I was shopping around for my new BMW 3-series and had gotten different quotes from Pines BMW and Lauderdale BMW. I was about to sign with the Pines dealership but decided to check out Braman because they had great deals on leases for the month of July on their website. I'm definitely glad I went there instead of signing with Pines (even though the Pines salesman was extremely nice and patient). Braman was able to not only give me a better deal than Pines had given me, but they also (after I negotiated my ass off) beat the Pines deal by adding the premium package. In addition, I walked out of there with no money due and only paid multiple security deposits (which BMW gives back at the end of the lease). My sales person was Mauricio and the finance guy was Alvaro. Great guys, they worked with me patiently and even followed up after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my new car. This is by far the worst place I have ever taken my car. Not only does it take more than 45 minutes to pick up my car every time it has to get serviced, they also do not do a thorough job of fixing the car in the first place. I have had to have it taken back three separate times for the same issue (the car stopping completely - once in the middle of the highway). Customer service is poor and Service advisors do not care & are not accommodating to any scheduling issues. Additionally, the car ALWAYS takes longer than the initial time-frame that is given. I would rather drive hours away to have my car serviced than go back to Braman. read more

I use an auto broker or buy my BMW used from private persons, I despise dealerships but use Braman for warranty and service. My advisor is great (Ivan). Not 4 or 5 stars because the loaner people are horrible and the wait is long. When you go pick up the car, they have wash it first before giving to you which is a good thing but it takes time. The experience I've had with Braman BWM Service here in Miami has been the worst I've ever experienced at a car dealership. I have a 2016 428i Convertible that I brought into Braman for service for a loud brake squeal. They told me that the noise is coming from the front breaks, that the pads were fine but the rotor had a small groove in it that "could" be the cause of the noise. They recommended I replace the rotor and I agreed. The first issue happened when I picked the car up. SA informed me he'd made a mistake and that instead of replacing just the rotor, they had to replace the pads too. The estimate increased from about $300 to $700. However, they'd already done the work so I had no choice but pay. The second issue happened the following day when the same very loud, embarrassing squeal happened and happened 9 out of 10 times on braking. I called the SA and informed him. He told me to wait a few days because sometimes new pads will make noise. I gave it a few days and called him again informing him it's the same and that it is still squealing like before. I took the car in again. Meanwhile I've found the Carfax for the car and discovered the front brakes had already been replaced 5 months prior. I told my SA this and looped my father in since I was getting frustrated. We couldn't understand how I'd need new brakes in 5 months nor could we understand why BMW would replace them and send me on my way with the squeal still there. SA informed me the squeal is NOW happening in the back brakes. I said it's always been the back and you've fixed the wrong brakes. He told me they are supposed to squeal but at the same time gave me an estimate to replace the back for another $700. I asked him why he's recommending to replace brakes that don't need it and that are supposed to squeal? The whole experience has been awful. The SA has been very frustrating to deal with and I honestly feel this dealership did not do their due diligence and fixed brakes that did not need it. They have adjusted the back brakes and we'll see if they start making the same hideous sound as before. Hoping not so that I can be finished dealing with Braman. Their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with and I expected a lot more ... this being my very first BMW. read more

Just be cautious when you buy from Braman. They promise a lot when you are buying/leasing a car and then it all falls apart after that. The service is always an anger inducing experience. The place is awful. I made an appointment to have my car maintenance done. Was originally told it was included in the purchase and when I showed up was told it was not and would have to pay 750.00 for the "complimentary"maintenance or I would have to pay 100.00 for the maintenance that was due now and whatever the cost was of every single one there after. My service advisor was Jonás Orozco and was not helpful at all. Sent me to the back to wait for a loaner and didn't even walk me back there like all the other customers were being assisted and didn't tell me I would have to add my name to the list of people waiting. He seemed bothered the whole time. I then waited another 45 minutes to get a loaner for which they didn't have any BMW only Hyundai Elantras. I was then helped by someone named M Castro who was the nastiness individual also seemed upset that he was working. I then called to check if my vehicle was ready 6 hours later since no one called me and I was told the computer which drains the oil for oil changes was broken and they were backed up. I was then asked if I had a loaner I said yes and was told ok then. He seemed to miss the point that I shouldn't have to wait 6 hours for an oil change I am paying for after I was told it was included in my vehicle purchase. Finally 9 hours later I got the call that my car was ready. I stood at the cashier for 30 minutes and another 40 minutes waiting for valet to bring the car while all along the valet guys were chatting and taking their sweet time. Dropped off the car at 930am and got it back at 550p. I will not be taking my vehicle there EVER again and pay more money for crappy service. read more

