, we discovered Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca. Despite not having reservations, we faced only a minimal wait before being escorted to our table near the open kitchen. The ambiance of the restaurant was captivating--dim lighting created a romantic atmosphere, and the upscale, sophisticated decor added to the richness of the setting. Once settled, we were greeted by our waiter, Gerson, who made us feel like VIP guests, especially upon learning it was my birthday celebration. We started with drinks--Blackberry Martini for me and a glass of Prosecco for my wife. Gerson also brought us a basket of house-baked bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For our entrees, I ordered the braised short ribs (Parmesan polenta, balsamic cipollini onions, au jus), and my wife chose the wood-grilled salmon (broccolini, butternut squash, sun-dried tomato beurre blanc). From start to finish, the meal was a symphony of flavors, absolutely delicious! Gerson ensured our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. I mentioned to Gerson that we had dined at Amalfi by Bobby Flay the night before, and let's just say, Amalfi didn't hold a candle to Bottiglia! The cuisine here was like a symphony for the taste buds, and the service provided by Gerson was far superior. I took the opportunity to compliment Gerson and the restaurant to the Assistant General Manager, Jamie, who graciously offered to reserve a table for us the next evening. The thoughtful gesture of a complimentary birthday dessert with a lit candle added a special touch to the evening. The next evening, our dinner reservation was just as delightful as our first visit, this time with Michel as our table server. The consistency in service and quality was impeccable. I can't praise Jamie, and her staff (special thanks to Gerson & Michel) enough. We are eagerly looking forward to our future visits. Went here for the ultimate girls night on National Gin day. This cute little place attached to the Green Valley Ranch casino had $5 martinis and it was so cute! They had us in a back room, it was a party of about 15. We were able to relax and it felt like private dining. The food was decent but the service was very slow. It was a large party and I'd give grace but it was insanely slow to receive our food and drinks. We had to order double drinks so that by the time our server came back we could keep our drinks going. I would definitely come back and give them a second chance because the vibe is incredibly cute and the food was decent. read more

My hubby and I had been wanting to try this restaurant after passing by. It's a lovely spot with a light, Tuscan-inspired ambiance. We came here for a late lunch and started with a chopped salad of romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onions, chickpeas, sliced pepperoncini, salami, soppressata, mozzarella and house-mad vinaigrette. They also served warm, house-made focaccia bread which was so good. My husband enjoyed the chicken piccata with lemon, capers, white wine and linguine, while I had the rigatoni Bolognese with beef, pork and San Marzano tomatoes. I reserved for 7 guests for my birthday and they gave us a private table that really fit my theme because i wanted a Bridgerton themed! The place was so pretty and classy and all my friends loved it. The food was sooo soo good, we ended up having to box the food because it made us so full! Their bread is so heavenly, it was so delicious! The only thing was we waited for almost 45-60 mins to get our checks so we could leave. The service was really good though! read more
