I just wanted to express my disappointment that during the week the only time to bounce is after 11:30am when they open at 10am. I have showed up at least 4 times where there are no other kids for "toddler time" and or only 1 or 2 children and we wanted to bounce and couldn't because of "toddler time". When people hear toddler time they think it means toddlers get to bounce without big kids around, not sit in a circle for circle time and do activities without the bounce stuff available. The name of of your facility is "Bounce About", respectfully, people are coming to bounce, not for toddler time. Myself and lots of my friends would love to come at least once a week but don't have the option to because our kids nap 12-2 as MOST toddlers do. I think they're missing out on a key market by not having the floats blown up for toddlers to enjoy. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE...Bounce About Not a great experience one bit besides a really nice girl by the name of Savanna making up for the owners cheapness and being really sweet. Let me start off by explaining what I ordered for my daughters birthday. I got the Lou's Incredible birthday package. I order originally 2 extra pies of pizza and a large tray of wings on top of a Cotton Candy MACHINE! Well I went over the order with the manager on Thursday and explained my head count went down to 9. I asked if a half tray of wings and the 2 pies that come with the party would be enough for the parents too? She said, "Oh yes." So I canceled the extra 2 pies and changed my wing try to a half a wing tray. I said, well how many slices is it? She, said 32! The tray of wings was a joke my fiancé and I could eat that one try. There Beas basically 2wings in there for each parent. SMH I'm sorry no where in our conversation did the manager say they're going to be cheap and cut a small 8slice pie of pizza into 16 pieces. Lmao Anyways the next thing was the decorations...what a joke. They used a Happy Birthday sign they probably use for everyone and the only thing they got was dollar store balloons. What fabulous decorations they did and then the Cotton Candy Machine... let's just say they had the bags pre-filled before I came. I'm betting you money. They bought the cotton candy and filled the bags. I order a machine not bags of cotton candy they made an excuse they didn't have someone to run it. Hard to believe and that's not my problem I paid for it! The owner felt they did everything ethically. Definitely not... I plan to somehow get their butts shut down. Poor customer service on the managers end. She needs to go to school for business because she obviously doesn't know how to run one! I blew up on her on the phone as I needed to...spending $600 on WHAT!?!!! She felt no remorse. She must do this to everyone! I was embarrassed with the whole setup especially compared to what I did on my own for my daughter last yr. A good host takes care of everyone. The party may have been for my daughter and her friends but parents are along too. There wasn't enough food there for everyone. 10mins to 4 I'm finding out my daughter could not go on the moon bounces and I paid till 4 might I add. They also told me I couldn't come earlier than 2 for the party. A waste of money, dirty, and ghetto too having a cubicle wall separating the birthday rooms. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Ripped off on coupon!! Was denied 15% savings equaling $60 Called on June 2nd 2019 to plan a B-Day party for my daughter on August 3rd 2019. Presented the attached coupon and was denied the 15% discount because as they said, "booked" represents the day you call to make the plans; not the day the party is "booked" for. So in this case you would need to call between July 15th and August 11th, and also have the party in one of those same months. Not likely!! read more

If I could give Bounce About a 4.5 I would, the only thing that disappointed me was that the jungle gym was not up - it is on hold until the proper permits are in order from the state of New Jersey. The facility is impressive - the laser tag area - three stories awesomely black light painted in an underwater theme.... Super cool. The inflatables were just what the rainy day ordered for my son, and the area for toddlers was perfect for my daughter. They have party rooms, an area to eat - snacks that are for sale , chips, soft pretzels, mini muffins. This place is clean, clean , clean! Staff is very friendly, and wonderful with children. Prices are good. This place is off to a great start - just opened six weeks ago. Can't wait to see how it progresses. Took my 4 and 6 year old as we were vacationing. The person who I think was the Owner checked us in and the boys immediately began to play. There was an inflatable much like an obstacle course, double slide inflatable, a large inflatable that had two basketball hoops and soccer goal and a bounce inflatable dedicated to the smaller kids. My kids became a little bored after 30 minutes but I encouraged them to make it fun by timing them to see how fast they could get through the obstacle etc. They soon lost interest but was able to keep them entertained for a full hour. The employees were teenagers and only one really reached out to speak to make patrons feel comfortable. The other three on staff didn't seem very friendly. None smiled not seemed to enjoy their jobs as they sat on the inflatables and watched as the kids played to ensure they were not rough housing. They were attentive and did make sure someone was present at each inflatable. I was impressed with that, but would have hoped for a little more enthusiasm to at least reach out to the kids. After an hour and a half, I allowed one my children to play laser tag as another group was going in of about 6 people. I allowed one to go in without me and they came back sweating and exhausted so I am positive that they enjoyed it! It was $8.95 for one child for laser tag and it was about 15-20 minutes that they were playing. We paid $22.00 for two to play on the inflatables. Decent pricing as you could jump for however long you wished to (thus the reason, why I encouraged my kids to play for as long as possible). They had a small snack station with a countertop that had chairs and three tv's. We purchased 3 Gatorade's for $6.00 and a few snacks (snickers, 2 BBQ chips) for $4.00. My children also played air hockey for $1.00 and shot hoops twice for 45 seconds each game for a total of $2.00. Overall, okay visit and pleasant service. Last week, the owners announced a discounted admission of $5.00 for today, so I brought my family...but their AC wasn't working when we got here. The owner so 'generously' said that we could have a 'NO A/C' discount and pay only $5 admission per kid and that the normal price for admission was $10.50. Wait a minute...you told me a week ago, I was going to pay $5/kid for today as a special promotion. That;s why I brought my whole family here today to begin with. Were you planning on charging me extra for air conditioning? How dumb do you think we are?! In my book that is D-I-S-H-O-N-E-S-T. I have no patience for shysters like this and will not give them my hard earned money. And of course, when I complained on their fb page, they deleted it...cuz why have any accountability, or you know...maturity. Never in my life have I felt this way about someone who doesn't know me or my children. And I read the other reviews (SHOULD have listened to them) because my daughter ALSO became ill the day after our visit despite my generous lysoling n hand sanitizing attempts. I had my sons 10th birthday party there this past weekend. The kids had a great time playing laser tag. The staff was wonderful, food decorations and goodie bags were all included with optional add-on's for addition fees. They did everything all we needed to do was show up!! read more

