The estimate seemed too good to be true plus I had also seen some mixed reviews on Yelp so I wanted to be sure I did the extra due diligence before making a decision. Not all plumbing jobs are the same and things that happened during the big Texas storm early in 2021 I had to take with a grain of salt. After confirming all the details with Pete and researching more online, I trusted him and his team with the job. As a bonus, his team was ready to start work the very next day so we got it on their schedule. Communication throughout the engagement was great. They showed up in the window they gave me. The young man I spoke to said, "We can come out tonight, but it's dark and after hours and it will be more expensive, can you wait until morning?". I said yes. They called me in the morning and set an appointment. The two guys who showed up were great! They said that they thought they could reach the leak without going under the foundation and gave me an estimate, which, in my opinion, was very reasonable. They assured me that if they had to go under the foundation and the job would get more expensive, they would keep me posted. They got to the leak and fixed it. He inspected the wiring to the disposal and removed it. Showed me the issue and said the charge was 241.00 which did not include a replacement. Do I pay that and then go buy a disposal and hire someone else to install it or just have them complete the job. I had a 1/3 HP and he did not have it on the truck. Had to go get one. He brought back a 1/4 HP and told me the bigger one would cost approximately 300 more. It came out to over 600.00 when it was all said and done. I use to have a home appliance warranty policy for years and there was an issue every time I used them which was seldom so I cancelled them. Goes to say I don't have a lot of experience hiring for these issues but obviously they have figured out how to make money by limiting your options. All I can say is beware of these companies and the way they handle their service charges. I will not recommend this company to anyone unless they have extra money to throw away.

The technician came out, worked nearly three hours, could not locate the leak, and referred us to a specialty company -- we were charged $600 for that. When we called to address it, we were told a manager would call us back. They never did. Instead we received a check in the mail for $60 -- no call, no explanation, no acknowledgment. If you have a specific leak detection need, confirm exactly what the technician can do before booking. The lack of follow-through after the fact was just as disappointing as the original issue.
