Why would someone get mad, if they are being honest and truthful? I was told I'd have to reschedule for a cleaning. At no point, was I told my first visit was just a consultation. I've never been treated so bad at a clinic before by a dentist. This dental group had gotten a lot of high reviews on Google and Yelp because of a raffle he's offering for reviews! I was duped. Went to another dentist which said I may possibly have 2 small cavities but he couldn't be sure until he removed my sealants/fillings.

But Dr. Zach does a great job of explaining things to the patient before (and during) the procedure, which alleviates a lot of stress. I think that Dr. Zach and his team also have a good awareness of the patients' perspective, and address the small discomforts well. They really aced the small things like rinsing my mouth promptly and thoroughly when I needed it, checking with me for sufficient numbness, etc. I'd definitely recommend a visit to this office.

After reading the office's response to my husband's review, I feel the need to share my own…read moreexperience as the person who actually went into the office to discuss the billing issues. The problem was never that we refused to contact insurance ourselves. The issue was the office's unwillingness to help clarify obvious discrepancies or assist in resolving confusing charges related to treatments THEY recommended. When I visited the office, I asked reasonable questions about inconsistent insurance payments, unclear billing, and financial charges added during the insurance processing period. For example, insurance paid very different amounts for exactly the same treatment. The office simply printed out the insurance payment details and even agreed that it "didn't make much sense." However, when I asked if they could help double-check with insurance, I was repeatedly told that it was "my responsibility" to deal with insurance. Simply telling patients to call their insurance company is not the same as providing good customer service or billing transparency. What made the experience especially frustrating was the dismissive attitude throughout the conversation. In particular, when I pointed out that financial charges were being added before insurance had even completed processing the claims, I explained that the insurance payment timeline is between the office and the insurance company, and patients should only be responsible for the unpaid portion after insurance processing -- not finance charges on the full amount during that process. The response I received was essentially: "Well, it's your insurance. They paid us late, so you are responsible." I have honestly never experienced this type of billing practice anywhere else. Overall, this office felt far more focused on collecting money than caring for patients. This was reflected in the unclear, non-itemized invoices we received. If I had not gone into the office personally and asked for printed details, I would never have understood how these so-called "financial charges" were being calculated. Please carefully review your invoices if you visit this office. I truly hope this feedback encourages them to improve their billing transparency and customer service.

I'm talking a decade now . I hated the dentist before going to dr lee . I had a rough case with my teeth when I was younger due to family/personal reasons but he made my teeth perfect again . Dr Bozir took great care in providing a pleasant experience and environment, even playing my favorite music in the office!!! Fast forward and my daughter needed emergency dental work. She was anxious and apprehensive because all she could remember was a terrible and horrible prior experience at her last dental visit at another dental clinic. However, after with Dr Bozir, her view on dental care has turned a full 180°!!! Dr Bozir was her usual kind and friendly self, making sure that it was a positive experience for my daughter. She came out of the dental office for the first time smiling and extolling how nice and kind Dr Bozir is!!! That made my heart glad!!! If you read the introduction in the Yelp listing, you can see Dr Bozir's dedication to provide quality care to all her patients.