This place isn't the best I've brought my kids here a couple times in the winter for something to do and both times they have gotten very sick afterwards which I feel isn't a coincidence I have told my kids over and over to wash hands and use hand sanitizer but still getting sick, brought my older kids over Christmas and we paid to get in and they wouldn't let them do laser tag because the staff wanted to do it and the owners own children, bad customer service will not be going back there poor show!!! read more

First I want to say this place is not organized properly I came all the way from Fort Lauderdale to see my granddaughter's eighth birthday. .... I walk in to the place girls yelling over here for your bracelet which was fine . We had 8 kids 2 couldn't make it My son still had to pay the 500.00 no matter what that is with laser room included . Which they thought it was included with the price they gave them . The women that host are party she really wasn't really spunky to little kids she was rushing the party which we didn't like for the money we spent I had to take control of party and serve the kids the women that own the place is so rude when we told her how are host was she said when it come to paying people complain . That was insulting because we had no problem paying . She ask my son how was it and he gave his opinions and said he felt rush and the host wasn't really spunky with 8 little girls And she gave a bullshit story ... there is only 3 big jump house and a little area for little ones for the money this place ask for don't even waste your money . Great fun at a great price. Definitely come try it out. The laser tag area looks great. I was able to get a tour. My son is four so he will have to wait another year. He had a wonderful time at the bounce houses and the arcade area. My only complaint is that they didn't have a bigger variety of refreshments drinks and snacks to buy. This is a nice option for days that are rainy or too hot. There's a good toddler play area and 4 bouncy/slide structures. The facility is very clean, but staff was a little overbearing --- the constant oversight makes for a safe environment, but could be done a bit less "in your face" for kids. read more

I took my son (6) here a few times already. He has a great time when he goes. There are not a lot of bounce houses (4) but with the one big slide and the real big bounce house with the basketball hoops kept him busy. Our main reason for going is the awesome laser tag! Yes, my son absolutely loves playing the laser tag. They give you a decent amount of time to play. The only downside is that the laser tag alternates between a private birthday party and an open public session. Which after waiting for private parties to be over there was no one in the open wanting to play, so we waited for the next open session hoping others would play. In the meantime we played air hockey, and the Jurassic Park game. We got drinks and chips at the snack bar but sadly there is nothing else, no hotdogs or pizzas. My niece is visiting from NC and I took her and my children to Bounce About yesterday evening for a little fun and to take a break from the heat. This was our first (and will be our last) visit to this venue. When I arrived at 5 pm there was a small crowd of patroons outside the entrance, we were told by an employee that they were waiting for a key to open the door to the facility. After waiting in 95 degree heat for the door to be opened, an employee arrived with the key and her cell phone attached to her ear having a conversation. She walked passed the crowd, opened the door and the employees entered. She NEVER stopped talking on the phone and NEVER gave an explanation as to when the venue would be open. My first impression was already ruined and my senses were telling this place was not good. With no explanation was to what was going on , we followed behind the employees entering the facility were then told to exit - that they would not be open for 30 more additional minutes. My family was eager to play, my senses were telling me to leave. I gave in and stayed. I took the 3 children back to my car and waited through the prescribed 30 minute delay. During our wait more and more additional families arrived and entered the facility. With the kids excited to finally enter the facility to have some family fun, we waited on the line at the register to pay the entrance fee. At the register I inquired as what the fee would be for my 1 year old and I was asked the most ridiculous question, "It depends, what will he be playing on?" I motioned to the Infant Soft Play area. I was told then yes, I would have to pay a fee for the baby. I then asked what the fee was for a baby and the female employee who opened the facility earlier ( the same employee who never got off of her cell phone to greet the crowd waiting in 95 degree heat) jumped into the conversation. Get this - she still had the phone glued to hear face. Yes !!! .... She was addressing me at the register while continuing a cell phone conversation. She barked at me saying that the venue was not open to the public at this time, that the people in attendance were part of an Autism group and that I could not pay to enter. She said this to me (cell phone glued to hear ear) in an aggravated and obnoxious tone - that I should know that they are normally closed on Mondays. I expressed my displeasure, that myself and 3 children had waited all this time only to be told to leave in an unapologetic rant. My frustration with this is not that they were not open to the public. It was that this was never communicated. As a first time visitor, I was not familiar with their working hours. There was a crowd at the door when I arrived; the employees never mentioned a private event. There was no sign indicating a private event. The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, unapologetic and inconsiderate. I packed my family up and drove to Chuck E Cheese where we were greeted by courteous employees whom made me feel welcomed. I was happy to spend my hard-earned money in this venue and will never return to Bounce About - nor should anyone else. read more