I should have paid attention to the ratings on this one. 1st time customer who will never return. Price of an oil change 79.00. Then they add fees they don't tell you about making it over 108.00. Then after I paid I had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring me the wrong car. They also park the car wherever and you have to go get it. This place beyond sucks. Although BMW prices are really high I will say that the repairs done on my car was 5 star work!! And while my car was being worked on I was in a comfortable loaner car which made the entire experience from beginning to end the BEST. Braman BMW is a great dealership when you are having warranty work. When you are a cash customer, they sharpen their rip off pencils and stick it to you. They DO NOT know how to work on their electric car, the i3. Charged me over $9000 to fix the bad EME module when the car was just weeks off of warranty and with less than 20000 miles on it. Then they screwed up the repair and caused more damage. On the second visit, took them almost 2 months to repair the car. As soon as I received the car back, I traded it in on a Subaru at another dealership. BUYER BEWARE! This place is a nightmare and their i3 is a poorly designed electric car. I will never buy a BMW or one of their subsidiary products again! read more

Went to Braman BMW today in the mood to buy a new BMW SUV. Approached the receptionist who did not smile and immediately told me how busy they were today. She tried to make phone calls to find someone to help me, but no one was available. She did apologize twice, but no eye contact and very poor customer service skills. She then told me that there wasn't anyone to help me. I guess she didn't think I was important enough. She definitely needs customer service training (or fired). Only in Miami does the receptionist give the customer HORRIBLE customer service and keep her job. When I got home I called the manager Russ, who just kept apologizing. I am not interested in hearing about how busy you were, etc., etc. I was there to buy a car, not to hear you whine about how busy you were today. I have never had such poor service at a car dealership. Usually they are all over you when you arrive. I guess maybe I didn't look like I had enough money to afford a BMW. I guess Braman BMW doesn't want my money. I think I will take my business to Ft. Lauderdale. They know about customer service there. read more

If you'd like to wait more than 3 hours for a simple oil change, then this is the place for you, enough said!!!

BEWARE. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WARRANTY. I brought my car ONLY for an oil change and, as my warranty expired, they took advantage of me. I have to say that I trusted the representative and thought this was a reliable place. So, the oil change for my BMW Diesel cost me $270, which I later learned it normally costs $70 at other places. The worse part is that during my oil change, they removed a bolt from the wastegate supply hose and released the car. Two days later my car started to produce a weird sound, so I had to bring it back. After checking the car, the dealer representative says that the technicians found there's a damaged part on my car. He assures is a "PIPE which was attached to the turbo," and that I have to change it. The cost of the part plus the work was "$1,219!!!!." He also said that because of a hole on the damaged pipe, it was suctioning air and dust and it would damage the turbo within time(thing that would cost me much more). I asked him to have a WRITTEN diagnosis but the representative said that he would send it to me by email(he even asked twice if my email was correct and it is- that's how I'm receiving their emails all the time). He NEVER sent a written diagnosis. I declined to have the work done and sought a second opinion. I took the car to other BMW(there are other BMW dealers in South Florida) and paid $147 for a diagnosis. They found that the problem in fact was that the car had a "missing bolt" (what a coincidence that this bolt appeared to be missing after my visit to Braman BMW Miami 2060 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137). Finally, the cost for the missing bolt was ONLY $159. Today I called Braman BMW to ask for a copy of the diagnosis, it's a surprise that they don't even have a copy of the diagnosis in the system. They only have an estimate in their system for $1,219 WITHOUT details of the service suggested. ** NEVER bring the car to this place if you don't have a Warranty. ** DO NOT leave without a written diagnosis. ** ALWAYS get a second diagnosis. ** DO NOT trust these people. read more

