I cannot say enough good things about Bravo Auto Collision! I originally brought my Lexus to Bravo after it was damaged in a hit-and-run, and they did an absolutely beautiful job with the repairs. My car looked brand new again, and you would never know it had been hit. Later, I noticed an annoying creaking noise and brought it back. Juan took such great care of me from start to finish. He worked with my schedule, listened to all of my concerns, and even went on a ride-along with me so he could hear exactly what I was hearing. One of the workers also rode along and took the time to really listen and understand what was bothering me. I never felt dismissed or like I was being overly picky about my car. They found the problem and fixed it beautifully. The creaking is completely gone! My Lexus is quiet, smooth, and feels brand new again, like the luxury vehicle it's supposed to be. They also took care of the issue at no charge, which I truly appreciated. After the stress of having my car damaged in a hit-and-run, it means so much to have a shop that not only does excellent work but genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind what they do. When we attempted to bring these issues to their attention, we were met with rudeness and hostility. As Deaf customers, we tried to communicate as best as we could--both through gestures and by showing them the issues on our vehicle--but instead of trying to understand or assist us, the staff became visibly impatient and dismissive. At one point, we were even told to "get out," which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. We felt discriminated against and disrespected simply because we are Deaf and required a bit more effort in communication. Rather than providing customer service and addressing our concerns, they chose to push us aside and get rid of us as quickly as possible. This experience left us feeling hurt, frustrated, and taken advantage of. Based on how we were treated and the poor quality of work performed, we cannot recommend Bravo Collision Center. Their behavior was unprofessional, and their lack of willingness to work with Deaf customers reflects a serious lack of inclusivity and respect. read more

Brought my car here after being recommended by South Bay Lexus. Place is borderline fraudulent. I had bought the painted parts already from South Bay Lexus who said they wouldn't install them and to bring it in to Bravo. I called to set up an appointment. Upon arrival, I sat there waiting for a good 10 mins. When the person came out to quote, he said he doesn't work on Lexuses and needed to call someone else (what's the point of setting up an appointment if I can't even get a proper quote). Ended up quoting me somewhere around $700 just to install. No paint, no repairs, just install. Said that after the install, I would need to take my car back to South Bay Lexus to recalibrate the camera as well. Took my car to two other places, prices were both $250 and under for install only. The second place just laughed when he heard someone quoted me $700 for install and said Bravo is notourious for that. Definitely a scratch my back, scratch your back relationship with South Bay Lexus. South Bay Lexus sends people to Bravo, Bravo sends them back to South Bay Lexus. Avoid this place at all cost. Even if your insurance is paying for it, should not support businessses that commit insurance fraud. read more

I didn't have a good experience with Bravo and regret sending my vehicle there for a few reasons mainly. 1. Lack of attention to details 2. Lack of communication among staff 3. Not responsible I sent in my vehicle to fix a dent on the rear panel. No parts were needed to replace. According to them it's just metal work and paint. They called me on a Monday that my vehicle was ready. When my husband picked it up, the paint was not completely dry, causing uneven paint lines. When we pointed out, the tech said just bring it back on Tue to have it fixed. I called Tue to schedule drop off. Receptionist was not aware of any issues and had to ask the tech what to do. I ended up dropping it off on Tue and when I pick it up on Wed, paint defect was corrected but on the edge of the door, there was a very small dent. I pointed out again and the tech went "oh it was from your seat belt". When I firmly said it was not there yesterday and it's impossible to have seat belt dent the car metal, the tech went "I'll check the pictures we took, talk to my boss and let you know". Needless to say they have not called me since 4/20/2022. At this point, I'm frustrated with their service and don't believe that they could do a detailed job on the car. There are not enough good things I can say about Bravo Auto between the quality of work and the quality of the staff. Unfortunately I have been a repeat customer for over 10 years but when my car needs work after an accident, one thing I know for sure is where it will go. Shame on me for not writing this review sooner, but this incident hit a little different than others. Long story short- my car was involved in a hit and run while parked outside of my home one night. I was devastated but I knew my car would find its way back to Bravo Auto and I would be welcomed with open arms. Well, it turned into a long battle with my insurance who attempted to total my car out and basically walk away from the idea of giving me my car back. Bravo Auto stood by my wishes of getting my car back despite it being 12 years old. Eventually the battle was won and the repairs were approved. I picked up my car today and let me just say- they truly went above and beyond the call of duty through the very end. When I saw my car it was as if it shined in a new light- I was so excited and very happy with the work put in. While the actual work to the car is definitely amazing- it really would not be what it is without the continued efforts and support of the staff. I can say so much about many of them, so there is no need to name them- instead, find out for yourself if you find yourself in need of body work and repairs. They will treat you like human, welcome you with a smile (even while masked), they answer emails, pick up the phone, they do not hide even from the toughest situations. So it is unfortunate that we know each other on a first name basis but how lucky am I to know that I can truly trust a body shop......... a business that is regularly frowned upon for different reasons and an industry where it is hard to be confident with the unknown. Took my car in for a minor repair; the plastic trim had broken off above my rear passenger tire. One of the representatives came outside, barley looked at my car, and gave me an estimate of $500. When I asked for a printed estimate to give to my insurance company, all of a sudden, the estimate decreased from $500 to $271. The representative told me that they would have to remove my bumper fix my car. Come to find out that was a lie. Ended up taking my car to another collision repair shop suggested by my insurance company and only paid $116. read more

