We thought we would try this place out. We actually saw it on Tiktok. The place was laid out pretty neat, but a little long on the wait for food. A bit pricey for the food, drinks were good. If we go there again we will make sure to eat elsewhere. Make sure you also check you bank statement when you get back, had to fix double charges for the same thing on my account. Tried the carne asada tacos. It was 3 very small soft tacos. The menu says the meat is "cajun marinated". I did not detect any cajun flavoring. In fact, I didn't detect much flavor at all, except for the sour cream and the very few fried onion bits. Good thing I asked for extra hot sauce. The order was slow to come out, and not very hot, just warm. Not terrible, but I wouldn't get them again. Definitely not worth the price. read more

Love this place, I like coming here on the weekends. Drinks are a little pricey but worth it for the ambiance and live music.

Time after time over the last few months Boxi Park has been a go to spot since it's close to home, it has yet to disappoint. Though when they have some events it can look crazy and get crowded even their slow days are joyful. The lobster rolls are still delicious, and the loaded tostones cooked just right crisp not dry and covered with their tasty sauces perfect side to share with someone. Lately we've also been enjoying the black vanilla ice cream. Get it with the toasted marshmallow and taste it's near perfection. They still host frequent events, and dress up for every holiday. The live music and designs have been pretty good to great. Parking is a lot more manageable now with the garage 100 feet away in full swing. It's a great little off track spot with much to offer. The sand volleyball courts are nice for some pickup games, my daughter has made a handful of friends at the playground inside boxi park. And you will always see happy smiling kids dancing on the grass to the music of the day. read more

This is a tough review bc I LOVE it here... food, music, playground. Perfect! But the gravel... prevents wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, strollers, from getting to half the park. PLEASE PLEASE REPLACE IT! It killed me watching a wheelchair bound father miss out on time with his family bc he was stuck behind. We live in Lake Nona and finally checked out this place. It was pretty cool! The live band was great as well and then eventually a DJ came on. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because the food selection was just okay. It might be nice to rotate out the food choices every once in awhile and maybe there would be more variety. Boxi park is a great environment! You have bands, volleyball courts, tons of bars and food trucks, a lot of seating. This is a great place to bring your friends or family. I would not recommend it for fancier dinners or business meetings it's very loud and crowded. If you are concerned about Covid this is not the place to go. But it's very family friendly. If you want to stay at the wave hotel it has a nice walkway to get to and from the wave hotel. Overall I would recommend and bring my family and friends here. read more

This is one of my new favorite spots for weekend and even week night chill spots. The staff is very professional and I absolutely love the rock band T-shirts as a uniform. The bar prices are very reasonable and provide large portions. The drink staff is very attentive and pleasant. They aren't pushy for tips which always makes me want to give more. The food options are awesome, my personal favorite being the lobster roll and the hollandaise waffle fries. I then typically follow up with some Ice cream...the black vanilla is my wife's favorite and is unique. The entire environment is wheelchair accessible and I never have issues maneuvering with my motorized wheelchair. The park is dog friendly and there is a dog park inside for some off the leash fun in the sun. I love Boxi park, they have kept the good service, prices, and food consistent since opening day. "Carne asada our way" After reading the "amazing" reviews for this truck, allow me to cut the BS. The food itself is very good but INCREDIBLY small. Like almost sarcastically small. 5$ for Guacamole and chips. The guacamole was very good. However, the serving was roughly 3 ounces. Very pricy but I let it slide due to quality. The tacos were borderline unacceptable. Two tacos the size of my palm for over 8$ is borderline criminal. As another review mentioned, the "shrimp taco" literally had one piece of shrimp. Good quality wasn't enough to overcome the obnoxiously small serving size. Perhaps rebranding as a "tapas" style truck would be more truthful, but that also would lose business so that will never happen. 2/5 wouldn't recommend read more

I adore Boxi Park in Lake Nona! The atmosphere is so lively and pleasant--great vibes! The music is great, and there are just so many good and beverage options it's almost overwhelming. There's volleyball, a dog park, a playground, as well as plenty of bar and food options. I've tried the tacos and lobster roll, and both were incredible and well priced! This is such a wonderful addition to Lake Nona, and is a great option to bring your love, friends, parents, children, or even your puppy! I'll be returning again and again. read more

Boxi Park is incredible and if you haven't been you're missing out! I tend to get hangry and when we got to boxi I was teetering. While I love food trucks and getting to try a variety of different foods at places like Boxi Park, when I'm really hungry I hate the act of walking to each of them, figuring out what's actually good, and then waiting in line to actually get it. There was an AWESOME woman standing at the front who was so bubbly. Lauren/Lola was super approachable and just seemed so excited to welcome people I just walked up and said "okay, give me the low-down. What's good here?" And she gave me the BEST description of each place. We took her recommendation and got the Kimchi Chicken burger (HIGHLY RECOMMEND - this was the best thing we ate all night), ceviche (HARD PASS - as a ceviche enthusiast, this was pretty bad... kinda hard to even call it ceviche), lemon + herb lobster roll (recommend - perfectly toasted bread and delicious lobster), margaritas (try all 4 - FREE SAMPLES), and the smoked beer (if you like Smokey flavors you'll probably LOVE this). Absolutely great addition to the Lake Nona dining scene. The setting is unique, with a wide array of food offerings. Everything I tried was delicious - from the lobster rolls, to the chicken sandwich selections, to the spiked fresh pressed juices. The staff is wonderful - both attentive and energetic! I do hope in the future more seating (covered and uncovered) will be added, as well as more food options with an international twist (Indian kati rolls, Jamaican jerk chicken, Trinidadian doubles, South African peri peri chicken, fresh made ramen - the thoughts are endless!). Came here Saturday for the first time after moving into LP. I love the concept, super fun. I love hoed there's a playground and volleyball play area. I highly recommend to all locals Boxi Park. Finally made it here but it was a very very hot day! There are different food truck type options available. They have a main square area with chairs and multiple fans blowing. I believe there are bands/entertainment around 4-5pm but we left early because it was just too hot. Boxi Park does not accept Cards, just Cash Only. If you do have a card you can buy one of their Boxi park cards to use at the park. I ordered food from the truck serving Lobster rolls with some waffle fries and a water. The total came up to about $19. The roll was very good and the whole idea of the place is very cool. I will definitely make my way back maybe a little later in the day next time. read more
