After trying to eat at this place for the past few weeks only to see that they're closed (thanks google), I finally got it right. I came in a little after they opened for dinner and was warmly greeted. I was surprised at how small it was inside but the lack of space made up for it in the delicious food. Since I've come the last two weeks and unsuccessfully I might add, I knew which entree I wanted to try. Once I sat down and looked at the drink menu to order, I found out they only served the buffets on Sunday! Whoops! I decided to stay since I came this far. Drink wise, I got the passion fruit Batida but with no milk. As I made my way up to the buffet, I was amazed at everything that was out. I managed to get quite a few things on my plate but didn't want it be overflowing as not to waste food. Some of the things weren't labeled, so I had to make an educated guess and hope for the best. I really enjoyed the fried grouper, plantains, and pasta with white sauce. The other things were good too but weren't labeled. I didn't eat very much but got full pretty quickly. As I went up to pay, the head chef asked how I liked everything and offered a complimentary shot. I ended up staying and talking with the staff and had the best time. I def enjoyed the food and warmth of the staff as it's something you don't always find. I can't wait to come back in a regular day to try more dishes.

I went with a group of 16, so I was able to see the variety of the dinner menu! The saying You can't go wrong with anything you order on the menu is real. Everyone raves about their unique dishes. I enjoyed a few appetizers as my entree! The pastel was my favorite. I ordered one of each type (beef, chicken, and cheese)! My next visit will double the order of cheese and chicken pastel! The beef rib tips were great and, the sauce! They happily accommodated my request for French fries for a little one and the group all wished they had ordered them for themselves. The experience was exceptional because of the server and chef check-ins and the intimate dining room.

Great authentic Brazilian food! Very favorable and nice size portions. The service was amazing! Changa was our waiter and he is world class!!! The owner/chef (George) was friendly, funny and welcoming. I can't wait to go back!

I went there with a Sunday brunch with a bunch of guys. It was my first time there and I was highly impressed with the service and with the food. The portions were plentiful and the atmosphere was genuine. I would definitely recommend going for the Sunday brunch.

Tried these two drinks and they were so good! The flavor was wonderful and I would definitely come back just for these alone!!!!

The food was wonderful! The steak was well seasoned and well cooked, the seafood was in a creamy sauce that's bursting flavors. Love the drinks!!! They were amazing, would definitely wanna come back and try more! Service was great! The lady that helped us was so nice and attentive. Parking would be hard since it's street parking but there are lots around that you could find. Environment was great and would definitely come back to try the All you can eat!!!

    Ask the Community - Brasilia

Do they offer the full menu at lunchtime?

No, they serve only dinner according to the online menu.

Are the 2 vegetarian entrees vegan-friendly? Also, are there vegetarian/vegan options available during buffet hours?

Unsure about vegan. Vegetarian options should be available during buffet.

How much is the Sunday brunch?

I love their Sunday brunch! There is a ton of selection of great Brazilian food that you'd normally find on the menu, so you can try out things you may not feel adventurous enough to order as a single entree. They have desserts, fruit, salad bar

Does Brasilia have a buffet on Saturday?

Yes they do! It's a bit scaled down from the Sunday brunch buffet (fewer desserts) and no churrasco

I skipped on the salad bar and focused on the meat (although I did have a few of their cheese bread). I think the highlight was the mango fish (I forgot what it was called) but everyone at our table enjoyed it. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is lively without feeling too chaotic, which makes it a good spot for groups or celebrations. I'd give it 4 stars because while the experience is consistently enjoyable, it's not quite perfect. Some dishes stand out more than others, and it can get a bit busy during peak hours (we had to wait for the meat to come). Still, I'd definitely come back and recommend it if you're in the mood for a fun, all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse experience.

I went here for my birthday with my husband on 8/22/19…read more This is a really unique experience. First off, it is located inside Cinder House at the Four Seasons. It's Gerard Craft's private dining where he cooks for a group of 10 people for $125/person. He describes Cinder House as classical Brazilian food whereas Dia's room (named after his nanny) , is more "whimsical and modern in approach." For those that have been to his old restaurant, Niche, it was like Niche meets Brazilian. Wine pairings are available for an additional price (there were two tiers of wine pairings). The $125 does not includes tax and tip. You walk into a private room separated from Cinder House where there is a long communal table for 10 people to sit. Upon arrival, the server hands each person a cocktail. There is a place card for each party. For the night I went, 13 dishes came out. Unfortunately, I was so enamored by the whole experience that I did not write down each of the dishes. But I did take pictures!! The first couple dishes were like snacks and went fast. But starting with the fourth dish, his infamous Dia's cheese bread with a thin slice of country ham was the start of the amazing train of food. If you've eaten at Cinder House, many of the dishes that came out were the same dishes with a dash of flare. For example, Feijoada was the 8th dish that came out. The difference? This one had foie gras and peaches instead of the various cuts of pork served at Cinder House. The creaminess of foie gras and the sweet/tart peaches paired so well!!! The biggest portion of food was the make your own taco. There was so much meat leftover for 8 out of the 10 people but it was sooooo delicious.... I still dream about it. This is a place for people without food restrictions and the adventurous eaters. I did think it was a nice touch that one of the 10 people was kosher and could not eat pork. Gerard found out through conversation at the beginning of the meal and made sure to give this person a flank steak instead of the pork dish. It was so great that he was able to accommodate so gracefully, despite the fact that when making a reservation, it specifically says no food allergies are allowed due to the nature of the experience. The concept of sitting at a long table with 10 people was great. Although I got really lucky with the people who happened to dine with us that evening, I can see how a dull group of people could really affect the dinner ambiance. Overall, this is a difficult place to describe. It's a place you just have to go for yourself. I loved every second of it and it's a great place to treat yourself or to go for a special occasion. I will say, because you are with 10 other people, you can't have private conversations very well (just keep that in mind).

I went to the recommended "good" places and walked away disappointed. I happen to be in Soulard one day and noticed Bogart's closed because they sold out. That's a big green flag to me. Not open Sunday and Monday, green flag. Primarily open for lunch, green flag. I just knew I had to check it out. Finally got the opportunity to check it out and boy was it delicious. I got a two meat plate with two sides. I got the tri tip, ribs, baked beans, and deviled potato salad. The deviled egg potato salad taste like it sounds. It taste like potato salad and and deviled egg had a baby. Never seen such a creation but I knew I needed to have it. The baked beans were out of this world!! Top three baked beans I've ever had!! A little smokey, a little sweet, and just the right consistency as far as thickness for me A1 . The ribs by far the best ribs I've had in STL. Very flavorful and tender. The tri tip it was ok. I've never had it shaved before and couldn't really get a good grasp on the flavor. It wasn't bad, just not the way I've had tri tip previously. All of their BBQ sauces were fantastic as well!! My favorite sauce was the pineapple express. Bogart's has restored my faith in STL BBQ. I was a non-believer for some time . HIGHLY recommend

We sat in the patio and water and fresh hot 2 kinds of bread were placed on the table. Our server, Connor, is so knowledgeable and pleasant. He was patient with us and his wine suggestion was spot on. Great sense of humor and he worked all the patio tables. The food choices were amazing and exceeded expectations. Pricing was comparable with what we expected. The lobster bisque was thick, hot and very filling. There was ample pieces of lobster as well. My wife shared that her pasta was not hard or dry or rubbery but tasted freshly made. Connor shared that the prep starts every morning with homemade pasta. The traditional toasted ravioli were just that, toasted and tasty and the CG shrimp seemed so much more than an appetizer. Meals could be had with just those.
