Wow, I've been eating at all of the Brandon's Diners for many years and today I'M DONE! I'm not going to be given an attitude when in supporting your wages by eating there. There is a server there who may even be the manager and usually she is very friendly saying hello and conversing. Today I sat at the counter and she would not even acknowledge that I was sitting there. Nobody wanted to help me and they were way over staffed...I counted at least 8 people stumbling over each other behind the counter. Anyway, I tried getting help multiple times but none of the servers would acknowledge I was disambiguation to them. Then, I watched a this manager (the largest woman there with tattoos, compared to the other women, one would describe her as an Amazon woman) some down to her employees telling one to leave her tickets alone. I felt like he was embarrassed because he went in the back and didn't come back out for a while. Then, I wanted to see what was up so I said to her, you ask take antisocial pills here now? She said yep and again was sorry and rude. Things escalated and I said I would not be back because that woman is a bitch. She heard that and said im not coming back. Well Anazon woman, I said I would be back. Iwaited a while for the food, the food was cold, the toast took 5 min after I got my meal! Brandons diner needs to screen their employees better and that Anazon chick men's to be fired if she is going to drive away customers by being rude. Don't be in this type of business if you can't be civil to other people. read more
