We had a group of 10 people and we were welcomed in with no problems. Our server was super understanding and friendly, and she helped all of us individually with our questions with the menu. I loved the interior decor and atmosphere. I also really liked the music playing in the background. I ordered their Picanna with Sweet Potato Chunks and Black Beans. So disappointed. My husband and I came here a year or so ago, before it was a buffet, and the food was absolutely delicious. This year he wanted to have his birthday dinner there. While trying to make a reservation, I noticed the change to a Latin Buffet and I was SO excited. What a deflation once I arrived. It being Saturday, the restaurant was crowded and very lively. I approached the hostess and asked if it was even possible to get a table of ten as I couldn't make a reservation due to the only published contact number is out of order. She said yes but I needed to give her 15min to organize a table. I came back 20minutes later and she told me she had to clean a booth for us and get some extra chairs and took down my number to call me when she was finished and the table was ready. After waiting another 20minutes, my birthday hubby and our party were really anxious. After 45 minutes, I cancelled the table and we went to another restaurant. Such a disappointment. We were a large party for a Saturday dinner so we made a reservation, although it wasn't too busy so you probably don't need a reservation if you are going in small group. They have a person singing live, which was pretty cool and he sang a good variety of Latin songs. I tried the trio margaritas (classic, strawberry, and mango), my favorite was mango. They changed the menu, took out the daily special which was the best item on the menu. BEWARE: there was a noticeable racially biased atmosphere in the way guests were treated. Based on other reviews I now see it wasn't a coincidence and that we weren't the only ones to experience this. The food was extremely salty, overpriced, and not worth the cost. The server took another couples order that came in 5 minutes after we were seated, before she even greeting us then said she would be right back and made us wait an additional 5 minutes. She even had a rude stuck up attitude throughout the visit, (they charge you 18-20% tip service fee to your bill automatically) so I assumed that's also another reason they give awful service. The alcoholic drinks were disgusting and a waste of money. They also brought out incorrect items and responded with even more attitude when the mistakes were mentioned. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and had undertones of racial bias.. Although I'm Hispanic, I look white and all of the friends I came with were not hispanic, and the way we were treated from other guests in the restaurant were noticeably different and uncomfortable. We went there about a month ago and the food was amazing as well as the drinks. However we went to each there today and instead of an "A La Carte" is was changed to a buffet. There were a few flies but you're in florida and they come in everytime the doors open, and they had these litlle windmill type fans that would not let them settle down on the food. My husband had churrasco, it had a hint of rosemary taste to it and was medium well done, not chewy at all which was great. I had garlic sautéed shrimp with a Caesar salad and rice. We also had red sangria with fruits in them. What I liked about this place and hope they do not ever change, is their food and drink presentation. The chef and team, Good job guys. The presentation of the food was great. The ambiance was a little off putting because with all the neon lights, large speakers, platform, and intelligent lighting, it resembles more of a nightclub than it does a restaurant. The waitress did her best and I have no complaints there. Her service was top notch! The reason for two stars is because I believe the menu items are priced too high, the ambient music is too loud to have a conversation with someone next to you, and my oxtail soup had so much salt in it, that it would be unhealthy for someone with high blood pressure. At one point, the music that was set on auto-pilot started playing a lewd song that would've made a strip-club DJ blush. It took three minutes before any of the staff members realized all the f-bombs and sexual references in the song. Meanwhile two children were in the restaurant at another table. Last Wednesday night, for the two hours we were there, the place might have had 4 other tables filled. To the owner: I believe your restaurant has potential to be a profitable business attracting many patrons if you reduce 1) your prices, 2) the salt content in your recipes, 3) the volume of the background music, 4) the nightclub atmosphere, and you absolutely MUST listen to the content of the music you play. This was my first time here as they just opened 3 days ago. The atmosphere was nice, music playing nice lighting inside. The food was delicious I had the 1lb churrasco medium and it was cooked on point. The rice was ok and the fries were nice and crispy and my wife ordered the chicken fajitas and a margarita. The chicken fajitas were just that just chicken fajitas and there tortillas out left a lot to be desired it needs at least some accompaniments. The service, presentation and food quality was bordering gourmet. I had the grilled snapper filet and my wife had the salmon. Both were prepared and presented perfectly. The portion sizes were more than adequate and the prices were very fair. For the first time in Lehigh I found a place that actually knows how to prepare a Mojito. Super Unfortunate, was really excited to try this place out seeing my husband is a chef in Naples and it being a Friday we called ahead, and when getting there at 8:30 they had there doors locked. There was plenty people inside and again i had called ahead , a server or hostess finally came to the door after ten min of trying to call and standing outside she said " sorry we cannot let anyone in we are too busy with a 3 hour wait" we informed her we called ahead and all she did was say "sorry i cannot let you in" Now the really sad part is While walking to the car i see her unlocking and letting SPECIFIC people in ! the restaurant! It gave the appearance of discrimination by being "selective" of there guest.
