Don't confuse sales and service. As far as sales, i would not touch the place. When service is discussed i give full 5 stars. Always a quick check inn. Friendly staff that is more than willing to help and give suggestions on what is really necessary and what is not. Price is standard and wait times are usually shorter than in other dealerships i have been to. However, they are starting to get extremely busy with Miamis growth of population in that area. Went for warranty on my Bmw i3 with only 19k miles and service department was horrible!!. When pick up the car the steering wheel was dirty with grease. Service Fraud at Braman BMW - Miami. To sum up - the service done on my car is incomplete and the wrong part was replaced and my original part was not returned to me. On August 23, 2018 - I took in my Z3 Bmw which was the car used in a James Bond movie and it has been kept in mint condition with very low mileage since it will be a valuable antique collectors car. The problem was that the battery would go dead after a week and I would need to get a boost to start the car. Braman BMW told me I needed a new instrument cluster. It was replaced and when I took it home the battery went dead within the week. I also noticed it was not the original part and the buzzers and indicates did not work properly. For example the original part came with chrome rings and the buzzer to indicate that your lights are on - no longer worked for example. Also the odometer was not set right with the mileage incorrect. I immediately asked for my original part back and wanted to take it to another dealership. They convinced me to bring it back again. When I picked it up a second time and took it home the battery went dead again within the week. Also the odometer was still incorrect and they did not fix my problems described above. I immediately returned again asking for my money back and my original part back. They refused to give my original part back and told me they would get back to me about my money. For numerous weeks - I talked to many people who gave me the run around. During that time I talked to another mechanic who wants to be anonymous. He said the real problem was just a low charge on the battery and the original part replaced was not needed. I then charged the battery to full capacity and the problem was solved. The car had no problems starting after 3 weeks. This was evidence that the real problem was just a low battery situation and the instrument cluster was not the real problem. As mentioned earlier this was to be an antique car and now it's going to cost me a lot more money to fix it right so it does not devalue the antiqueness of the car. Sincerely read more

A simple phone call for an appointment. On Oct 1st 2016, 10am.. I called, spoke with a kind lady by the name of JoAnn, she transferred me to an advisor. Mr. Jomar was soooo rude , he even told me there were no appointments for me today to have my car looked at. He was short and ended our conversation like this.." Do you want the appointment for next week or not..? I asked him not to dismiss me like that.. he repeated himself as if I was bothering him. Dealing with the service depart way too much of a hassle. The other day I had an oil change scheduled for 7:30 in the morning. No one got to me until almost 7:50; after someone finally got to me, it took another 10 minutes, and I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours for oil and brake fluid change, so I decided to wait. After about 3.25 hours, some called to tell me the car was ready. At that time, I found out my 2017 BMW x4 i40m power steering leaks, the vehicle only having ~24000 miles on it. I was told they could get me in on Wednesday, but they had to have someone call me to schedule the time. I thought it was taken care of, and Wednesday was a sure thing. Someone did call and left a message, and by the time I was able to get back to them, they said they are were all booked until Friday. When paying for the oil and brake fluid change, the cashier barely talked, didn't even greet me or say thank you. The other thing that floors me about Braman service department takes another 10 to 15 minutes to bring my car down. This isn't the first time this happened. I don't think Braman realizes time is valuable; being honest is expected, things change or take longer apologize to the customer. Saying it will take 2 1/2 hours, I expect it to take 2 1/2 hours, or tell me they are running behind. The other thing I was considering buying a different car from them and forget it; just like the first time the sales manager doesn't even leave their office to introduce themselves. Also, I had to wait around another 30 minutes just to get my car appraised after taking a 20-minute test drive with the salesman. It's the only dealership I have been to where a Sales manager feels he's too good to introduce himself to a customer looking at buying an over $70000 used car. They don't even feel it's important for their salesperson to have business cards. Just took my 2007 BMW 328i conv to Braman Miami for check engine soon light. They replaced leak diagnostics pump. The pump cost $234.92 and labor $555.00. Total after tax is $845.22 By the way the service manager gave me a higher price when he called me to tell me what the cost would be. I questioned it and he lowered it about$150. This is probably the worst BMW. It took me 45 minutes to get a loaner when I had a 7:30 am appointment for my car to get serviced. When I finally got that loaner is smells like death and it's filthy ! This is the second time I receive such a filthy car from them. Apart from that while you're waiting they have less than average coffee in foam cups which even though it's supposed to be for customers you have every employee in line to use it. Working with the sales associates of Braman BMW of Miami was one of the worst car buying experiences of my life (and I've had plenty of bad encounters in only a few short years). I initially sent an internet inquiry on a specific BMW