Blue Crow Plumbing is the best! One of my pipes broke on Christmas Eve, and I knew that it would be hard to get a plumber in due to the freezing temperatures. Blue Crow found a way to schedule me for an appointment on the day after I called. Jackson arrived early -- with advance notice, of course -- and swiftly located not one but two broken pipes in the shallow crawlspace of my house. He repaired both pipes and insulated them in a couple of hours. Jackson documented shoddy and incomplete insulation work done by another contractor and helped me problem solve ways to address that issue. He also advised me on some simple upgrades on my existing pipes (vs an inspector who recommended full replacement). Jackson and his staff were very pleasant to deal with, and I am happy to know that I can reach out them the next time I need a plumber. Highly recommended! read more
