Braman sent me a post card advertising a $99 oil change. I scheduled an appointment online to get this done. When i got there they said the oil change was $299 because i did not have the postcard. Nowhere on the post card does it say it was necessary to bring the advertisement (see photo). I refused, and saw the service director as i was leaving. He affirmed that i had to bring the ad to get the deal, then acted like he was doing me a big favor by honoring their price. This is exactly what happened when i purchased the car from them. They refused to honor the advertised price and wanted $9,000 more. Bottom line: this company is not ethical. Stay far away from this place! . read more

This is the WORST dealer experience I've ever had in buying a car!!! Came in Sunday with a seller Jo****, who made me wait 1 hour for an appraisal, only for me to figure out he didn't even know the color/make of my car! (you'd think he'd know while making you wait 1 hr while having my keys) I later learned my key had sat on the receptionist desk for the whole hour!! while he did nothing. But make us wait & do a pre appraisal online yeah like the one you go on KBB when you don't know anything about cars. (who the h*ll does that while you have the car in front of you)? No vin taken as I saw how uninformed he was... Next, For a high END LUXURY dealer, you'd think they value your trade for at least a modest value? NOPE!!! My car is worth 10,500k per other dealers and KBB (which is not even the highest value I've received) but Braman Cadillac per seller Jo**** valued it 5k? lol 55% off. Remember he looked this up value earlier so yeah he should know but NO they just low ball you on purpose. Read the other reviews. not a joke. Their website has excluded hidden fees!!!! (reconditioning fee just quietly added) and trust me check because they won't directly inform you. As someone who worked at a car dealership we know this is supposed to be acquisitioned with the total price of the car. But the BIGGEST surprise is when you get there with the price you saw online , the seller Jo****** lures you and shows you a different 4k-5k markup on the window of this car tells you, you are getting a deal.. (Check images listed, same day pics) Jo*** said (this is a price error) so it should be the price on the window. "But I'll try to help you with that" (Just to bait you with lies) Next Jo**** my seller didn't let me test drive with enough time which I was understanding at the moment since the dealer just closed (and I wasn't ready to buy the car that day anyways)... but Jo**** decided a master plan to try to get me to buy the car by telling me "this just in" this car will be sold by tomorrow my manager just informed me what do you want to do? I'm just trying to "help" you. So now he decides theirs more time? Silly him, He must've forgot since he was worried about the next customer while he let me test drive this car for only about "5 minutes". Didn't answer all my questions about the car, tells me we need to turn back since the dealer is closed BUT then is running like the building is on fire to make a sale. (And guess what car wasn't sold for the next week)...... lol BINGO! He was Extremely too pushy, and just sees customers as another dollar bill from a ATM machine. The other seller, (my first initial Encounter) was a lot better when I first met him. Only to find out how he too is another spoiled apple.... When I decided I had enough with my experience/transactions and told Ca*** to take me off the list, his demeanor & response was completely aggressive out of respect & unprofessional. Ca**** takes days to respond to one message, is not thorough and is entitled clearly. "But we have a 22 we can get for you for a good deal because you are a great client". So I went from trying to buy a car at 81k to them offering me a 2022 for 94k. Hmmm. Not giving you all a dollar. Although I purchased my Escalade from Bayview (they were the only dealer in Florida who had all the options I wanted), I've been getting it serviced at Braman. Today was my 4th time getting serviced there (tire punctures, oil changes, wiper fluid pumps) and every time I am so impressed. Hector is so nice. They get me a ride home so I don't have to wait, they work fast and the car is always washed and cleaned. All 4 times in service have been great so I figured I'd leave a review. I've owned Cadillac for years. Don't trust there service department there highly trained crooks. Had my car there recently and when I dropped it I wanted a problem diagnosed and a price quote to fix. The service advisor just fixed without the quote or my authorization. Presented me with the bill holding my car hostage. There are laws in Florida that protect us from being scammed like this. I am certainly going to report this to the appropriate state consumer agency. And American Express company will protect my charges. Just passed by today browsing for a possible new Cadillac. Not only the assistant had a very casual attitude, but also an unwelcoming style. I'm not picky on health measures but lifting up and down his mask after shaking my hand at first, make absolutely no sense in terms of safety measures. The most important comment I have is that he didn't care at all about understanding what I'm looking for. Proposing a Lexus or a Hyundai when I clearly asked to show me some Cadillacs. He also could not recognize a XT5 from a XT4. Last but not least when I asked if he could make me a summary of costs including fees and insurance he just suggested me to check the website. Buying my escalade that I had put a 5000. deposit on 18 months ago, was the worst experience. I really believe they were hoping I wouldn't buy it so they could see it for 40,000. over sticker. This they said to me face to face. They charged over 2,000. worth of charges, that I asked them to give me the total amount, but never did until I got to the showroom. 5 hours! Of jerking me around. No WiFi no cell service. So I am on the sidewalk making a 76,000. Transfer to my checking in the burning sun. So much more was wrong, just gets me too mad to say it all. Don't pay over sticker, braman is the only one that charges that price, if you didn't order the car. 113,000. Purchase. Not even a bottles water. !! read more

