I eat out a lot. I also encounter a lot of bad service. However, with how long the lines are inside and out of this location I can say they are consistently great. Employees are always running around like crazy getting stuff done. They are always willing to help, etc. Even right up until close they are good. Braum's used to be good. The quality of their food has diminished. It's a shame because I liked their burgers. This location is too busy worrying about getting people in and out as fast as they can, they let the food go to crap. They are trying so hard to compete with your typical fast food places, like McDonald's, that the burgers are not made fresh at all. I did not know Braum's serves more than just ice-cream until very recently! I got their Miami Burger which was a 1/3 lb burger with a huge slice of ham and swiss cheese. The burger was above average in flavor and very, very filling. Then toss in fries and a drink. I was totally satisfied with eating at Braum's. My only "beef" with the place was they got my friend's order wrong. I also noticed a few other people got their orders wrong too. They were understaffed. It was lunchtime. Well the floors were sopping wet back near where we sat. My husband ordered our 2 meals and they only gave us one order of fries. My husband said they just shoved them in the bag and didn't apologize. As clean as the floors and tables were, the wooden blinds were very neglected. Braum's being so close to my boyfriend's house, we often stop by for the ice cream. A single scoop in a waffle cone is the perfect treat. I almost always go for the buttered pecan but opted for homestyle strawberry. There worker who helped us noted it was a bit frozen, which was totally okay, but then we tried it... EW!! It tasted like the freezer. Our scoop consisted of the last bits of the tub so I get why it was frozen and disgusting. We didn't want to cause a scene, but it honestly belonged in the trash. I spoke with another worker and he gladly scooped up another flavor for us free of charge - buttered pecan. Yummy!! This location is notably dirty, from the seating area to the floors to the counters where they top and serve the ice cream. I only come for the ice cream, but I wouldn't trust the sanitation of prepped foods. My recommendation: Stay away from the hot foods, and pick an ice cream flavor that isn't running low. read more

During the pandemic we were craving ice cream. The drive- thru had more than 12 cars. This blocked the parking spaces. We went in with gloves and masks but everyone else inside (customers) were acting like it was a normal day. They werent even social distancing by 2 feet. They place was dirty. Trash can over-flowing and napkins strewn on the floor -hazardous. The servers were all wearing gloves. They were a bit disgruntled and looked tired. You have to go inside if you dont know what flavor of ice cream you want. The flavors are not posted on the website or the drive-thru board. 2 scoops in a waffle cone was $2.15. That was a bargain. I liked the mint chocolate chip. Next time we will grab the ice cream from their fresh market. More choices of flavors and you can buy a box of cones. The fresh market was nicely stocked with food that is hatd to find right now in the grocery store. They really need to clean the store better!! read more

My husband and I love Braums, we live less than 5 min away so we are constant customers. Aside from the amazing prices and delicious ice cream. Customer service really lacks here. Employees hardly ever smile, they seem annoyed and most of the time they are rude. We found a hair in my Banana fudge Sunday and complained about it. The assistant manager on duty, (Tori) was rude, didn't apologize nor look us in the eyes. We were more concerned about customer service than the hair in food. read more
