Robert did an amazing job! I went in to do my state inspection, get my alignment fixed, and figure out why my steering wheel is shaking so much. He was able to figure out why and also found some other issues that he was able to fix. They had everything in the store so they were able to get everything done basically in one day. Robert did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. He also made sure to let me know when the next time I should come in for upkeep on my car. Gave me a follow up call right after the initial diagnosis was over and discussed the different options, processes, and time frames to get everything down and gave multiple follow up calls throughout the day. I took my jeep in last November (2022) to fix a clicking noise behind the dash. After they "fixed" it, the very next day, it started clicking again, and my heater stopped working, and AC took a solid minute to come on. I took it back, and they replaced an entire box. Why did they not just do that the first time? So, more money was spent to fix the issue. Not even a year later, it started clicking again. Took it back, and they said they fixed it. Nope! So I decided to take it else were and they actually fixed the issue, Their competitors took time to actually test and retest until it was fixed. So, for that reason, I will not be back to this location. read more

Got referred from Discount Tire for an alignment. Got me in immediately- with an appointment. No waiting. Really nice / honest folks. Showed me the other problems on my Yukon, which it does honestly need - but didn't try to sell me on needing brakes or anything that wasn't obviously broken. Quotes for repairs (steering linkage, CV boots, shocks) all WAY CHEAPER than other non-dealer mechanics. Very happy. Will come to these guys to keep my 2009 Yukon get another 100,000 miles (economically) before I finally let it go. I trust these guys. Happy I found them. read more

They were able to get me in really quickly! Danny was supper nice and helpful. I was buying an old used car and they put it the rack and checked it over for me. The A/C is not working so I okayed them to put some Freon in with dye so they can start the diagnostic process. I'll take it back in a couple of days and we will see what they find out. read more

I was there for an oil change and a light bulb replacement.. long story short, mitch is telling me I have $400+ worth of fixing on my 5 year old car. On top of that, I wanted just the standard oil change that is $20 but mitch is telling me I "HAVE TO" get the more expensive one with some BS excuse... I know I don't know much about cars but please don't try to oversell me...I mean did they think i have $400 just laying around? They said my light bulb was working fine which was great and last minute I did tell them I actually needed an Inspection done so I'm glad they did that but it just took wayyyy too long. I sat there for 2 hours all for an oil change and an inspection. read more
