My wife and I ordered the same drink but asked for totally different liquors and it was amazing. They do have a food menu, which is the same as the main restaurant, but no samdwhichs or burgers. They are really quick with the drinks. And they taste amazing. Prices are like $15, which you cant find anymore. Especially with their quality!! The drinks look so pretty. The food is good too Tacos are amazing, brussel sprouts are good. Everything here is good. And yhe food comes out quickly too!! The decor is dark. Very dim lights. Odd art on the walls. Evidently women who have killed men. Which i thought was a weird theme to go with. Seating inside is tight. We were on the couch and the high tops must've been like 5 inches away from our heads. So you can hear everyone's conversations. Fortunately for us this time around there was only 1 other person at the bar. So it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Bartender was super cool. My favorite drinks are their take on the White Russian and their White Hokkaido. The White Russian is special because they add pistachio, and it's just fantastic! The White Hokkaido is the matcha version, so instead of the coffee liquor, they use matcha, and it's delightful! They often have live jazz, which makes the place fun, though often on jazz nights, they require advance reservations or ticket purchase. Other nights are more quiet and perfect for a relaxed outing. They don't have any food, but there are often food vendors at the brewery across the way, and you can bring your own. I also enjoy that I can bring my dog with me, since I often visit after drinks at the brewery or the ciderie next door (both of which are dog-friendly).

The lack of service was disappointing, but what made it worse was how unwelcome we felt from the moment we walked in. The looks we received made us feel like we didn't belong there, and that isn't how any customer should feel when trying a new restaurant. My spouse and I were seated at Table 2, which had six guests. Two servers were assigned to the event. The gentleman serving the other tables was exceptional, professional, attentive, and pleasant throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the young BLONDE woman assigned to our table. Having frequented countless steakhouses over the decades, including Sycamore Inn, I have a clear understanding of what professional restaurant service should look like. This experience was not merely disappointing; it was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable! All six guests at our table were served their salads at approximately the same time except for my spouse and me. Our salads arrived a good 10 minutes later. The other guests actually began to feel uncomfortable and made consoling comments to us, assuring us that our salads were presumably on the way. That alone was awkward and unnecessary. Our drinks were watered down and were NEVER refilled, nor were we ever asked if we would like another. Meanwhile, other guests at our SAME table, whose glasses were still relatively full, were offered and given refills without even requesting them. The inconsistency was OBVIOUS to everyone at our table. When the entrées were served, my spouse and I were again singled out. Our portions were noticeably and dramatically SMALLER (kid size) portions than those served to everyone else at SAME our table; so much so that the other guests immediately noticed and questioned WHAT WAS HAPPENING. Being treated differently in front of an entire table of people was both embarrassing and insulting. The situation improved ONLY when the gentleman serving the event stepped in and brought us our dessert. He was courteous, attentive, and made an effort to provide the pleasant experience we should have received from the beginning. The BLONDE server never returned to our table and instead continued assisting other guests around the room. This was not simply a matter of being busy. It was a consistent pattern of neglect, unequal treatment, and a lack of BASIC customer service. If Sycamore Inn expects its staff to represent the establishment professionally, this employee clearly needs immediate and serious re - training in customer service!!! If she has no interest (or was begged by Sycamore Inn to work for them - which we ALL DOUBT) in providing great of service, management should seriously reconsider whether she belongs in a customer-facing position. One exceptional server (the gentleman who also served at this event in the downstairs reception room) cannot compensate for another employee making guests feel ignored, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. We came expecting the level of hospitality associated with Sycamore Inn and left deeply disappointed. MANAGEMENT PLEASE ADDRESS THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNFORGETTABLE!
