This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

So I was really happy to find someone who brought their own safe products to use in my house. I have 1800sq ft. and was grateful they could come and thoroughly clean in under 4 hours. I was also surprised the ladies even changed our sheets for us before making up the beds. My shower also has not been this clean since we moved into our home. They did a great job and it feels so nice to have the whole house clean at one time, since as a homeschooling mom I can't keep more than one room clean at a time! I felt that the price was very reasonable too. They used high quality products- Dr Bronners and seventh generation along with good old vinegar and baking soda and essential oils and charged $300 for a first time cleaning. I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. They were also friendly to my cats. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.

I was very clear in my review that I understood your policy. I was very clear in my review that the carpet stains were in fact removal via the hands on method relayed by the carpet installer. As with any vendor that lacks service completion... a second opinion is warranted. And in this case, gave us the proof we needed to write an honest, accurate review. I would have happily scheduled the carpet installer at the same time so he could inform you how easy it was to remove these "impossible stains". And I'm sorry, somehow my review isn't legit because I submitted the review two months after your service? Please avoid this company if you value integrity.