build, which was a template sent to 8-10 dealers around the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. Braman BMW was very quick in their initial reply, so I began working with them immediately. The sales associate (Barrington Russel Jr.) was kind enough to provide feedback over email and text, as it was difficult for me to reply in a timely manner over the phone while at work. From there, the situation quickly deteriorated. In my initial inquiry, I made a point to stress very clearly what I wanted: the exact build of the car from my quote, at the BEST OFFER lowest monthly lease price for 36 mo/12k miles. Barrington was very disorganized, asking for me to re-send my build information several times, even though he should have had a record of this in his email. After some back-and-forth, he sent me several quotes for models on the lot, that did not even come close to matching my spec. Kindly re-enforcing my desire to stick to the particular build, Barrington gave me an incredibly rough draft of some numbers, which were not for the amount of miles I specified. I replied, and he again sent me some rough numbers, however this time there were many hidden fees, taxes and other variables in both the inception price as well as the monthly price. I reiterated yet again that he was not fulfilling my request adequately, and sent him a sample of another dealership's pricing structure broken down for transparency. After more back-and-forth, he sent me some final figures, still not breaking apart how he was calculating the numbers. I told him that we were done and moved on. This is yet another validation of the existing reviews citing Braman BMW's lack of compassion and their desire to scam you. Braman BMW will do nothing but waste your time. These people are professional crooks. I took my car in because I had received two notices for parts that were being recalled and needed to be replaced. I call and make an appointment for 7:30 am. When I get there they input the information of my car into the system, wait about an hour and then they come back saying they don't have the parts there and can't perform the replacement of parts (they couldn't have told me that over the phone?!). Since I am already there, I've had some issues with my car basically my abs light is on as well as the break light and most recently I was experiencing some push back on the pedals when I would break. I asked them to do run a diagnostic which cost $249. Andrew who was horrible told me that to fix all the issues in my car it would cost $6000. I have a 2009 328i BMW, my car isn't even worth that much. I asked them which one of the 3 fixes recommended will solve the pushing back on the break problem. 1 of the mechanics advises that it has to do with two broken sensors I have, replacing those would solve the issue. So I replaced them at the cost of $1000. Drive off the lot and none of the lights are on and I feel happy with the modifications I did to the car. The following day I turn my car and all the lights are back on my dashboard. I drove down the street and start breaking and instantly feel the pushback against the break. BASICALLY ALL THE PROBLEMS FOR MY CAR REMAIN AND I SPENT $1000 for them to reset the lights for 1 day and give my car a wash. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO TO BRAMAN BMW! read more

WORST DEALERSHIP/SHOP! DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS. I own a Mini Cooper and needed minimal service done to my car. Since I have been going here for two years for service (which is never excellent but still semi-trustworthy), I decided to go back. This time I got a rude advisor. My advisor, Elmer, was condescending and very unwilling to help. I figure they think they can scam you when you're a woman. Anyways, I then reached out to Ryan M. who is the manager at the shop. Usually he is very helpful however this time he was just as rude and condescending as Elmer. Instead of putting my concerns at ease I didn't feel safe having my car there. Got it back with scratches in the exterior, scratches to my brand new tints and a pop noise from my exhaust. Definitely not going back to fix all these things they CLEARLY did. Yesterday I had the WORST experience here, I left one of my boss's car to get a scan, I should say that this car is a special edition mini (it's old and needs a lot of work) but that's no reason to treat me like I'm a customer that doesn't matter, my boss purchased another car there so it's not about if we have money or not. It's an OLD CAR, treat people well and kindly, no matter if you think they aren't worthy because of their appearance or in this case the car. I came to pick up the car and besides waiting almost an HOUR, when I get in and start driving the car makes this HORRIBLE NOISE, like some sort of piece is loose, I immediately went to the valet guy and told him, he told me to go in and explain it to one of the guys in service, I explained that the car DID NOT arrive with this HORRIBLE noise, and he kept saying that it's not his problem, if I don't want to pay the $5000 repairs it's not his fault, I told him, that I new the car needed work done, but that HORRIBLE noise wasn't there when I left the car for the scan, he refused to help me, and had the WORST attitude, so I left. I picked up my boss, she heard the noise in the car and we went back, this "guy" was just AWFUL, rude, did not want to help, we kept telling him that please listen to the noise, it's just not normal, and we felt unsafe, with his snarky attitude he told us: "there's the manager" so we had to explain the whole thing to the manager which I have to say was an EXAMPLE of customer service and went and drove the car for a few feets and KNEW something was wrong. He helped us, and IN FACT got repaired the noise that the horrible guy refused to. The manager was helpful and listened to us, and understood our concern. Every single one of your employees must learn from him to treat people, and resolve conflicts. You have to LISTEN to your