Despite sitting in a booth visible from the bar, once our food was delivered, nobody checked on us until we were finished. My water and beer were both empty for a long time. Hopefully this was a one time issue and I'll be able to update after my next visit - which will be soon to this delicious spot. They did a pretty busy carry out business while we were there.
