Yummy ice cream and frozen yogurt. This place also serves breakfast, lunch, and has a fresh market! Only downfall is how crazy busy it gets. They also don't list the flavors for people in line to see so by the time everyone gets to the front to order, they're not ready, they're still looking at the list of flavors. I go to braum's on the hot days for frozen yogurt or the huge large drinks. Not so much for food, and I realize it's hard to screw up ice cream, so 5 stars for that. Drive thru staff are always polite and give me the cone before it melts. read more

Asked for no tomatoes no ketchup due to food allergies. Burger had tomatoes seeds on it so you can tell that they didn't read the order and removed them but the ketchup on the bottom bun... They want to make people sick. Thankfully I have medicine with me.... Uggg. read more

They deserve less than one star! Burgers here are AWFUL. The buns taste like they have been sitting out all day and the meat was lukewarm at most, the fry boxes were half full and cold. And the absolute worst part was the rude manager girl. She literally told me I would have to go all the way back through the drive thru line to add a Jr scoop of ice cream to my order that I forgot to order at the speaker. She said it would hold her up from serving the customers behind me... even though I hadn't even received my whole order! She literally spent more time arguing and being snide to me than it took to ring the in the Jr scoop of ice cream which she handed me BEFORE the rest of my order! So sad when this young generation has such a sense of entitlement when given "management" titles. The store had no splenda or no sugar added ice creams available at the counter. They didn't seem to care and were befuddled at the concept of a healthier type of ice cream. Not very friendly to the diabetic costumers. When I complianed they told me to get some sugar free ice cream from their little store and take it home, basically not allowing me to sit at a regular table inside and enjoy a cup of no sugar added ice cream. This place is not very clean and the staff is rude. We stood at the counter waiting about 20 mins with staff not acknowledging our presence. The guy that took the order was very nice. Then once we got our order the shake was missing. I went right back up and waited about another 20 mins until we had to call out to a worker to get the shake made. I love braums and have never had a problem with the service. But tonight I just had the worse drive thru customer service experience I have ever at a fast food location. And probably will never be back again. It all started when the drive thru employee was about to hand me an ice cream in a cup with whipped without a lid. I told her i need a lid on top of the ice cream or else it will spill everywhere. She said they did have have lids they only have flat ones and it will not fit. I told her cant you just put it in a different cup. She proceeds to grab a clear drinking cup and put the uncovered ice cream in this small cup.... I told her that does not resolve anything. And she starts to get angry with me, asking me what I want her to do about it. I told her I wasn't sure. So she went to go talk to someone standing near by. Meanwhile a manager comes to the window and yells out we don't have lids for the cup so you want it or not? I told her why are you being so rude? Clearly at this point I was literally about to loose my temper. And she laughs and says I'm really not. And I said I just need something to cover my ice cream so it doesn't make a mess. She finally says oh in a Sundae dish and slams the window. I'm sorry did I miss something? Was I suppose to say this when I ordered. I almost felt like it was pretty obvious that you don't hand someone an uncovered ice cream when they have to drive. She came back to the window with my ice cream. This Braums has become the worst to go enjoy ice cream. Each visit it only gets worse. Not trying to be rude but after school hours when it seems the HS kids come on to shift. Service is TRASH! The lines are long, which is not uncommon, but there has to be some order. There's a lady whom I assume is disable, as she looks to have a hard time breathing and standing, slightly agitated. Its always so chaotic until everyone's edgy. On this day, the reason I am commenting. I waited in line prob 15mins to get 2 sundaes. There were people waiting to cashed out and there was an issue there, which held the line up even longer. The guy/girl that helped me. ( well most of them) demeanor is like " Im just here to get a check". Customer service is again TRASH! He didnt offer me a lid for my sundaes in which should be asked, regardless if you dine in or carry out. He did however ask the other group behind me , who were of the same race, if they needed some lids. I tried to ask, but it seemed , since he was done with my order, it was just that DONE!. If people of other races are problem for him he prob should not be employed any where. You all should really have secret shopper to see just how the businesses are being ran. I didn't catch his name, but he was short, a little heavy. Needless to say. I left my sundaes there, I was pretty upset that he seemed to disregard that I needed lids for a melting sundae, due to the line hold up. It not just you all. It's every where. Taco Bell, Sonic and Subway, MCD in these parts. I will just try and always go before schools out. Just left this place after GPISD award ceremony for my son. There were 3 people in front of me and 20 behind me. Instead of the two people helping, both taking my order for 4 sundaes, it is one per group. Two groups pass me and my family and I only have 1 double cone. The girl was new, and I could tell. I asked if someone could get her some help as well. Someone was called who went to take the next person in line instead of helping her, knowing she was new. I waived him down and asked him to help her. He said no, each person takes a group. I explained that my son had finished his ice cream before she even made the second one and she needed help! He asked her to make two at a time, when she answered she couldn't. He stepped back and said something, and she handed him the scooper...good for her. The "manager" does not support his staff very well and that shows. Please hire someone who will train and not bark orders. read more

I went there and ordered a double cherry, pecans and cream in a waffle cone. They said they were out. We ask them how they could be out and they said they were not really out they just had to take some out of the freezer and it would have to sit 30 minutes before they could dip it out. Why would they not set it out when they saw how low it was. Then I ask for a large soft serve yogert twist which is vanilla and chocolate in a swirl. They said they were out of that also. That is ridiculous...So I hope this gets to the manager...It has bad management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I used to like this Braum's. I've been eating here for years, but I presently I feel that the quality has diminished. The hot fudge they use now taste horrible! It taste very bitter and disgusting. The caramel is normally okay, but was pretty bad as well. I ate at this Braum's for the last time yesterday and I will not be back. That was the 3rd strike! I took my hot fudge-caramel sunday home and was highly disappointed and ended up throwing it in the garbage after 3 horrible bites. It was a waste of money. The caramel and hot fudge were both rock-hard and had a horrible taste. They need to go back to the fudge they were using a year or so ago. Whatever they are using now is tragic. There's another Braum's location as well nearby that I normally patronize, and I have noticed the same change. I don't know if these are locations franchised by the same individual or if they are corporate owned, but they need to look into what I'm saying. read more