Beware of the Deceptive Business Practices! Braman tries to come across as a high class dealer but in reality they are a low class dealer that uses deceptive business practices. I saw a Certified Pre Owned Cadillac online at Braman that I liked that was advertised for $26,595, plus a $300 discount if I bought today. Their website valued my car, which only had 8,000 miles, at $21000 in excellent condition (which it was) down to $20,000 in rough condition. So I went to Braman, drove the car and agreed to pay their asking price. Then the games began. They gave me a buyers order for $26,595, refused to give me the advertised $300 discount, added $1,995 "Certified Pre Owned fee" and $1,995 "reconditioning fee." That is $4,000 in fake fees! And that is not all. They refused to honor the their online trade in value for my car, offering only $16,000 instead of $21,000. All the online sites valued my car at $20k-21k. The lowball trade in and the added fake fees added a whopping $9,000 onto a $26,595 advertised price! After hours of back and forth I got it down to only paying $4,000 above their advertised price because I really wanted that car. I still feel like I got screwed by these shysters. And since many people in Miami immigrated here from other countries and read English poorly or are not familiar with how to buy a car here, I can imagine many get ripped off by this dealership. To prey on immigrants is truly disgusting. But there is more. As stated above, this was advertised as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. That means it supposedly underwent a 172 point inspection to assure the quality and enhanced warranty. But they lied about that too. When I did the test drive the battery it was old and dead. They said they were going to put a new one in but instead they put in another used battery which quickly failed and had to be replaced. One turn signal did not work. The windshield wipers were badly worn out. The electronic brake system failed twice. The bottom line: they lied about the car meeting a 172 point inspection and meeting certification standards. It was just another of many deceptive business practices by this dealership! Finally...all these issues are perpetuated not by a sales person, they are institutional. And for this reason I consider the owner Norman Braman nothing more that a common thief. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these con artists! P.S. I noticed almost all the good posts on this site are those praising a specific salesman. It appears that the salespeople are posting these fake reviews since their pay is commission based. Subtract those posts and this dealership is almost exclusively rated 1star. read more

