Brad's Collision was amazing! I had to file a claim for a small parking lot incident and MetLife recommended I go here. When I first came in to get an estimate, everyone was so friendly and explained everything to me in detail. They were quick to get my car in for repairs and it only took them two days to complete the work! They also worked with Enterprise and had a rental vehicle dropped off at the shop to make things really simple for me. When I finally went to pick up my car after the repairs, it looked brand new and I was also able to leave the rental vehicle at the shop. Throughout this whole process, I worked with Doug. He was very professional and kind and I would recommend working with him and the shop any day! After being rearended I was trying to find a shop to take my car to and that was so challenging! I called a few places recommended by my Geiko estimator but most of them went straight to answering machines with no call backs. One shop jerked me around for 3 days not giving me any straight answers! I was desperate and turned to Yelp to look for other possibilities. Thats how I found Brad's Collison Center. All excellent 5 star reviews and they answered my phone call immediately and had me drop off my car the very next morning. I just emailed them all the nesessary paperwork and they took it from there. They discoverded additional damage and had the estimator come out again, so the repairs took a long time, but they provided updates on what was going on. Great quality work, they made sure to get it 100% right( we had to bring it back for a minor fix later) I am very happy with the work they have done. The only minor thing I didnt care for- the shop has bankers hours, it makes it difficult to pick up and drop off the vehicle since I work the same hours. Worry-free experience. Last year I went to have my rear bumper fixed after my lovely daughter gave me a "love tap" just to remind me how much she loves me. Brad's Collision Center repainted my workhorse 97 Pathfinder's hood to perfection! The magicians at Brad's did an incredible job of matching the dark green pearl and gold metal flake. Another paint-shop wanted to feather the color into the pristine fenders. No! destroying the lustrous factory clear-coat seemed a bad idea to me. Brad's removed my sun damaged, hot engine baked, speckled, silvery hood and stripped it to the metal. When I arrived to pick up my SUV, it glistened in the bright sun from hood to tail. I called around to different auto body shops at 19th avenue and Deer Valley to get some quotes on my daughters car that was hit and I knew immediately that I would be choosing Brad's Body Shop. They were within a few dollars of the other location, which was a chain, which treated me like any other chain location would. I felt like just a number, but at Brads I felt like I got the type of attention a person would get as if I had been using them for years. They said that there may be additional charges but wouldn't know until they lifted the panel, but nope, it was the original price that they expected, no hidden charges, it was exactly what they said it would be. They said the car would take 3-5 days but they were done with it in 2 1/2 days. Additionally, I got text messages that kept me up to date on the cars status. It was completely awesome and totally unexpected. I highly recommend Brad's Deer Valley. If I need an Auto Body Shop again, I will definitely go back to them.