Stars for staff and actual place and stuff for young kids to do yes! Management? No stars. Event and care from the young staff for our 10 kids ( including a few with special needs) was good. The pizza, cake service and drinks for kids was ok and what we expected. First big error management made during our party was when I asked at the desk if we could have chairs while eating pizza and cake for the adults including one with health issues. I was told that they supply chairs only for the children in the party room area!! ( we did pay extra for adult food service) I assumed that this was due to additional fees. I had my wallet in hand at desk while asking and offered to pay whatever fee for a few chairs that was necessary. No dice!! What?? After I showed my shock at this info and mentioned 1 person who had difficulty standing did they come up with exactly ONE extra chair. There were 4 seniors in our group. Don't they ever have grandparents at the parties?? Final bad management incident came when we paid final fees. We called prior to our event to let them know we had discount coupon to use. When it came time to settle our bill, Again we had big dust up and rude behavior from manager at desk. Woman ( she said she owned biz??!) refused our coupon, said not usable because we reserved date with deposit in april. She started to get very loud and berating towards my daughter." I can't afford to honor coupon" "everyone wants to take advantage."I have bills to pay etc etc"..... I would think they would welcome advance sales and booking with open arms. Woman at desk was irate and it was only when we threatened poor review did she give rightful coupon discount ( 10%) and then insultingly said to my daughter that " she" would tip our young aide. Why would she assume we would not tip? And then be nasty ?? Of course we tipped ( more than the coupon discount) But we can not recommend this place until the management gets some customer training. The place is large and has several options for kids of all ages. The laser tag experience is very good. The toddler room is cute and keeps the kiddos occupied for awhile. Unfortunately, i wouldnt recommend this place for bouncing. When they first opened, we were able to jump with our kids. The next time we were told we couldn't because of a new law. The NEXT time we went, we were encouraged to jump with the kids. And the last time we went, we were told we could not. The same went for the tall slide. A few times we could slide with our toddler (she's too small to slide alone) and then we were told we couldn't. We asked if the staff could take her down, like they do at another local bounce place, and they said no. I can't continue to disappoint my kids so i won't be returning. It was too hot outside to do anything so I went to bounce about with my nieces and nephew. I found this place on line and was so excited to take them there. When I got there I was very disappointed because the website over exaggerated every thing. There were four bounce houses that weren't as big as on the website and the infant play area was small and only had a few small things to play on. Didn't think it was worth the 10 dollars for open bounce. The worst part about the experience was the staff. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. One of the workers that was working the slide told me and my mom and her boyfriend that we could all go on the slide with the kids. As I was helping my nephew up the stairs (who was only two years old) the owner came running over and barked at me to get off the slide because of the weight capacity. I didn't know there was a weight capacity and the owner never told us we couldn't from the beginning, and her own employee said we could go on. Then she yelled at my mother and her boyfriend to get off too. She was so nasty about it. On top of that a little while later the owner was standing there staring at us and laughing as she was telling another employee who had just came on the playground. She was making fun of how we could think we could go on the slides and that we were too big. To top that off she was telling another working that my one niece ( who was only about 70 pounds) looked like she exceeded the 150 pound weight limit. This was very unprofessional and sheshould not have been talking about and making fun of another child. Then when we were leaving my youngest niece was running around in the obstacle course teasing that we couldn't get her. Instead of going in and getting her the two workers stood there laughing and calling her a brat. Overall the staff was very rude, especially the owner. She was so unprofessional and nasty, and should be the one setting a good example for her own employees. I have never been treated so rude before at a family entertainment place.
