Dr. David Gobrial is awesome. He's patient, gentle,kind, gracious, and very efficient. He took me in after hours due to a broken tooth. He didn't rush, and was professional as well as compassionate. I came traveling with my newborn baby and everyone was very accommodating! I'm a new patient. The women at the front desk were very pleasant and inviting. They mailed me paperwork ahead of time to fill out at my leisure. Which I appreciated. I was happy to find that the office wasn't over crowded, so I felt safe there with my newborn and well taken care of. Bea was amazing and went over some personal details about herself and how long she has been in dentistry and nice things about the doctor Brewster. She was right on, because he was great! He is a Funny guy and he listened to me and was honest with me about the different options I have with my broken tooth. Bea was even kind enough to fit me in for a cleaning, on the same day! I really needed it, it had been years! My hygienist was fantastic too! No discomfort during the cleaning, but they feel so clean and smooth. Had an appointment that I confirmed 4 days prior, went in to be told that my appointment had been changed and since I didn't confirm i wasn't going to be seen. I work and my schedule is very busy, so of course i was upset. They took me into an exam room, i was there 1 hr before i was told that the doctor refused to see me because i was being rude to his staff, when i asked to speak with the doctor i was told he wasn't available and the person responsible for screwing up my appointment was in the back hiding because i was being rude and she was scared!! WTF!!!! An apology from the idiot that fucked up and an accommodation would have been sufficient for me to calm down!! So by this time i was soo upset i cussed them all out and told them to go to HELL!!! This place knows nothing about service recovery!! Dr. David, THANK YOU so very much for replacing my crown! Let me recap, about 10 months ago, I got a new crown. But, a few months went by, and I began to Experience pain. When I went in to the office, Dr. David told me that I needed to have a root canal. So a week later, the Specialist drilled a few small holes in my new crown and kill the roots. Fast forward 9 months, I was eating corn nuts and my crown chipped on the side. I made an appointment to see Dr. David again, and when he saw my crown, he told me he was going to replace it with a New Crown, made of Cubic Zirconium Porcelain. The reason why the crown chipped away, was that it got weak, due to when the Specialist went in and drilled small holes to kill the Roots. So when Dr. David, said he is going to replace my old crown at No Charge, it was music to my ears, do to the fact that this year we didn't get Dental Insurance. So, that's why I wanted to take this time to THANK YOU Dr. David, for doing the right thing and caring so much for your Patients! 21 MINUTES - START TO FINISH!!! Apparently Dr. Kirk Brewster is a NASCAR Pit Crew Boss in his off-hours!!!!! Two weeks ago, I arrived a few minutes early for a dental filling appointment. I signed in, Hildie immediately took me into the treatment room, set me in the chair, took the pics, then Dr. K (AKA" Painless") came in said "hi" and chatted a bit and then proceeded to anesthetize me (didn't even feel the needle) then drilled/filled my small cavity, said "bye" and left, then Hildie cleaned me up and got me up out of the chair, whereupon I departed to meet my wife for dinner. Our family has been coming here for many years. Our doctors recently retired and we were trying to figure out whether or not to stay. My son has recently began the process of preparing for braces, and had to have a few teeth extracted. He was nervous and on edge when we arrived. Dr. David was very thorough in walking my son through the process on a level, a child would understand, and was very gentle. My son who usually has a meltdown when he sees needles, didn't even shed a tear. I had definitely acquired some build up, I had a cavity, and my gums needed a little love. The staff at Boulevard made me feel so good about my decision to come in there despite my fears. Boulevard Dental Group has been caring for my family of four since 1990. Anytime we've needed them 24/7 the service has been awesome which hasn't been too often thank goodness. We've never waited more than 15 minutes for service and scheduling appointments to see the dentist has been a breeze. Phyllis my dental hygienist is amazing and she's a wealth of knowledge about almost anything (especially dental care) and makes me feel comfortable. Appointments with her are easy to get but hard to change. I cried when Dr. Frederick (our dentist) left but his replacement Dr. David is just as amazing and caring I'm impressed with his bedside manner and personal attention to detail. Yes the office decor is a flashback to the 80s LOL but don't let that stop you there's some history there. No worries a face lift is on the horizon.