The repair was done to my satisfaction in the end, but customer service and communication could have been better. I was side-swiped and had damage to the front quarter panel, driver door and rear door. When my husband arrived after picking up the car, I was very displeased with the imperfections. Upon return, we were told the car was not complete (no mention of this to my husband) and needed to come back in two weeks for buffing. I had to get back to work and took their word for it because I was too busy to be stressed. Two weeks later, we were told the portion of my car with imperfections could not have been caused by the accident, and I must be the one who damaged my car. : O The owner told me they would still fix it but would have to charge my insurance more (second supplement). I took issue with this because the story was completely different than it had been two weeks ago. Again, the owner asked why I was annoyed - he was charging my insurance and not me! I told him that while I was pleased to not be ripped off by them, I would prefer my insurance not be ripped off either. He would not budge and I wanted my car fixed, so I let it go. They also billed my insurance for the window tinting they put on my car (without my authorization) and then removed (because I complained). I brought this to their attention and asked them to refund my insurance. I called my insurance shortly after to ensure they were refunded because I did not trust Bravo to their word and was told they were sent a THIRD supplement and still ended up owing more. I found this a little suspect but could obviously not do anything about it at that point. In fact, I was just happy to be done and never have to deal with them again. read more

Took my car here after an accident and their customer service is horrible. I accidentally spilled some WATER onto the cement getting back into my truck and the worker kept looking at it and looking back at me shaking his head. Not even that come to find out they wanted to keep the same door instead of replacing it for a new one unlike Rons auto body shop that wants to replace my door for a new one due to it being 2022 and only having 8k miles. I took my car to Bravo for repairs, when I went to pick my car up the check engine light was on and the rep tried to tell me I brought the car in that way which was not true. most of the damage to my cars body was repaired however they did not fix the car as they should because they did something to cause a mechanical issue, or the issue came from the car being hit and they refused to fix it and threatened me to take the car, or I would be charged storage fees. They should have repaired the entire car. I don't appreciate the issues they caused and the fact that they were calling me a liar about the damage to my car I will never use that business again and AAA is in partnership with them to deceive people and cheat them. If I could give a zero star I would. These people are crooks. My daughter brought her car to get the front bumper replaced. Insurance was covering it and they kept meddling in how it was going to be done. Insurance gave the money to my daughter and she would pay. They kept insisting it wasn't done this way. This should have been my sign to go elsewhere. During the repair, the mechanic called to say she needed a new flap over the tire. Quoted me 80$ and I agreed. Went to go pick up and the flap was now priced at 200$. Their solution was to take the flap off. I went in and spoke to the manager and he was still trying to say they quoted me 200$. They did end up taking off the 200$ after a huge fight about it. Really poor business and not acceptable read more

My husband took his most prized car, an immaculate 11 year old Jaguar Super V8 with 14K miles on it after a very minor rear end collision because Bravo was recommended by a local Jaguar repair shop. He dropped off the car for an estimate through insurance and was told by Bravo that his car was totaled and that the repairs would cost over $22K and not to bother with insurance because they will total the car. Disappointed and dismayed he took it to 2 other very highly recommend shops to additional quotes and 2 other shops both quoted mid $5000 for the same repair. In fact Bravo had markings all over the inside behind the bumper so they all could see the same damage that Bravo did. Insurance covered it all and didn't total our car not even close. Bravo told my husband that any insurance adjuster would total this car. The person we spoke to was JUAN. In retrospect we realize that JUAN/Bravo was either trying to get us to pay for the repairs ourselves by telling us that insurance would total the car in effect making us believes we had no options but to pay out of pocket or was trying to maybe to get us to give up the car or something. We felt like we were being hustled for sure. Read other 1 Starr reviews. I guess JUAN has a reputation. There is something very wrong on how they treated us. We would have gladly paid extra for perfection but 4x the cost of Geico recommended shop and a second place we found and they were certain the insurance adjuster would total the car. read more

They did an excellent job on the smash I received from a hit-and-run on my new 2017 convertible Camaro. However, when I brought the car in I wanted them to do extra things on the scratches and minor dings as this car was a rental car. When I picked it up, they forgot to do all of the other work. You would think they would've wanted the business as I asked them to do about five extra things besides the original smash. I also asked them to fix the inside door panel which kept coming off. Two days later it came off! Also the convertible top mechanism was not working properly. I had a specialist look at it, bleed the hydraulics and failed at fixing the problem. I brought it back and waited a half hour for them to take care of the door panel again. Three days later it came off again. I also had a problem with the mechanism on the convertible top that was unrelated to the collision. They said they would fix that for me. They kept delaying me on it as they said they were waiting for a "part". Needless to say, it was never done. So far I've not wanted to bring it back there. It shouldn't be this hard to have your car fixed. read more

I spoke with their front desk person and explained I got into a car accident and I want to get an estimate from them. I drove 30 minutes to their shop and when I ask for an estimate, I was blankly told you first have to tell your insurance company you're going to go with us before we can give you a quote. I explained that I have not made my decision if I want to go with you guys or another place, but first I want to get an estimate to see what parts you guys need to change, how long he's going to take an extra. The front desk person told me to wait and talk to one of their estimators. Their estimator multiple time told me that first I need to call the insurance company and tell them I want to go with them to repair my vehicle before they can give me an estimate. This makes no sense! I explained that I'm looking to see an estimate and compare estimate of their shop with another shop and then make a decision. I don't want to tell insurance company that I'm I'm going with you guys before I am sure about it. I faced wall off resistance just to receive an estimate from them! I highly recommend to go with Scandinavian Coachcraft located in 2233 Colby Ave. They did everything I asked and not once tried to challenge me. Very easy to deal with. read more

First off, anyone who works there, and I mean anyone, treats you so kindly and respectfully. Secondly, the way they set everything up, keep you updated on the repair process, talk to Enterprise rental, and just keep you in the loop in general is far better than any other auto place I have ever been.
