Very violent lots of fights, and personnel don't really care just a pay check . Would NOT recommend this place for families maybe teenagers

Super fun place. Actually really helpful staff. Try the chicken wings, super tasty and crispy!! The price of the food is pretty fair if I do say so myself... they have been doing so much better lately. A couple new staff members in the kitchen and it's making a big difference !! I just bowled the State Tournament here. The Staff was awful. There was a pop spill in the set tee area from the night before. When the counter was informed of the issue, they were very rude and said yes we know. They never came to clean up. bowlers were stepping in the mess and were sticking on the approach. A second bowler went up to report as well and suffered the same treatment. No one ever came to clean up the mess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to bowl. read more

It was my nieces 14th birthday and she loves to bowl. Austin was the gentleman who helped us. Not only was he training someone new and answering all my many questions. He popped down to the lane to help with a scoring issues as well. Super friendly and helpful. We got there just after they opened and it was very clean (Bathrooms included). 2nd time here. Was very disappointed. Was told the wait for a lane was 45 minutes, so we got food and beer and waited...over 90 minutes! When we finally got our lane (at 7:15) the girl behind the counter said they start shutting lanes down and closing at 7:30 so we could only play one game. We looked it up later and it is posted that they don't close until midnight on Fridays. Additionally, there was only 1 bartender with a line of 20 people. I'd give it 0 stars if possible. The posted hours are wrong bowling closed at 9. The kitchen closed 3 hours early at 8 and the bar was never opened. We barely were able to order food then found out they were out of pizza dough. We ended up spending $24 on and tiny grilled cheese, quesadilla that they forgot to add onion, sour cream, green peppers and made it chicken instead of beef, and the burger was missing lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, and Mayo. When I asked the kitchen to fix it 3 people asked what I wanted on it. It sat on the counter with several people looking at it until an unsanitary kid grabbed it to add the items. After having watched him touch his face and adjust himself for several minutes I told him to forget it I didn't want it back I was too disgusted. I read these reviews every day and I can tell you a lot of them are fake because they themselves are rude to the employees. Customers have to realize they are not the only customers a place like this have sometimes the kitchen is overwhelmed with food orders . And they have to do the orders in the orderly fashion or the customer before them complains about it . It is a catch 20-20 when it comes to satisfying a customer . They cannot please everyone all they can do is try. So give them a break . If you talk crazy to someone your results are not gonna be good try being politer and they won't talk crazy to you. You also have to realize some of those kids are in training . Customers can be as rude as heck and they think that is ok well they are wrong . Talk and treat people the way you want to be treated and the results would be so nicer . People drop kids off and their kids create chaos because they think they own the place as the kid said . But they are not your babysitters and the place does have rules. Try talking not yelling when you have a complaint and watching your kids so they stay out of trouble . It's not the employees fault all the time . I've seen customers go apes shit over stupid things that if they took responsibility on what they say or do or their children say or do it would be less drama there. Just saying as a customer it's not always the staffs fault. Mind you the staff members could do better in doing their jobs rather than being on their phones constantly. Place is clean for the most part but could use little more TLC. read more

This bowling ally has been purchased and remodeled by new owners. It now is waaaaaaay better. It offers amazing laser tag and a private party room. There is also an upgraded arcade. It is evident the new owners are really investing in it and want it to do well. The food is also good and there is a full bar with pool tables. Great place! read more

First time here,brought my son for his birthday with his friend to play laser tag. They were bullied while playing as teenagers held their guns down and shot them,they told a woman after that round and she told them there's nothing she can do about it! They were flipped off and teased by these teenagers and the employees wouldn't do anything! Then we go to the "diner" and the Asian girl working there couldn't have been more rude. She walked away twice while I asked questions! And was snooty with her responses as if I should know everything. I will not be coming back! $100+ spent been laser tag,food and the arcade and we got treated like crap! No thank you! read more

The place is very nice. A lot cleaner than it was when it was Ken Knottkes. The ladies in the bar are nice he'll, Beth was super. The lanes are clean and solid. The guys at the counter were nice as pie. My only complaint is that the bowling alley was pretty empty and they put people on the lane right next to us. They should spread it out more first. read more

Randy Dennis took my kids and wife here last week in Battle Creek, this place is out of control, the guy doing the shoes was of no help, had to ask a few times to get the bumpers put up, was placed in the middle of what appeared to be 2 rival gangs, with about 20 lanes between us, right in the middle about 20 minuets in, the fight broke out, had to flee, trowing the shoes over the counter with no shoes on my daughter, carried her on the run while my wife carried our 2 year old son on the run wearing no shoes, not for the family any more very dangerous, no employees tried to stop the fight or offer any help.we fled read more

Nice facility, staff not so much. Rented 2 lanes for an hour of family fun. Had a malfunction that took a staff member 5 minutes or so to solve, we were almost done when time was almost gone so I asked for an extension based on the time we lost due to the malfunction. The staff went into an explanation that I had rented for an hour only and no extension was possible. Eventually got the extension and finished the game. The last game I will ever play there. read more

horrible place. would never want anyone to give their money to this staff. a friend and i went to go watch our friends who are on the bowling team during cosmic bowling (they paid for our lane), and after being told by the cashier that i did not have to pay if i was not bowling, a staff member confronted my friend and i and demanded that we pay $20 for a wristband. when i asked why we needed to pay for sitting there, he said because we need a wristband and could not give me an explanation as to what my money was going towards. i bought food and was a paying customer and was not bowling, i expressed that to many staff members. i am a 16yr old female and did not have a ride home until about a half hour later, so i asked the man if i could stay and i'd bring my wallet next time. he then rudely demanded that i go outside and wait for my ride and he was not going to argue with me.... it was -4 degrees outside and the building is in a poorly lit, bad neighborhood. the man raised his voice at me when i told him he does not deserve my money, even if i had it with me. another lady, management above him im assuming, suggested that i go and hangout in the bar, after telling her i am only 16 and not of age or comfortable with being in there by myself. there was also open alcohol and trash on our lane full of minors that was not cleaned up before we bought the lane. people in the kitchen do not wear gloves or masks and honestly look like drug addicts. most of their staff consists of teenagers who openly vape and smoke inside of the building and i have witnessed it happening near the kitchen where food is being made. this place needs to be shut down and please do not waste your on these trashy people. read more
