It lacked flavor and was very bland compared to my meal. The biggest downside of our visit was the service. We were trying to enjoy some quality mother-daughter time together, but our waitress interrupted us constantly--almost every time we took a bite. We repeatedly assured her that everything was fine, yet she continued coming back to the table. At one point, while we were still actively eating, she asked if we were ready for boxes. When I said no, she replied, "Oh, okay, you're just taking your time." It definitely felt like we were being rushed rather than encouraged to relax and enjoy our meal. To top it off, we were never offered dessert or after-meal options. Despite feeling a bit rushed and annoyed by the constant interruptions, we still left a good tip because the waitress was working hard and remained polite. Overall, the food was a mixed experience, the atmosphere was wonderful, but the service made what should have been a relaxing mother-daughter lunch feel hurried.

I eventually went to the front counter and said we'd been waiting to be seated for a few minutes and the person said that being seated was only for Friday and Saturday nights. I was crabby and said they should take the wait to be seated sign down. There is ALSO a sign saying to order at the front counter on the same table but we didn't read that one once we saw the wait to be seated sign. Despite that start, the rest of our interactions with the front counter person were good.
