I wanted to surprise my husband, because he has been taking care of me, while I've been sick (cancer) I brought this home and made him dinner. Neither of us cared for the meatballs. Which we kinda expected. Cooking meatballs and then freezing them, makes for a rubbery meatball. But if they could figure that out, they would be great, because they had nice flavor. So if you're used to precooked meatballs this is your place. If you are only used to homemade. I'd recommend skipping. The spaghetti was perfect, 3 minutes and whole, just like I make. I enjoyed them very much. Have not tried the tortellini yet. I froze them. But I'm excited for them, they look fantastic. Bolognese sauce was wonderful. I would buy again, but will probably try a different sauce next time. Haven't try them all, right? I'm so happy that Incan gets the quality pasta I'm used to, without all the work. It may seem expensive to some, but it's better than any restaurant, so it's cheaper than eating out.! And if you ever made your own, you know how much hard work and love has to go into it. It's impossible to make pasta without love, so worth every penny.

Parking is easy and if you're in a real carb binge vibe, you can pick up some Balsam Bagels right across the street. The shop itself is quite small. You'll see coolers on the left hand side and fresh cut pasta in the case by the register. I grabbed some sauce for my sister from here. I don't think one thing inside the store is vegan, so I didn't end up with anything for myself. My sister said the sauce was life changing and the variety of pasta has me excited to try them out in a future, non-vegan moment of my life. Friendly staff, community vibes all around. Half of our group (was a total of four of us) enjoyed their food. The restaurant was clean and bathroom smelled very pleasant. Pricing was fair for what was enjoyed. The focaccia bread was the star of the show for me. My guests enjoyed the shrimp scampi, but felt the portion was small and the salmon was delicious. I did taste a piece of the salmon and was jealous as I can confirm it was delicious...wonderfully seasoned and perfectly cooked. Con's: The other half of our party did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I was in that bunch. It was quite surprising as the menu is not robust at all; so our thought was that the items that ARE on the menu must be a delicious specialty. My pasta was pretty good and I especially loved the breaded vegan chicken which was very flavorful. My friend got a similar pesto pasta dish with real unbreaded chicken and thought it was decent too. The ambiance is pleasant and is great for both lunch and dinner. I hadn't seen him in about 15 years, but I recognized him instantly. Great service, polite and courteous staff, and delicious fresh food, are my initial reactions. I was surprised how good the San Franco pizza was! I also had a bowl of Pasta Fasola which was outstanding. I live in the city of Buffalo between Delaware and Elmwood and there are many pizza places around here, plus, I grew up on Bocce on Bailey pizza. However, the Forno Napoli pizza now ruins all others for me. I have never been to Italy, but I imagine this is what pizza is like there. Authentic and fresh. I tried a basil-pesto, and a garlic chive. Although a bit pricey at $7 for 9 ounces, these gourmet pastas truly warranted the price. The aroma of the pastas while cooking made my mouth water, and the texture, once cooked, was spot on. I especially love the inventive shapes the pastas come in. The inherent flavors are so well done, this pasta is best served with a basic butter or ghee sauce and a dash of wine.