I went to Braman because I was in a car crash. My Bmw had several thousand dollars worth of work into it. Around $9,000. The customer service was pretty good. A couple of weeks after I got my car back, my car stopped starting. So I hired a tow company to take it back to the dealership. Once they checked the car they said that the problem with the car had nothing to do with the accident, so they weren't going to cover it. I understood that and had no problem with it. They said that the repair was going to cost 3,000 dollars to fix. So I decided to take it to Fort Lauderdale BMW to see if maybe they would charge me less. Braman then charged me 900 dollars for the inspection of assessing the problem. I thought it was very high as it has costed me only $125 dollars in the past at Fort Lauderdale BMW. They were very brutal and at the time I felt that I was taken advantage of, customer service was now very bad. I took my BMW to Fort Lauderdale BMW and they assessed the repairs to be only 275 dollars, In fact, the problem was something completely different. Braman either lied to me about what was wrong with my car or their technicians don't know what they are doing. It cost me 3 times less to fix my car at Ft Lauderdale BMW, than is cost me to get my car inspected at Braman. I called Mike Sorentino, my representative at the time and told him what happened and that I needed my money back because they completely assessed the repairs wrong and that to fix the problem it only cost 275 dollars. He was disrespectful in many ways and basically told me that they were not going to give me my money back. I completely despise Braman after that experience, I feel like they stole from me and want the whole world to know about it. Fort Lauderdale BMW is not the greatest for customer service either, but I would chose them over Braman any day of the year. I think you would be better off going to any other place to fix your car to be honest. This is a nightmare story and it might not happen to you but would you want to do business with a company that doesn't try to redeem themselves when they made a huge mistake? I was so upset about this incident that I sold my BMW right after I got it back and will never buy a Bimmer again. Understand that I am most likely being bias, but even if I was looking at it from their shoes, they fucked up big time on assessing the problem and didn't want to make it right after. I can't imagine if I didn't trust my instinct and didn't decided to change dealers. I would have paid $3,000 instead of $275 at Fort Lauderdale BMW. I would give Braman negative stars if I could! Well, despite the terrible reviews I am just now seeing about this dealer I have nothing but glowing remarks about them. I was looking to buy a new BMW and I went to BMW South first. I met with a sales guy who was recommend to me and I must say there was nothing special or helpful about him. I spent three hours (of my life that I will never get back) with him to walk away without a car -_- I then got a call from Alan (a sales guy at Braman BMW) who got my info from some website I went on I assume. He gave me more information in a five minute phone call than any other sales guy has ever given me in the past. When I went in to meet with him he was pleasant, chipper, and friendly. When I walked out of the finance office to see my new car he had already moved all of my things from the old one to the new one. He even put my stuff in the same place (in the new car) as I had it in the old one. He truly went above and beyond to make my first BMW experience a great one. Then if you can believe it, less than 24 hours later I noticed a pretty noticeable scratch on the front fender. So I sent him a text message and first thing Monday morning he was at my office to take the car to get it fixed (he even greeted me with a hug, sweet). He brought it back in no time and even brought me the aux cable needed to control the ipod from the car. I will recommend Alan and Braman BMW to anyone who wants a new BMW! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. Two years ago they were supposed to sign us up for Platinum warranty on the car we bought and they signed us up for Bronze instead. The girl said she corrected it and only now I found out we are still registered as Bronze even though we've been paying for Platinum for 2+ years and getting service done at the Bronze level only so probably paying way more than we should've over the past years. Now I have a major repair needed (on an only 5 year old BMW? very suspicous) and the Bronze warranty doesn't cover it. Ricardo Plaza, Finance Director, was supposed to correct this warranty error immediately on Tuesday and it is STILL not changed. Meanwhile I have no car and they have not even APOLOGIZED or offered me loaner when all of this is their mistake. Do not go here, do not buy a car here, do not even bother trying to contact them for any follow-up customer service as this place is a joke. They pass you around on the phone for hours and pretend people are in meetings or "out for the day" so that they don't have to help you. BEWARE! read more