customers, even is they have an OLD CAR, if we chose your dealer for the service it's because we thought we'd be given a good service and treatment. I'm pretty sure if the car had been one of the others my boss has I'd be treated with more respect. This guy which I did not catch the name was simply implying that since the car needed so much work I was trying to get it fixed for free. I JUST WANTED HIM TO LISTEN TO THE HORRIBLE NOISE, and help me because I DID NOT LEAVE THE CAR IN THE MORNING WITH THAT. He did not listen, he DID NOT HELP, he was the WORST. For the life of me I do not understand why it takes sooooo long to get a loaner vehicle from you "ASAP" Rent A Car desk. What exactly does ASAP stand for? Even now with your remodeled service area it is painfully slow. Today is 11/3/20 and I have been waiting 45 min and there are still 4 ppl in front of me. All this because I brought my car in for an oil change. You would think this ongoing issue would have been addressed with the remodel but it is the same old poor, slow service. When I had my Jaguar and it was serviced at The Collection in Coral Gables it was a relative quick and positive experience every time. I had called last night and was able to make an appt for early this morning with a very professional and friendly operator (?) Laura and sure enough, my Service Adviser (Kristopher Barres) was waiting for me when I arrived promptly for my 8:30 AM service appt. From there, it was smooth as silk. I opted to wait for my car vs getting one of their free loaners as Kris told me the work would could be done in 2 hrs. And yes sir; I was out of there with my car washed (that is customary at Braman whenever they work on your car) in exactly 2 hours. They took 4 days to fit 2 tyres, which had i gone to the tire shop myself would have ben done in a hour, and half the cost. They did not apologise, just said they were very busy. We got a recalling letter for our BMW and took our car to Braman BMW service center.Making appointment was very easy with them. When we arrived they greeted us and took care about our car in 2 hrs even though it was very crowded because of the recalling issues. They even offered us a complementary ride back to our place or somewhere else. Their lounge area was very clean and calm. They called us 2 hours later when our car was ready. They also cleaned and washed our car without a charge. Two days later they called us how we liked to service and if any possible issue with our car. It's been a year and half since I purchased my BMW Z4 at Braman BMW and that I am trying to sell my vehicle I can't. BMW NEVER processed my title, inspite of the fact that I went there in October of 2014 because I could not renew my tag. The guy I met there did something, gave me a new tag sticker but never finished the paperwork and now I have to wait a week till the paperwork is finally proceed in order to sell my car. The fact the I have to wait a week also means I lose the offer I had on the vehicle. The guy called me for the estimate and said it would cost $3500! ( to fill the AC and a fuel alarm)..I said no way, and that i was coming to pick-up the car. He said he talk to his manager. Miraculously, after 10 min, the price dropped to $1100, and he said he gave me a good price , bla bla bla....I agreed, got the loaner. After 1 week !, i finally recovered my car, they stole my BMW carpets, ...and made a dent on the car....at least they gave me new one when i insisted, even though i was questioned if I even had carpets to begin with!!! unbelievable.. Previously, my wife took the car for repair, they stole the windshield wipers, and put crappy ones instead...we did not realize until it started raining a week later, and i don't have time to go deal with this clowns....I don't know what other parts they must be graciously "changing" for their customers.. read more

I'll try be as brief as possible. I nearly killed my son due to a faulty used car purchased a few days ago from Braman Motors. On 7/28/12, I went to Miami to purchase a used M6. It seemed like a good deal after asking questions about the car. Victor said there was nothing wrong with the car and appeared fine during the very short test drive - wasn't allowed to drive more than a few of blocks. Anyway, I drove the car home a couple hundred miles from Miami and everything appeared fine. The next day, we went out to dinner and came home. I stopped the car in our drive way just before entering the two car garage so everyone could get out - our two car garage is too tight to open both doors. My wife went into the house and my kids went out to play. I couldn't see my son and didn't know he was playing in the driveway about 5 feet from the back of the car. Nevertheless, I wasn't concerned about where they were since I had the car in first gear and being a very safe driver. I then looked around the front and sides to make sure everything was clear, released the brake and lightly stepped on the accelerator. The engine revved and started rolling backwards. After about two seconds a warning about transmission failure appeared. Due to slope about 15 degrees, the car rolled to where my son was playing within seconds. My wife was looking out the window when this happen and raced outside in panic. I still didn't my son was there and was nearly ran over. He only had a second or two to jump out of the way which probably saved his life. In conclusion, if you're buying a used car from Braman Motors, don't be concerned only about the cost to repair your car, think about the well being of your family. It's not worth the risk. I strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere. I still don't know what's wrong with the car and what it'll cost to fix it. I'm just thankful my family is in good health. I have no desire to drive this car now - not sure if it'll pass, and now I'm not even sure if I want to keep it and will probably sell it at a loss just to keep my family and others safe. read more

