I went with a group of 16, so I was able to see the variety of the dinner menu! The saying You can't go wrong with anything you order on the menu is real. Everyone raves about their unique dishes. I enjoyed a few appetizers as my entree! The pastel was my favorite. I ordered one of each type (beef, chicken, and cheese)! My next visit will double the order of cheese and chicken pastel! The beef rib tips were great and, the sauce! They happily accommodated my request for French fries for a little one and the group all wished they had ordered them for themselves. The experience was exceptional because of the server and chef check-ins and the intimate dining room.

Great authentic Brazilian food! Very favorable and nice size portions. The service was amazing! Changa was our waiter and he is world class!!! The owner/chef (George) was friendly, funny and welcoming. I can't wait to go back!

I went there with a Sunday brunch with a bunch of guys. It was my first time there and I was highly impressed with the service and with the food. The portions were plentiful and the atmosphere was genuine. I would definitely recommend going for the Sunday brunch.

Tried these two drinks and they were so good! The flavor was wonderful and I would definitely come back just for these alone!!!!

The food was wonderful! The steak was well seasoned and well cooked, the seafood was in a creamy sauce that's bursting flavors. Love the drinks!!! They were amazing, would definitely wanna come back and try more! Service was great! The lady that helped us was so nice and attentive. Parking would be hard since it's street parking but there are lots around that you could find. Environment was great and would definitely come back to try the All you can eat!!!

Went for the Sunday brunch buffet and definitely recommend! The food was delicious and service great. Everyone was friendly and it felt like I was having a home cooked meal with family. There was no pressure to finish quickly and the owner George provided traditional shots and comedy at the end of our meal. If you want an experience like no other, check Brasilia out.

Love this place. George and Rachel, the owners, are always so friendly and welcoming. Rachel makes the most creamy, delectable Batida (blended drink with condensed milk...I recommend the coconut) and George makes the best, melt in your mouth flan I've ever had. Prices range from affordable to expensive, with something for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian. There is always a new special that leaves me intrigued by I still usually go for the mixed kabobs that way I get a little bit of everything. If you like a good sauce, this is the place to go.

First timer here and everyone was very welcoming. Servers were willing to explain items on the menu. They had a lot of specials. The snapper appears to be a popular item! They had Brazilian music playing at 9pm. After we ate one of the owners came over with a Brazilian liquor for us to try and cheered with us. Everything was delicious and I'd be glad to return!

I brought my partner here to celebrate his birthday. The venue is small in size so it felt compressed at times when getting up to get food from the buffet. There was also a kid floating around picking things off the dessert trays with his bare hands which kind of grossed me out. The meat served is very tender and filling. I should not have eaten anything that day because I got full really quick!

FANTASTIC chicken dinner.

Ask the Community - Brasilia

Do they offer the full menu at lunchtime?

No, they serve only dinner according to the online menu.

Are the 2 vegetarian entrees vegan-friendly? Also, are there vegetarian/vegan options available during buffet hours?

Unsure about vegan. Vegetarian options should be available during buffet.

How much is the Sunday brunch?

I love their Sunday brunch! There is a ton of selection of great Brazilian food that you'd normally find on the menu, so you can try out things you may not feel adventurous enough to order as a single entree. They have desserts, fruit, salad bar

Does Brasilia have a buffet on Saturday?

Yes they do! It's a bit scaled down from the Sunday brunch buffet (fewer desserts) and no churrasco

We came in and were sat promptly but there was a little delay in us receiving water. By the time the server came, we put in an order of Dadinhos de Tapioca, Empanadas de bife, a passion margarita, and a regular caipirinha. The drinks came first and right away I knew something was off. My drink tasted like orange juice and fruit in it that wasn't supposed to be there. I think they mistakenly gave me a sangria. Since we couldn't find our server, I walked down to the bar and informed them of the error. She agreed that what was in it wasn't right and offered to remake it. The "correct" drink still tasted off, but I didn't bother asking it to be remade. On a lighter note, the apps were delicious. The empanadas were light and were the perfect little bite before our main. The tapioca bites were equally delicious, but slightly addicting. In fact, it's def something you can't just eat one or two of and be satisfied because you'll def be wanting more! After we scarfed those down, it was time for our mains. We each ordered a skewer; Mine with shrimp, chimichurri, black beans and rice, and collard greens. He got the steak and other accompaniments. While the shrimp was good, I was expecting the chimichurri to be on it and not on the side as a dipping sauce. The beans and rice were good, but I loved the greens. They were packed with flavor and seasoned well. Aside from the drink snafu, it was a solid visit!

I've tried the churrasco nica, pollo frito, and chancho asado, and every single dish has been beyond spectacular. I'm from Los Angeles, and people told me I'd have a hard time finding great food out here, but Fritanga proves them wrong. It's exactly what you want from a small, family-owned restaurant: excellent service, flavorful food, affordable prices (steak dinner + sides for under 20$ is a steal), a fun atmosphere, and genuinely friendly staff. I even planned a 17-person celebration dinner here (with some of those people from LA) and got to work directly with Orlando, the owner. He was responsive, welcoming, and went out of his way to make the night special, even celebrating with us. Everyone loved it. I'll be leaving St. Louis soon for my career, which makes this a bittersweet review to write. But I hope it encourages more people to check this place out, Fritanga is something special.

I went here for my birthday with my husband on 8/22/19…read more This is a really unique experience. First off, it is located inside Cinder House at the Four Seasons. It's Gerard Craft's private dining where he cooks for a group of 10 people for $125/person. He describes Cinder House as classical Brazilian food whereas Dia's room (named after his nanny) , is more "whimsical and modern in approach." For those that have been to his old restaurant, Niche, it was like Niche meets Brazilian. Wine pairings are available for an additional price (there were two tiers of wine pairings). The $125 does not includes tax and tip. You walk into a private room separated from Cinder House where there is a long communal table for 10 people to sit. Upon arrival, the server hands each person a cocktail. There is a place card for each party. For the night I went, 13 dishes came out. Unfortunately, I was so enamored by the whole experience that I did not write down each of the dishes. But I did take pictures!! The first couple dishes were like snacks and went fast. But starting with the fourth dish, his infamous Dia's cheese bread with a thin slice of country ham was the start of the amazing train of food. If you've eaten at Cinder House, many of the dishes that came out were the same dishes with a dash of flare. For example, Feijoada was the 8th dish that came out. The difference? This one had foie gras and peaches instead of the various cuts of pork served at Cinder House. The creaminess of foie gras and the sweet/tart peaches paired so well!!! The biggest portion of food was the make your own taco. There was so much meat leftover for 8 out of the 10 people but it was sooooo delicious.... I still dream about it. This is a place for people without food restrictions and the adventurous eaters. I did think it was a nice touch that one of the 10 people was kosher and could not eat pork. Gerard found out through conversation at the beginning of the meal and made sure to give this person a flank steak instead of the pork dish. It was so great that he was able to accommodate so gracefully, despite the fact that when making a reservation, it specifically says no food allergies are allowed due to the nature of the experience. The concept of sitting at a long table with 10 people was great. Although I got really lucky with the people who happened to dine with us that evening, I can see how a dull group of people could really affect the dinner ambiance. Overall, this is a difficult place to describe. It's a place you just have to go for yourself. I loved every second of it and it's a great place to treat yourself or to go for a special occasion. I will say, because you are with 10 other people, you can't have private conversations very well (just keep that in mind).
