Hitchhiking would have been more effective. (NOTE: Do not hitchhike; this is very dangerous). Seriously, my experience leaves me wondering if this company is actually still in operation. If it is, then Eight Black is in serious need of some customer service training. Note to competitors: HUGE opportunity here. Jump on it!