I got a quote to fix my car for $4000. I went some where else and got a quote for $1700. Now they charge a $149 to check individual item that's wrong with the car if you don't have warranty, so recently the auto window didn't work, and a/c not cool enough and somewhere is leaking water inside, they will charge me $447 just to find out what's wrong with all these problems. I got the window fixed for about 800 dollar and traded in with Honda dealer immediately for a Honda CRV. The fact is that these BMW once pass there warranty, tons of problem appears and it is so expensive to fix them. The dealer will try to rip you off like crazy. So think clearly when you make a purchase. Do you want to work for your car or do you want your car work for you? By the way, don't sign the insurance with the free rental and the enterprise, they claim they are free but charge you $23 per day. It is not for free. read more

Extremely disappointed. I arrived 30 mins early for a service appointment and was told no loaners available even though they offered one when the appointment was made. I then asked for just an oil change and was told it would be a four hour wait. I had some brake work done in May and the service advisor said once they inspect the brakes I might need some brake work done. Not only has my 5 series been in and out of service for the same problems they gave me a loaner car that wasn't registered in the state of florida so south Miami police pulled me over and nearly arrested me for driving a car that isn't registered. Long story short i went to braman bmw the next day to let them know the situation and to pick up another loaner and the manager there was very unprofessional and refused to give me another loaner stating that until he gets the car that was impounded by the police he couldnt give me another loaner. Thats not my problem, its braman's responsibility to provide their customers with registered cars and regardless how mad a customer is they should be professional and polite. I received a call for a free service check up and car wash from them. I brought the car with a full functioning A/C. It was just making a little noice when on Max which according to the guy who took my car it is a recurrent problem because leaves get stuck somewhere. I claimed my car without making repairs because I had to travel and couldn't leave the car in service because my son needed it. When we collected the car, soon after my A/C broke. In other words, I'm paying for 2 (7 Series) cars at the same time! My wife and I specifically said we were in no rush and would only accept the pull ahead offer if it was honored exactly the way it was stated on the offer mailed. I have made deals with the other two BMW dealers here in South Florida for many many years and nothing like this. Recently leased an X3 from Braman and let's just say, I'm not impressed. First, the "new" car began to shake at speeds over 60mph. Took it in and found out it was the rotors, calipers and tires. On a NEW vehicle!!! Took 9 days to get it fixed (I will give them credit though, the loaner car was nice). Also, I was owed $4000 from the excess value of my car. The finance manager assured me it would take no more than 10 business days to receive it. It's been 14 business days and all I get is the run around... no check.... My car 2011 BMW 335i has starting issues I called BMW assist to have my car towed to the dealer unfortunately the dealer was Braman of downtown Miami. I have heard about this place but since I purchased my car at Lauderdale Bmw of Fort Lauderdale I had never experienced them first hand. The differences are vast between the two dealerships. upon arrival at the dealership I found my way to the service area one thing i will note is there is no receptionist/ greater or anyone to guide you to your service adviser basically it is a room full of desks with a glass wall in the middle. you end up wondering around for a minute looking for help. Everyone seems so busy. When I finally found my service adviser " Ivan Gonzales" I explained the issue I was having with my car at the same time he is texting on his PHONE. I said to him "excuse me your at work you are a SERVICE adviser for BMW not ATT" He gave me a look of disgust and i returned it. I do not think it is too much to demand someones full attention while one is speaking to them epically while conducting business. As he handed me a copy of my complaints I headed over to the rental car desk by the way he told me he was doing me a favor by letting me have a bmw loaner car due to the fact that I did not buy my car there at braman.. Thank GOD I did not buy my car here is what im thinking in my head. I get to the car rental desk A.S.A.P rent-a-car where I am informed of their policy's simple things like drivers license/ insurance card and a credit card the one thing I did not expect was a mandatory charge NOT pre authorization for $250.00 for a one day car rental that would have cost 49.99 per day. I thought that was exuberant but that is the only option given. My car was ready at 745 pm Ivan called.. "you need to pick your car up its done we close at 8. Lucky me I get to rush to the dealership to get rid of this horrible little 328i sedan I arrive at 5 till 8 and go to the cashier like I normally do when any work has been done to my car where I am informed that " my car is done but we do not have access to the receipt" To me that was a red flag If i have work done on anything I want a receipt when I pick it up period. If there is no receipt it must not be completely finished.. I refused picking it up off in the 328i I went back home disappointed. when I finished up with work at the office the following day I went in for a second time to try and retrieve my car happy to finally be done with braman I picked up my receipt from the cashier with no problems dropped my rental keys off and headed out to the valet to pick my car up. the first thing I noticed was how dusty it was but that soon faded as I noticed damage to my rear bumper I threw my hands up can these people do anything right jeez...