I've been owning cars for over 25 years. I want to let you all know that the servicing department at braman Cadillac has surpassed any expectations I had. My service advisor Alex Larrazabal has been outstanding, I can honestly say that I have never experience such great customer service. He and the manager Allen Massey have assisted me with all needs including warranty coverage. They've been so helpful and have resolved all issues I've had and have kept me posted with daily texts. Service like this has definitely convinced me to stay a Cadillac owner for life. I will def continue shopping at braman Cadillac. I highly highly recommend braman Cadillac. I have a love/hate relationship with braman Cadillac. I love Cadillac. The cars Cadillac make are a staple for smooth rides and luxury for my family. We love the whole cue system and it always seemed that Cadillac was up there when it came to technology. My husband and I consistently leased a Cadillac from them for the last 6 years. My husband leased an XTS and I leased an ATS. We received okay service when it came to getting issues fixed. For example, my cue system froze and I took it in and they were able to return my car the same day but when the car started making a lawn mower making noise, calls after calls, they would tell me that they didn't have the car piece needed to fix it and that they wouldn't be able to have until months later because it was on back order. When I finally decided that I was gonna escalate the problem, I was provided a courtesy car and the problem was fixed in a couple of a days. Magically, the piece appeared I guess. Either way, I digress. When I returned the lease, they told me that the person that does lease returns was not in. I waited around until someone said I'll help you. Needless to say, I didn't leave with another Cadillac. I will say that when you are shopping for a car there, they're nice and helpful but my last interaction was ok. TRYING TO MAKE A DOLLAR ($1) OUT OF 15 CENTS: REASON FOR MY BRAMAN CADILLAC SERVICE DEPARTMENT GRIEVANCE: After having my vehicle serviced by Braman Cadillac service department several times in 2021 the following occurred: REASON 1. Took my 2011 Cadillac CTS to repair an alignment sensor & new battery installation that cost me $2325 REASON 2. Three (3) weeks later my vehicle was returned to Braman Cadillac service department to tighten a cable post on the new battery they installed during my previous car repair visit. REASON 3. Return 3.5 weeks later to Braman Cadillac service department for a power steering sensor light which should've been detected & corrected during my original $2325 alignment sensor repair visit. REASON 4. I've had my car service with full diagnostic test at Braman several times and also Vera Cadillac, and none of these problems were ever detected or reported. REASON 5. During the last 3-4 months I've paid $2325 to repair an alignment sensor/new battery installation, and NOW ASK TO PAY an additional $3922 to repair a power steering sensor that should've been detected and serviced during the alignment sensor repair. REASON 6. In total Braman Cadillac service department has quoted me more than $6200 in sensor repairs on a 2011 Cadillac CTS which is the equivalent to a complete engine overhaul or half of my vehicle's value. REASON 7. I depended on Braman Cadillac service department to repair my car and each repair brought me back to their service department in under 30 days. How can we fix this??? read more

Premium service here is a joke. I tried to schedule oil change for Thursday afternoon and was told that I can not bring car in afternoon because it would not be serviced until next day. Why is it not possible to schedule afternoon oil change? Next purchase will not be Cadillac. I have never had this issue with Ford, Mazda or Nissan. Routine service is fantastic and completed in a timely and efficient manner. However, scheduled repairs are a dilemma. When you drop off your car they tell you it will be 4-5 days before they can even look at it. They blame it on the pandemic and being understaffed. Convenient for them that Covid is now the excuse for everything. The anticipated repair is literally a few hours at most. The promised loaner was also an hassle. Went to the loaner desk and told it might take 45-60 minutes before they can provide one. Never expected that a car drop off and getting a loaner would be a 90-120 minute ordeal. This certainly will impact my decision making when my lease is up later this year. Not sure I want to patronize this dealer. I am writing this review after the loaner desk asked me to "be patient and bear with them". Hopefully someone at Braman will read this and understand that they are not meeting the promised service expectations of their customers After waiting 2 hours for a loaner gave up and took my car back Will be going to another dealer They've lost me as a customer. read more

