Took in down the street 2 blocks to Just Tires and their manager inspected the tires and located the nail and gave me a very thorough explanation on the repair versus replacement. I purchased four new tires from him and had confidence in the decision. Will not be back with any of my cars and understand why their rating is so low with so many bad reviews.

I was thrilled there was not a wait. One man came out to my car and when I asked if I could get an oil change he said yes. No greeting, no smile, just "leave your car here, you can wait in the lobby...", all with an expressionless face and an irritated tone. When I came back to get my car, two of the men were still sitting, absorbed in their cell phones while the third man took my payment. He too just stared at me with a mean expression, never said thank you, or anything other than to tell me my total was $108.00. For an oil change; I was not aware they cost this much! Through that whole encounter he never said one positive word to me: not - thank you for coming in; not - good bye; not - please come again. He was unbelievably rude, staring directly into my eyes with insolence, responding to me with the minimal amount of words possible. I am still dumbfounded by their unprofessional behavior and surly attitudes when I simply stopped by for an oil change. Never again.