My review is for the Bentley service and not BMW but it is the same store so basically the same people my complaint is not the service department as it is the loaner department the people in the loaner department are complete idiots they had me send them copies of credit cards and insurance cards a week before the pick up date and the tell me the morning of that the insurance card is no good even though it had not expired and we had discussed this a week before then they tell me that my credit card was no good even though they had the correct address on the copy I sent they apparently used some other address instead the whole process was a nightmare and it did not have to be if you can avoid this place do so I wouldn't go back but I have to so....... read more

There are several departments and not all of them work properly. First the valet is perfect . Second the service person in this case Marruch is always perfect. Third the rental car dept. is a disaster . It took them 0ne hour and fifteen minutes to take care of me and the paperwork ands then wait another 10 minutes to get the car. Forth upon pick up the return of the rental and cashier went smooth without any delays. Fifth the waiting for the car to be brought up took more than twenty minutes .??? If there is a next time, i will call the dept. Manager in advance to avoid wasting so much time in the rental car dept. and at pick up time. read more

Here we go...BMW. Former Mercedes CLK 350 Cabriolet Convertible owner shopped at Braman after looking for over 3 weeks. Tried: Q60 - nope; C-300, E350 Convertible - okay, but Mercedes service in Pembroke Pines is sooooooo bad, turned me off from the car; Cadilac Ats - not bad, but not quite right; Tried several BMW dealerships, even drove to Coconut Creek to have them only have one, yes one car that met my specifications and pricing, with my credit score,( fair - good), Braman was the last place I went to, and was very pleasantly surprised. First, let me say, I spoke to Paolo, who answered the phone the night before, Saturday, and actually looked up the stock number car I wanted, yes, it was there. I was driving to Miami on a Sunday. okay. I was IMPRESSED this was not the Braman I remembered, it was plush. I asked for my sales person, Paolo Santos, who I had already gotten his text telling me he was 5 minutes away. I was good. He arrives to say hello and we proceed to go find the keys for the stock number we spoke of, yes the keys were there, and so we went to find it. There is was, right color - yellow sold sign on it. Well, why shucks! I'm so shocked. So, what now I ask. Paolo says, "I have several other on another floor that I can show you that meet your requirements." That was news to my ears and then my eyes. I fell in love with a car that only had at the time we talked less than 300 miles. After the test drive, it had over 300 miles which now meant that it could be sold; yes folk my car was a little used demo car that sat on the upper floors of the showrooms, waiting for me to come along. Let me say that Braman BMW's salesman, Paolo Santos, and financier Mr. Ignacio Travina were very professional, quoted the number of what could be done based on my score and what I could and would get for what I would pay. All in all- it was better than ANY other deal I got from any other BMW dealerships-especially when you come prepared with your numbers. read more

I remember once the man who drove my vehicle to the servicing noticed I had a bolt that needed to be fixed on my steering wheel to ensure smooth turns and they went ahead and got that fixed for me no charge. $40 Oil change (synthetic) + Free Car wash + Free 4-point inspection = Unbeatable. I have been taking my 2010 BMW, which I bought elsewhere, to Braman for years. They have been amazingly polite, accommodating and quick to turn the car around whenever there was an issue that required maintenance. Last year (February of 2018) I knew I would be looking for another car and sent in my email and phone number and received an immediate reply from Paulo Santos, the Internet Executive at Braman BMW. He followed up via text, email and a call. We chatted and he identified several models I would be interested in. I value the time salespeople dedicate and told him that if I couldn't find a Certified Pre-Owned model I absolutely loved, I would not waste his time because I know how important it is for them to deal with serious customers. For several months, Paulo followed up with me and still, I was no where closer to finding the right model, but always appreciated his time and follow up. The last two weeks, after deciding to actively go and look and test drive a BMW model, I replied to a New Year's email Paulo sent me and told him I'd like a moment to chat and make an appointment to come see him. Again the response was immediate and this Saturday I met with Paulo and some of his sales team members and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 BMW 5 series from him. The price was right, the team was super-polite and the facilities were amazingly enjoyable. I forgot I was at a car dealership, because it didn't feel like one. I will recommend Paulo Santos and Braman BMW and all Braman Motors for that matter based on how they treated me and my wife. My wife who dislikes the car buying process so much already said we'd return and buy our next car from Paulo. Thank you for a great car and a great experience. read more