I placed a total of 3 online orders for parts. I received a online message under my order status from a Cadillac parts employee telling me in order to place my order I need to call him. I called and he wanted to notify me of the core charge/parts return. I told him I was aware and that I will probably have my car service there so I do not need a return label. (Depending on the quote and dealership reputation) That was the end of that conversation. Hours later I received another message online saying that my order has been updated and that my parts will be delivered to the dealership. I had placed the order to have the parts shipped to my home... Someone at the dealership thought they knew what was best for me and changed my shipping destination without my authorization. The guy who did it, Eric Garcia, excuses were I tried to call and I thought you were getting your car serviced here. He also tried to say that we discussed it over the phone, pls don't try to lie to cover your ass. See at the time of the first phone I was home and he was on speaker. I have three camera's in my home and it records everything and uploads it to the cloud, everything. It does not matter if you couldn't reach me for a week and whether or not I will be having my car serviced there. The fact is you should not mess with a customer's order without their approval. I messaged back and received no reply. Then I called and told Eric that this needs to be fixed or I will need a refund. I called a few hours later because I needed to speak to him again and was told the system was down. I called again the next day and was told the same thing, system down. System down for two days, really!? At this point I'm more than furious. I have spent $2,565.38 on parts and now I have no parts and the money already taken out of my account. I am not interested in picking up the parts, I want my order delivered by mail as originally entered. Now I'm so pissed that I will soon be speaking to my lawyer and taking this to court if this isn't fixed quickly. Before, I were thinking of servicing my car there but now there is no way in hell I'm doing that. 04/16/2021 Update: Day 3, called at 4:32pm was told their system used to order parts is still down... My online orders still hasn't been updated to have parts shipped to my home, like I originally placed. 04/19/2021 Update: Day 8, Was told their system is still down. I have now contacted my bank to have charges disputed. They have failed to delivery on services paid in full for. It has been eight days and nothing to show for it. read more

Here is my honest and disappointing review about Braman. I would like to start off by saying first off the staff for the most part is very friendly. Especially the people that work in the car rental department. Now to the not so good part. I keep bringing my car back for issues that they say they fix and don't. They end up fixing something else that I didn't mention. You end up getting your car back dirty with grease stains and damage. I made them aware of the damage and all they could tell me it wasn't them although it didn't show up in the pictures they took. Mind you it's nothing serious but it wasn't there. Also some other issues that I don't want to give too much detail on. Because within the next couple weeks I have to bring the car back for parts they ordered and don't want them to deliberately mess up my car more. For the little damage that they caused to the vehicle and one of the issues I basically had to beg them to do what's right. The other they didn't offer a resolution on. Mind you I have give them over 8k this year so far in work with my warranty and they treat you like crap instead of gold. I went to another dealer to ask him about checking out my car for the issues that I'm having. They told me to bring it in and they will also look at the damage that the other dealer did and help me take care of it to earn my business. Now that's customer service. I wanted to give feedback to the customer care director or service director someone who's completely over service not the manager but can't get the contact info when I emailed so I decided to write a review. DO NOT get your car serviced here. I waited about a week until my car was seen by one of these mechanics. I expected a diagnostics test or some sort of documentation in order to know what was wrong w my car. I was definitely fooled. All I received was a phone call stating my transmission was out and it was going to be $5k + taxes. I asked what diagnostics test was ran if the check engine light wasn't on. I asked for a trade in value for my car from Vinny. As I was 4 hours away, I was told to provide photos, video, and a local dealer's trade in value on paper (which was almost double what they offered). I provided it all. Then they wanted the carmax appraisal because they will only match the carmax. Carmax is usually the lowest possible value for any car because it is based on a check value. Even my carvana quote had about an 80% better value than braman, and they don't even see any images of the car. Braman offered about half the KBB trade in value for my car. Their dealer fees are also on the higher end. Go to KBB and get a trade in estimate. Go to carvana to get a quote. Definitely do research so you get the best ,or at minimum, fair trade in deal. Sad that it is up to the buyer to do the work so not to get taken advantage of. read more

After buying a beautiful car from this dealership - I cannot speak on how disappointed I am with the dealership as a whole. After leaving the dealership I realized one of the keys was not functioning. I took it to Land Rover and was told this key was never programmed and was essentially just a spare key, I paid for the key to be re-programmed. After returning to Braman to at least re-coup some of the costs for the key they gave me that did not work, they essentially told me to screw off. They refused to cover the cost to re-program a key they presented as one of my car keys. Crappy customer service goes a long way! read more
