The flavor of these shooters were so good! Just make sure you squeeze the limes that it comes with on each one. It's sour, garlicky, spicy, and the right touch of sweetness. I think the shrimp could have been a little bit fresher.. but no complaints. I wish they had this as an option over salmon sashimi.. like a carpaccio. I would be all over it! Highly recommend! We ordered several appetizers such as the taoyaki, tempura, edamame and a few others. I love the way the temper was nice and crispy on the outside and the shrimp was still tender and fully cooked. The service was pretty good even though they were extremely busy. They did come and check on us a couple of times and we did have to wave them down a few times.
