I love EOS because of the large variety of equipment. They have machines but that's only the tip of the iceberg. Several sections with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, Trx bands, and more. They also have many different turf areas to choose from or tons of benches. While this is the perfect place for many , it is worth noting that it's pretty crowded whether you're working out at 5 am or 9pm. Everyone is very respectful with sharing equipment, but there's definitely a lot of bodies at any given time. That being said, it's a very encouraging atmosphere to see do many people locked in. They dodo offer many different classes. I love their class space and have loved the few I have tried! Group workouts can break up the monotony of your workouts if you're looking for something new.

One on one training with Pam makes me want to work out. It holds me accountable during the week. Now I am working out and cycling each week and eating better. Pam listens to her clients to make sure we are on the same page with goals. I came back to working out after an injury and she created work outs to strengthen my back/core before moving on to prevent any further injury. I had told her I would like to lose some weight but it was more important that I felt better physically. She customizes each work out depending on her clients needs. I can't tell you how much better she has helped me feel--my energy level has increased like crazy. She is very easy to be around at the end of the sessions I feel like I had only been there for 15 mins. I can tell by my sweat and muscles that it has been an hour! I love that this class had number placements for all mats so everyone has an adequate amount of space during the session. I've been to classes before that the mat placement was off and the class was over capacity, which was very uncomfortable. This class was very intimate it was 7 total with the instructor. The session was about 65-minutes in total. We soaked up all of that infrared energy this morning. The music selection was relaxing and the instructors tone was perfect and not overbearing. This gym sits in a Publix plaza so it's plenty of parking spaces. It's recommended to bring water, towel, and mat but I did see towels/mats in the studio for those who didn't have one. They also offer other sessions like hot Pilates, hot fit, and hot sculpt. I can't wait to come back to try the others!

About 60$ a month and no commitment, pay on the first for the month no startup fees either. So that's awesome. The whole gym is no nonsense. Lots of benches and platforms only one cable machine though. My only concern was for my leg day. I didn't see a Hacksquat machine or angled leg press, no abductor machines either. A great place but I don't think it fits If you have a strict leg day (plenty of bars for deadlifts and squats but you'd need to bring your own cushion for hip thrusts.
