I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. I reiterated that this was not correct--we had provided photos and he had even seen the original seats in person. On top of this the dealership, de Paula did not do anything either. Left message and got return call next day for early appointment on New Year's eve 2019. I arrived and John was clearing the parking lot from the ice/snow from previous night. He took me right in and I learned they are a premier Weathertech partner. He gave me clear directions to his shop, making it super easy to find. Once I arrived, he kindly offered me a ride to a local place while he worked on my car for a couple of hours. He dropped me off at the nearby library and picked me up 90 minutes later, talk about superb customer service! When I returned, I was thrilled to see my 2017 Subaru Outback wagon driver seat looking brand new. Vatche took the time to explain the repair process, showed me the part he removed, and even gave me a quick tour of his shop.
