Giordano is one of the best of the bunch, as they have all the cheese you'd ever want...and I want a lot of cheese. I want the funky bleu, the creamy brie, the sharpest cheddar you can find, the chevre, whatever you can find from a sheep, certainly including manchego, and all the olives they have in stock too. I want the cheeses with fun additions like truffles and pepper and meat and I also want the meat that hasn't been added to the cheese, because meat is good on its own too. All that said, the last time I came in I felt like I was bothering the staff there. I got curt, annoyed answers when I was curious about a cheese I wasn't familiar with, and we ended up leaving with about 25% of the amount of cheese I wanted to buy just because it's not fun to put together a cheese plate with people who aren't trying to help you.
